I Would Strongly Caution Anyone Before Booking at This Nail Salon !!!!!!!! I recently relocated and was looking for a new go-to nail tech. I booked with TEA for a full set, and while the experience initially seemed okay, I quickly began to have doubts. I mentioned upfront that I had a clear top coat on my natural nails, yet she didn't remove it before applying tips. That was my first red flag. Before she even began, I showed three clear reference photos so she could see the exact shape and length I prefer--tapered square, not coffin. Despite that, after nearly three hours, I walked out with coffin-shaped nails. Visually, the set looked nice, but it wasn't what I asked for. Fast forward just under two weeks, and the set started breaking down. Several diamonds were missing, and the nails were lifting badly. I attempted to reach out to Tea on Instagram, but never got a response. I then called the salon, and the customer service was extremely rude and unaccommodating. I was told Tea was booked nearly two weeks out, and when I asked for a simple repair time instead of a full-set timeslot, they acted like that was an inconvenience. After being placed on hold multiple times, they eventually told me I could come in at 5:30 PM after work. Then just minutes later, the manager called back and demanded I come an hour later--despite the fact that no one was booked at my original time. I told them they could cancel the appointment at that point. Still trying to give Tea the benefit of the doubt, I messaged her directly. Unfortunately, that's where things took a shocking turn. She responded in a disrespectful and condescending way--insinuating I was being demanding, accusing me of lying about how long I had the nails, and ultimately refusing to offer any service. What's worse, she blocked me on Instagram. For the record, I was nothing but kind during my appointment. I even tipped both her and Johnny generously. Speaking of Johnny--he actually did a fantastic job on my pedicure, and I had planned to return just for that. But after how I was treated by Tea and the shop's management, I will not be returning or supporting this business in any capacity. To anyone reading this: please take your money elsewhere. My nails are now less than two weeks old, and I already have two that have completely come off and stones missing from every finger. This level of service is completely unacceptable--especially when I paid for high-end work and was treated so poorly afterward. Tea, if you ever come across this review--don't bother unblocking me. Instead, take this as a reminder that how you treat people matters. Listen before spreading misinformation. And understand that blocking your customers instead of taking accountability is not how lasting reputations are built.

I want to say thank you to Vee as she really takes time to work on your nails. She lets you choose the colors and would even offer her recommendations based on what you have chosen. She is not in a hurry and is very precise as to the quality of her work. Will def come back here to see her again!

I've been coming here for a few months now. Location is very clean and well lit. Receptionist always greats me and communicates on my tech status. My go to nail girl is Tee, she is theeeee best..(this is coming from someone who's gotten their nails done for over 20 years) from the prep to the application she is top tier, and to top it off her design skills are amazing. So I have been going to Trusted nail salon for almost a year now, I have tried many nail technicians and I have always been super impressed with the quality of work you know the old saying you get what you pay for. I recently moved to one of the new locations on Sahara and Rainbow and the owner of the company suggested I try Jenny today was my second appointment with Jenny and as I am headed to my son's college graduation, I wanted to have something to symbolize graduating. I picked a design and Jenny was absolutely on point with what I chose. She's very thorough and does an extremely nice job, I highly recommend trusted nail salon for all your nail and pedicure needs the shops are always clean and welcoming Xuan the owner is so friendly and kind always greets you by your first name and now that they have many locations it's easy to find a location near you. Again highly recommend

Fast, efficient and beautiful! The level of customer service is wonderful! The atmosphere is one of beauty and relaxation while getting a quality treatment. Ivy was very knowledgeable and had a high level of detail to ensuring my nails were beautiful. I'd suggest giving them a try when looking for your nail needs. Easy to find right on Tropicana and Grand Canyon.

I came in today for a gel manicure and deluxe pedicure. I actually added the deluxe pedicure a couple hours before my appointment and the nice lady on the phone was happy to add it on, which I was super grateful for because I forgot to book initially. I was greeted when I first stepped into the salon and was taken to the pedicure chair shortly after-- I love when you immediately feel comfortable walking into any business and the staff made me feel this way from the very first minute. The salon is bright, clean and played r&b (which i love). Myle worked on my gel mani while Athena worked on my pedicure. Both ladies were very accommodating, friendly and professional. I am extremely pleased with the service that was provided during my time here and I'm sure I'll be back again. Apparently the salon has re-opened with new management only a few months ago so please show this salon some love if you're planning to get your nails done.

