I Would Strongly Caution Anyone Before Booking at This Nail Salon !!!!!!!! I recently relocated and was looking for a new go-to nail tech. I booked with TEA for a full set, and while the experience initially seemed okay, I quickly began to have doubts. I mentioned upfront that I had a clear top coat on my natural nails, yet she didn't remove it before applying tips. That was my first red flag. Before she even began, I showed three clear reference photos so she could see the exact shape and length I prefer--tapered square, not coffin. Despite that, after nearly three hours, I walked out with coffin-shaped nails. Visually, the set looked nice, but it wasn't what I asked for. Fast forward just under two weeks, and the set started breaking down. Several diamonds were missing, and the nails were lifting badly. I attempted to reach out to Tea on Instagram, but never got a response. I then called the salon, and the customer service was extremely rude and unaccommodating. I was told Tea was booked nearly two weeks out, and when I asked for a simple repair time instead of a full-set timeslot, they acted like that was an inconvenience. After being placed on hold multiple times, they eventually told me I could come in at 5:30 PM after work. Then just minutes later, the manager called back and demanded I come an hour later--despite the fact that no one was booked at my original time. I told them they could cancel the appointment at that point. Still trying to give Tea the benefit of the doubt, I messaged her directly. Unfortunately, that's where things took a shocking turn. She responded in a disrespectful and condescending way--insinuating I was being demanding, accusing me of lying about how long I had the nails, and ultimately refusing to offer any service. What's worse, she blocked me on Instagram. For the record, I was nothing but kind during my appointment. I even tipped both her and Johnny generously. Speaking of Johnny--he actually did a fantastic job on my pedicure, and I had planned to return just for that. But after how I was treated by Tea and the shop's management, I will not be returning or supporting this business in any capacity. To anyone reading this: please take your money elsewhere. My nails are now less than two weeks old, and I already have two that have completely come off and stones missing from every finger. This level of service is completely unacceptable--especially when I paid for high-end work and was treated so poorly afterward. Tea, if you ever come across this review--don't bother unblocking me. Instead, take this as a reminder that how you treat people matters. Listen before spreading misinformation. And understand that blocking your customers instead of taking accountability is not how lasting reputations are built.

I want to say thank you to Vee as she really takes time to work on your nails. She lets you choose the colors and would even offer her recommendations based on what you have chosen. She is not in a hurry and is very precise as to the quality of her work. Will def come back here to see her again!

I've been coming here for a few months now. Location is very clean and well lit. Receptionist always greats me and communicates on my tech status. My go to nail girl is Tee, she is theeeee best..(this is coming from someone who's gotten their nails done for over 20 years) from the prep to the application she is top tier, and to top it off her design skills are amazing. So I have been going to Trusted nail salon for almost a year now, I have tried many nail technicians and I have always been super impressed with the quality of work you know the old saying you get what you pay for. I recently moved to one of the new locations on Sahara and Rainbow and the owner of the company suggested I try Jenny today was my second appointment with Jenny and as I am headed to my son's college graduation, I wanted to have something to symbolize graduating. I picked a design and Jenny was absolutely on point with what I chose. She's very thorough and does an extremely nice job, I highly recommend trusted nail salon for all your nail and pedicure needs the shops are always clean and welcoming Xuan the owner is so friendly and kind always greets you by your first name and now that they have many locations it's easy to find a location near you. Again highly recommend

Ivy was very knowledgeable and had a high level of detail to ensuring my nails were beautiful. I'd suggest giving them a try when looking for your nail needs. Easy to find right on Tropicana and Grand Canyon.

I came in today for a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. I actually added the deluxe pedicure a couple hours before my appointment and the nice lady on the phone was happy to add it on, which I was super grateful for because I forgot to book initially. I was greeted when I first stepped into the salon and was taken to the pedicure chair shortly after-- I love when you immediately feel comfortable walking into any business and the staff made me feel this way from the very first minute. The salon is bright, clean and played r&b (which i love). Myle worked on my gel mani while Athena worked on my pedicure. Both ladies were very accommodating, friendly and professional. I am extremely pleased with the service that was provided during my time here and I'm sure I'll be back again. Apparently the salon has re-opened with new management only a few months ago so please show this salon some love if you're planning to get your nails done.

