Went to Trusted Nail Spa for the first time today. I was greeted promptly and warmly, the establishment was clean, bright, and modern, and my nail tech, Myle took me back immediately. She was very sweet and friendly from minute one, and once she started my service I could tell she really knew what she was doing. She was quick, but also made sure the job was done well. She was also very easy to talk to, and really listened and seemed interested in getting to know me. Best part was when I was done, my nails looked the best they have in a long while. I'm so happy with my gel manicure service! I made an appointment and was helped as soon as I walked in the door. Myle was my nail tech and she did a fantastic job. I actually haven't gotten my nails done in years because people usually rush and my fingers get nicked with the tools - hardly relaxing, but this wasn't the case at all! I am a maintenance engineer and spend all day on my feet. So pedicures are a normal part of my life. I came to try out Trusted Nail Spa and I definitely wasn't disappointed. The staff were all so friendly and helpful and the salon was very clean and relaxing. The tech doing my service, Ivy, was very skilled and gentle. My feet are very sensitive and I am prone to ingrown nails. She took her time and gently got them all. The pedicure was top notch. I seriously felt like I was walking on clouds after. I got the deluxe pedicure. Great price with excellent service. As I was about to pay, I found out they had a promotion for first clients getting 25% off! Unfortunately I won't be able to get that one again because I will definitely be returning over and over. read more

I went to this establishment when it was Crystal also. I'm familiar with the industry and customer service and will pay for quality work/service/talent. I live up in the North area so I drive 45 min. Which isn't a problem if I'm getting the same quality results each visit. After it became Trusted, there was a sudden shift and it was obvious. I worked in a salon before and if the workers aren't wanting to be there, it's because of management. Often times after Trusted took over, techs weren't showing up (mine included + others) nor were the techs I booked online for were the techs who serviced me. The customer service was lacking and the prices increased insanely for mediocre service + supplies. There was nothing special or different for a huge price increase. Especially when techs would be arriving late well after the appt time. But if it were the other way around it would cost my pockets? Interesting how that plays out. No dedication to customer service or taking care of employees. I get we live in inflation and price increases are expected. But communication is key and common customer service sense also needs to be applied more. I will not be returning due to the news of many techs leaving because clearly the new owners care only about the cosmetics of the salon and not the real care to the clientele and employees. The real backbones to this industry. Proceed with caution. Edit to answer question for owner: you're a joke. look it up yourself I have plenty of photos of work and the salon itself. Well like everyone else chiming in, Crystal Beauty Nails had nail techs previously to this new owner. She came in. I was skeptical I did still go and trusted her. My price did go way up 164.80 for just a gel Mani Pedi I stayed and paid because of my nail tech! Slowly all the nail techs started leaving I was questioning things I noticed a little control issue from the owner and I didn't say anything. I am 41 years old and a manager of three prominent restaurants here in town and you want real reviews here they are not paid ones, This woman tried to put everybody on a contract where she basically owns them and only pays them like $800 a week. It's like slavery her nail techs that came with the business she bought are what built her business and she can't even appreciate them enough. Not to mention part of her contract stated if the technician left they cannot take their customer or their photos that were done in the salon. I'm glad the nail techs that left, left. They all seem to be doing very well and deserve to. They are the best in Las Vegas. I've always ranted and raved about them, I'm born and raised in Vegas. This was the best salon, and it was only because of the technicians working there. Sorry Xuan our time has parted. And I will be spreading the word all over town just as I did four or five years ago when I noticed they had the best nail techs in town. Every single one of them was great. True artists! My daughter and I have been coming to Trusted Nail Spa (formerly Crystal) for over two years! We absolutely LOVE our tech Vee--she's does great work!! We love how things changed under the new owner. They remodeled the salon, so everything is new, clean and beautiful! Cleanliness is very important to us. The place just has a more professional feel. Clearly, the new owner puts customers first--customers are no longer an afterthought. I can understand that employees may not like having structure to their day, that they may want to come and go as they please, but if you are a customer, you will appreciate the reminders of your appointments, being seen on time--because your time is valuable--and being in an environment where you feel appreciated. As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to run a business and how you can sometimes be at the mercy of your employees. I truly feel that the new owner is being personally, and quite unethically, attacked for attempting to implement changes to make her business a success. I would unhesitatingly recommend this salon!! Ignore the mindless chatter from disgruntled former employees and their ilk who write negative reviews to tear down a burgeoning business. AVOID this place, I got gel nails and manicure done, not only did she get it all over the edge of my fingers, she had to completely redo one of the nails and drill the polish off which was painful. She also made two of my cuticles bleed and the whole process was so unconfortable, which previous manicures have been very relaxing. I asked how long the gel should last and she said 3 weeks, it chipped within 3 hours and I wasn't doing anything that would chip them! Also workers were eating in their stations and the girl doing my nails was on her phone off and on. The place had a foul odor and was in need of being cleaned badly! There are so many good nail salons in Vegas, this is definitely NOT one of them, choose another place!!! read more