I am elated to have discovered Trusted NS. I was walking my dog one workday morning, and came across a lady on a scooter w/ her teenage son. The Asian lady was immensely friendly & handed me a flyer with enthusiastic intro about her new nail salon's special. The flyer offered a complimentary gel mani w/ a purchase of another service. Talk about good timing pertaining to my desire to find a new nail salon, and I was overdue for a pedicure. My usual nail salon is still amazing, BUT the pricing is becoming too expensive. I jumped on the chance to try out a new business that is close to my house in South Summerlin. After a short drive from my residence to Trusted Nail Salon, I opted for the $55 pedi w/ classic polish (i brought my own base & top coat, as well as polish, since I am a fan of the Zoya brand). I LOVED the new pedi massage chair, which was huge & comfy that enveloped my whole body. The massage chair options included neck & thigh massage too! The nail lady did a good job w/ the pedicure! I was offered the free gel mani, but I politely turned it down, since I was on a time crunch. I also liked the giant flat TV screens, with a myriad of shows playing at the salon. I'll definitely return in the near future.

First of all, the owner Xuan deserves 5 stars alone for the clever way she is advertising her business -- by offering a free gel manicure via HouseSeats. It's the first time I've ever seen an offer like that on HouseSeats, and I was so intrigued that I booked an appointment. I saw that they have a website, so I checked that out too. Very professionally done. Kudos! I was very impressed as soon as a walked in. The owner asked me if I wanted bottled water. Why, of course! Such a nice touch. The place was so very neat, bright, beautifully decorated in a very clean modern way. None of the garish decor one finds in other nail salons. This place was newly remodeled, and all their furnishings are new. Everything matched which ensured that it looked orderly and not cluttered at all. The chairs have built in massages with a touch pad control as well as cell phone chargers. I have never seen anything like that in a nail salon. Again, kudos. Ivy was assigned to me, and she exceeded expectations: very meticulous and precise. Before going on the next step she would ask me to inspect her work and if I agreed with what she's done. Her work was exceptional. No complaints at all, but rather, all compliments! I also liked that they have quite a diverse staff and to put it plainly, white, black, brown, yellow. That alone is a good reason to go because they weren't talking and laughing in a language I don't understand, and they did not engage in noisy talk among themselves. That gives the clients an opportunity to engage their nail technicians, thus making the experience more memorable. Turns out they also offer facials and lash extensions. I will most certainly book an appointment for a facial. They have private rooms away from the main floor for total privacy. This is an excellent salon that provides excellent service.

I was so excited to try this nail shop.. i got gel x because the girl said it was healthier for my nails, lasted longer and was quicker to do. I was there for 2 hours just for my gel x no pedicure and 3 nails fell off within 4 days. Took longer than a full set and didnt even last 1 week

Love tea sm she's so fun to talk to too! She has a very kind soul you can tell she loves what she does cause. She puts a lot of time and effort into her sets

I've been coming to see Courtney now for about 6 months, after my last nail tech left the state I wasn't sure if I'd be able to find someone but Courtney delivered and then some! I'm the type who usually has an idea of what I want done with my nails but sometimes I want to change a nail here or there from the photo inspiration I choose, Courtney is great for freestyling something or making the design unique than what the photo shows which is exactly what I want in a nail tech! She's consistent with time, super friendly and will always ask if I like the shade/ design/ length before moving on. I have a pretty busy schedule so I can't get my nails done as often as I should but her work is always really good that I like to keep the design as long as I can and my nails never pop off. I will continue to come back as long as she's around!

My first time at this nail salon & i had Adrianna as my nail tech! She was fantastic & really catered to my needs! She took the time to make sure my nails were perfect & asked along the way how i thought they were. The salon itself is gorgeous! Everyone seemed really really sweet there. For my acrylic overlay without gel. & shaping it was 45$! Really good deal for what i needed The session was quick & efficient. I would rate my visit 11/10! I would also like to add that i was messaging the owner late last night about my medical conditions regarding my nails & pricing & she was extremely helpful & friendly. I didn't think anyone would message me back on Yelp after my shift. I think i was messaging her around 9-10pm. I'm grateful she was patient & understanding. read more

As soon as I arrived at the salon, the owner welcomed me and checked me in. Everything looked bright and new and clean. I liked the fact that they had disinfected mail supplies visible, so you knew you weren't being cross contaminated with another client. Besides the manicure tables, they also have very comfortable looking cushy chairs for pedicures (my next visit). Myle, the woman who did my nails, was great! Not only did she do a wonderful job on my nails, she was kind and a great conversationalist. The hand massage at the end was the icing on the cake. I work in a lab, so I need to keep my nails short. read more