I am elated to have discovered Trusted NS. I was walking my dog one workday morning, and came across a lady on a scooter w/ her teenage son. The Asian lady was immensely friendly & handed me a flyer with enthusiastic intro about her new nail salon's special. The flyer offered a complimentary gel mani w/ a purchase of another service. Talk about good timing pertaining to my desire to find a new nail salon, and I was overdue for a pedicure. My usual nail salon is still amazing, BUT the pricing is becoming too expensive. I jumped on the chance to try out a new business that is close to my house in South Summerlin. After a short drive from my residence to Trusted Nail Salon, I opted for the $55 pedi w/ classic polish (i brought my own base & top coat, as well as polish, since I am a fan of the Zoya brand). I LOVED the new pedi massage chair, which was huge & comfy that enveloped my whole body. The massage chair options included neck & thigh massage too! The nail lady did a good job w/ the pedicure! I was offered the free gel mani, but I politely turned it down, since I was on a time crunch. I also liked the giant flat TV screens, with a myriad of shows playing at the salon. I'll definitely return in the near future.

First of all, the owner Xuan deserves 5 stars alone for the clever way she is advertising her business -- by offering a free gel manicure via HouseSeats. It's the first time I've ever seen an offer like that on HouseSeats, and I was so intrigued that I booked an appointment. I saw that they have a website, so I checked that out too. Very professionally done. Kudos! I was very impressed as soon as a walked in. The owner asked me if I wanted bottled water. Why, of course! Such a nice touch. The place was so very neat, bright, beautifully decorated in a very clean modern way. None of the garish decor one finds in other nail salons. This place was newly remodeled, and all their furnishings are new. Everything matched which ensured that it looked orderly and not cluttered at all. The chairs have built in massages with a touch pad control as well as cell phone chargers. I have never seen anything like that in a nail salon. Again, kudos. Ivy was assigned to me, and she exceeded expectations: very meticulous and precise. Before going on the next step she would ask me to inspect her work and if I agreed with what she's done. Her work was exceptional. No complaints at all, but rather, all compliments! I also liked that they have quite a diverse staff and to put it plainly, white, black, brown, yellow. That alone is a good reason to go because they weren't talking and laughing in a language I don't understand, and they did not engage in noisy talk among themselves. That gives the clients an opportunity to engage their nail technicians, thus making the experience more memorable. Turns out they also offer facials and lash extensions. I will most certainly book an appointment for a facial. They have private rooms away from the main floor for total privacy. This is an excellent salon that provides excellent service.

I was so excited to try this nail shop.. i got gel x because the girl said it was healthier for my nails, lasted longer and was quicker to do. I was there for 2 hours just for my gel x no pedicure and 3 nails fell off within 4 days. Took longer than a full set and didnt even last 1 week

Love tea sm she's so fun to talk to too! She has a very kind soul you can tell she loves what she does cause. She puts a lot of time and effort into her sets

I've been coming to see Courtney now for about 6 months, after my last nail tech left the state I wasn't sure if I'd be able to find someone but Courtney delivered and then some! I'm the type who usually has an idea of what I want done with my nails but sometimes I want to change a nail here or there from the photo inspiration I choose, Courtney is great for freestyling something or making the design unique than what the photo shows which is exactly what I want in a nail tech! She's consistent with time, super friendly and will always ask if I like the shade/ design/ length before moving on. I have a pretty busy schedule so I can't get my nails done as often as I should but her work is always really good that I like to keep the design as long as I can and my nails never pop off. I will continue to come back as long as she's around!

Worst place I have ever been to, I have been doing my nails since I was 15 years old...my appointment was at 2 for gel pedicure and gel manicure with dip powder and came out at 3. my nail tech did not even remove my old powder dip and just made it look ok; I even asked him if he is going to remove that and his response was no we don't do that plus the fact that he was on his phone the whole time. I asked my foot tech to remove my ingrown and respond was "I'm not good at this" Are u kidding me? I attached my proof Since owner attached everyone when she gets a negative comment. I was looking for a new place since my old tech moved out of state and I will never come to this location. Ohhhh let's not forget the 3.60 cents extra charge if u use a card. I have been going to Trusted Nail Spa and seeing Courtney for quite some time now and I can honestly say that after much searching she does my nails the best! She is very detailed to shaping the nails the way you want them and I have never been able to find someone who could shape them exactly how I like them. I have found my new home for manicures. Other nail salons when they found out my mom had cancer and they could not cut her or be rough they basically stopped trying. This nail spa is amazing. I told them what was going on with my mother and they took special care and attention to make sure she was comfortable and happy with her nails and pedicure. This is the first time she actually received a proper manicure and pedicure which I am so pleased about. I had Vee and Jena who were amazing and so thoughtful and mom had Kristine and a lady with the first name starting with N (the girl wrote the name down for me but I smudged it so it is not readable). I will recommend this place to everyone I know and will keep coming back for years to come. The shop was beautiful and the owner seemed to really care about her staff. read more

Tee is great! She was very welcoming and was very helpful when asked questions. She makes you feel very comfortable and makes great conversation! This was my first time getting FRENCHIE acrylics on my toes and she made it the best first experience! I highly recommend going to her whether it's your first time or if you've been wanting to experiment with the different techs. I also love the diversity within the nail salon, it's very nice to see different walks of life in an actual nail salon! As for the nail salon itself, I might add that if you have tried to access the website through google or another search engine, and you were having difficulty, you have to click the link through their instagram page. I had an extremely rude interaction with the owner, Xuan. I walked in after calling in for an appointment the day prior for 10AM. When I was booking the day prior, I asked to Saturday morning and was asked what time-9AM or 10AM. I chose 10am as I had another appointment at 12pm. When I walked in at 10, I was told by the front desk that my appointment was for 11. When I asked, confused, Xuan came out and told me she booked me, but that my time was for 11. When I asked, confused, to clarify because I remember booking my appointment for 10, she snapped at me and told me I had booked for 11. She also asked for "proof" that I was booked for 10am. They later told me they could take me but I was "lucky" they could accommodate me because another client rescheduled. Her tone was extremely confrontational and rude, which startled me as I had just walked in the door. Regardless of the time, it just wasn't a comfortable situation given the way I was spoken with. I came in with a voucher for a free gel manicure or regular pedicure, hoping to find a new regular nail salon, but sadly will not be returning due to this experience. Came in as a walk in on a Friday mid afternoon for a pedicure.They were moderately busy so I was given an appointment 40 minutes out. Went and ran a few errands and came back. My nail technician Vee was wonderful from start to finish. She asked me questions along the way to ensure I got the end results I wanted. I literally had just gotten a terrible pedicure a week prior and she completely fixed that. I will definitely be back. Front desk was also helpful and polite the moment I walked in. I recently took my wife to this nail salon (8/2), and let me tell you, it was an experience to remember. The owner seemed to be in such a hurry to get my wife in and out that I almost thought she had somewhere better to be. The prices were significantly higher compared to other local salons, and honestly, I think it's just a ploy to make up for their lack of business which somewhat overshadowed the exceptional work of the talented nail techs. As a successful owner of 3 local body shops, I know the importance of customer service, and I must say, this place fell short in that department. The commitment to customer satisfaction was seriously lacking, and it's clear that they prioritize quick profits over building meaningful relationships with their clients. It's a shame because the staff's friendliness made up for it, but the owner's attitude left a sour taste. Needless to say, I won't be recommending this nail salon to anyone anytime soon. **Xuan, please refer to my very first sentence as I took my wife to your salon, I did not get my nails done. Not sure why you felt the need to attack me and question why I need my nails done when I own body shops. Never did I mention a disagreement with your techs, that's your problem that seems to be spilling all over this page... messy. read more