Let me start with the chemical stench that hit my face upon walking in. When I made the appointment I mentioned that I would need my powder nails removed. My technician wasn't sure she'd have time to remove them so she didn't soak them long enough therefore it took longer to remove the powder. When she finished my gel manicure, she left them bumpy and uneven. Some of my nails are longer than others and she didn't file my broken nail evenly. Then there's this arc shaped light between me and the tech. I couldn't see her so it made for awkward when we spoke. The have so many tables jammed in there that it's not intimate. I have been a long time client at this place and once the new owner arrived everything went down hill. Every time I came in for a service she was always yelling and talking crazy to her workers. She treats her technicians poorly and I've seen it first hand. She also screamed at me IN FRONT OF MY 4 year old daughter due to a miscommunication. Last month I came in for a full set, one of the girls at the salon was working on a client next to me that she had brought in from HER INSTAGRAM. Keep in mind these ladies make their money off of their built up clientele the mom of the girl who came in was also going to get her nails done by the same tech Swan (the owner) interrupted the service and told the client that she will be giving her mom to another technician because she does not want "them" in HER salon all day. Keep in mind these clients belonged to the worker that she brought in herself on appointments. She completely disregarded her worker and tried giving her client away without speaking to her first. I couldn't believe what I was hearing that poor girl working was so upset. Anyways here's the reason why I'm leaving a review and it's so sad to say that I would have never thought I would have had to do this. I came in for a full set and a pedicure. my daughter was with me and Vanessa who is one of the nail techs client did not show, so I asked her if she had time to paint my daughters nails and she said yes. As I'm getting my pedicure I ask if anyone was available to do a pedicure on my daughter and they brought me someone. As I'm getting my toes done I ask what is Vanessa's number so I can Apple Pay her a tip for doing my daughters nails since she had left already and i forgot to tip her. I go to pay and assume that they already added my daughter to my tab keep in mind everyone in there including the 2 receptionists witnessed my daughters nails and toes being done she even had her own chair for the pedi. I pay and as Im leaving The owner comes up and asked if I paid for my daughter I looked at her son (the receptionist) and he looked at the computer she got infront of him grabbed the mouse so aggressively and said oh they didn't add her services and I said oh okay no problem add them I already sent Vanessa 15 dollars meaning FOR THE TIP. She said huh i said I Apple paid her for the tip and Swan turned her back and goes to call Vanessa out she then comes back and said just pay for the pedi don't worry about the nails, and she said that's her problem with the nail tech and to not worry about paying I said I don't mind it just add it to the system and she said no don't worry. So this made me feel like she already had a problem with this nail tech and was just looking for a reason to pop off. I pay for the pedi and leave then my nail tech comes outside and says to come back inside because the owner is saying that I supposedly said that I paid for my daughters nails under the table which was not true that was HER TIP. I go back inside and I said what's the problem ? It was then swan was angry and started twisting my words. I told her she was upsetting me yelling at me infront of my daughter and to talk calmer she proceeded yelling saying thats she don't give a FUCK about the 15$ she cared that the nail tech took the money I Apple paid her without adding my daughters nails to the system. Which I thought was the receptionists job they all seen my daughter getting her service done. That's their fault they did not charge me properly NOT mine so I was confused as to why she was going off on me? She was not taking accountability and was looking at someone to blame Instead of gandering the situation better. So I got angry and started yelling back, at this point my daughter was scared and I was over it so I said just charge me like i told you in the beginning this could have all been avoided. She is the worst manager I have ever came across in my life. The salon use to be a vibe white marble super boujie great vibes beautiful young ladies working there now she barely has any staff she scared all the techs away. She's very rude and does not know how to talk to people this lady is verbally abusive and I will never walk into that salon ever again. read more

Amazing quality service the girls Sarah and Giana are excellently at their profession. The quality of their work is long lasting and detailed. i have been a customer for over a year when it was still Crystal Beauty and under different management. Do not get me wrong. Crystal beauty was far from perfect. However, the salon has only gone downhill since new management. The new manager did a wonderful job fixing up the salon physically making it look beautiful. However, she also did an incredible job, completely destroying the rest of the business and customer relationships. Since she has taken over, she has not only increased the cost of everything exponentially, she also puts her time on a time limit to every service. She does not care for the quality of care nail techs provide to their customers. Salons are supposed to be a sacred space for people to be able to beautify themselves and feel good, the owner does not care about that and only cares about benefiting her own pockets. she does not keep in mind that we are spending hundreds of dollars here when we could spend it elsewhere. Recently, a large handful of the techs suddenly left due to unfair treatment and unfair and unprofessional request from the manager, such as access to personal Instagram accounts. It seems to me she was trying to run a dictatorship rather than a salon. Not only that she is breaking child labor laws by forcing her 12-year-old son to work hours on end for her. I know this, as I have personally set up appointments with him. I could only feel sorry for him as she was wasting his summer, forcing him to be in the salon. I am sure the new techs are talented, and as much as they deserve clientele, I would not waste your time here. What was once a salon full of extremely talented, nail techs and artists, some of the best in Las Vegas, I would argue, is now an empty shell. this salon will never see me again, and I hope you really think before you go here. read more