This was my first time going to this nail spa, and I definitely recommend coming here! FIVE STARS all the way. First of all, the service was amazing, Johnni did an incredible job with my nails. He was extremely friendly and was able to do my nails exactly like the reference photo I showed! I'm very pleased with the finished product. Second of all, I really love how quickly they answer their phones. I was able to get an appointment booked with no problem. I will not go for this place again. I done my nails from this place. when I go home and washed my hands the color peel off. The website say they close at 7.00pm. I went to fix it again at 6.30pm the guy who worked there said they can't fix it now. He asked me to come back next day. If I can go next day I wouldn't go today. Never go for this place again. Nice atmosphere. Clean and comfortable. Service- I usually get an gel manicure. But I wanted something healthier for my natural nails. So I thought I wanted a light acrylic overlay. GG suggested that I try builder gel. She told me the benefits vs. Acrylic. I took her word. And with pleasure, I was more than satisfied. My nails looked natural. The builder was natural and felt natural. They lasted a full 3 weeks. Listen when I tell you, GG really has me considering flying out every month to get my nails done. She was knowledgeable, yet relatable. I got plenty of compliments. And my natural nails definitely were in a much healthier state. No cracking, peeling or brittleness. I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with a manicure and pedicure so I went to Yelp and reviewed a couple of salons. When I read the reviews of Trusted Nail Spa I realized pretty quickly that clients were giving great reviews. There were a few one-star reviews but when I read them they didn't seem to be from actual customers. Reading the reviews I noticed the salon had a new owner so I called the salon. I spoke with the new owner and she was as professional and kind as she could be so I booked the appointment. My girlfriend raved about the service she received, the beautiful salon, and the staff. She liked everything so much that she booked a follow-up appointment. If you are looking for a great nail salon and want to support a woman entrepreneur who is trying to build a better salon for her clients then I encourage you to give this salon and owner a chance. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I was a long time customer of this salon...3 YEARS!!!! New owners took over & completely ruined everything. The owners have treated my nail tech and other nail techs that have been there 3+ years at the salon completely wrong. The owners lost over 5 nail techs in one day due to mistreatment. They are false advertising by keeping the nail techs work on the pages while the techs are no longer working there. I am so upset because I have been a long time client of my nail tech and have been coming here for 3 years. After all these years I will never be coming back again. I will never spend another dime there. My heart goes out to all the nail techs who were wronged in this situation. The salon is very clean and cozy and they have comfortable massage chairs. My nail tech is GG and she always does a fantastic job on my nails and pedicures. I absolutely adore this salon! From the moment I stepped through the door, the owner greeted me warmly, making me feel incredibly special. The ambiance is simply perfect - it's both relaxing and upbeat, with a cool vibe that instantly puts you at ease. What impressed me the most were the incredible nail designs I had done. I highly recommend trusted nail spa. They are extremely clean, and have brand new pedicure chairs which are amazing. They always treat me nice and are very welcoming here. I have noticed the change in new staff, but i see staff turnover a lot everywhere i go! The environment and the treatment I get every time I come here is what its what truly matters to me. Came to Vegas for my birthday and completely ruined my birthday nails before the celebration even began. I came here after searching for the closest nail salon and my tech quite literally did magic on my manicure. She not only perfectly replicated my original set but even elevated the look by giving suggestions on what she think would look nice. You keep bringing up these "1099 agreement" like that is the reason why ALL of your techs left?! YOU gave your techs an ultimatum. "Sign this 1099 AND a NON COMPETE & NON-SOLICITATION or we can't do business and you can't work until you sign it. " very wrong ! You shouldn't be in charge of anything, let alone running a salon. read more