Was coming here before when it used to be Crystal Beauty. New owners came in and changed a lot. Then prices started going up like CRAZY. I only stayed coming here just because I loved my nail tech Seanza so much, thankfully she and other nail techs started leaving to much better places. Anyways $120 for a short french GelX set with a soak off is outrageous. There are so many other nail tech's in vegas that do this service for half the price that are just about the same quality. Just sharing my experience with this salon since it has changed. It is very telling how a business is ran, when the owner jumps to conclusions and doesn't take further measures to make sure that the customer experience is the best that it can be. Having 2 one star reviews in one day should be very eye opening. This salon was wonderful as Crystal Beauty. New owner took over recently, and it's not the same. Prices went up so she could get new massage chairs, and a new sign for changing the name. The new owner has obvious control issues. All the dope techs are gone, and now it's just your typical all Asian style nail salon, no diversity. I'm so happy I followed my nail tech to a new salon. Great while it lasted but everything has changed... all because the new owner does not recognize that the amazingly talented hard working techs that came with the business she bought deserve to be treated fairly. Most of us have been with the salon for years since it was Crystal Beauty. Customers come for the techs, not the owner. They spend hours with fumes, cramped hands, hot masks, dust, dangerous chemicals, etc to make your business successful. The best techs in Vegas were here, one of the only salons that had MULTIPLE, let alone, even ONE tech that were incredibly knowledgeable about art, charms, bling, long sets and everything in between (not just basic frenchies and single color sets). Now they have all left within days. I'm happy for the techs knowing their worth, disappointed that they couldn't find fair treatment here. read more

I got my nails done by XUAN. She was very sweet and she did a really good job with my nails. They looked really good and clean and came out really well. She also used some special polish on top that helps maintain the nail polish even longer. It has been about three weeks and not one nail has chipped on any of the fingers. If it wasn't for my nails which have grown out, they would look like I got them done yesterday. read more

Years ago, I went to this salon when it was under previous ownership. Needless to say, only went 2 times. With a new owner, I love the vibe. It is professional yet playful and fun at the same time. My name tech, Cheyenne, did an amazing job on my nails. I always receive so many compliments. She pays attention to detail, my cuticles are always well maintained, and the shape is awesome. Since she does such a great job, I generally only have to see her once every four weeks. I keep my nails pretty simple. Because I work in a professional setting so they have to live very neutral. When I read the reviews of Trusted Nail Spa I realized pretty quickly that clients were giving great reviews. There were a few one-star reviews but when I read them they didn't seem to be from actual customers. Reading the reviews I noticed the salon had a new owner so I called the salon. I spoke with the new owner and she was as professional and kind as she could be so I booked the appointment. My girlfriend raved about the service she received, the beautiful salon, and the staff. She liked everything so much that she booked a follow-up appointment. DO NOT COME HERE!!! I was a long time customer of this salon...3 YEARS!!!! New owners took over & completely ruined everything. The owners have treated my nail tech and other nail techs that have been there 3+ years at the salon completely wrong. The owners lost over 5 nail techs in one day due to mistreatment. They are false advertising by keeping the nail techs work on the pages while the techs are no longer working there. Trusted Nail Spa is the perfect nail salon if you're looking for quality and great customer service! Upon arrival your greeted with a smile and also offered a beverage. The salon is very clean and cozy and they have comfortable massage chairs. My nail tech is GG and she always does a fantastic job on my nails and pedicures. I'm currently not wearing any designs on my nails but she is really good at nail art as well. The vibe is nice as they are always playing music and the tvs are showing a variety of viewing options. Trusted Nail Spa is a great place to come too. I have only so far done my nails and eyebrows there. However I am already considering coming to do my pedicure and eyelashes as well. I highly recommend trusted nail spa. They are extremely clean, and have brand new pedicure chairs which are amazing. They always treat me nice and are very welcoming here. I have noticed the change in new staff, but i see staff turnover a lot everywhere i go! The environment and the treatment I get every time I come here is what its what truly matters to me. You keep bringing up these "1099 agreement" like that is the reason why ALL of your techs left?! YOU gave your techs an ultimatum. "Sign this 1099 AND a NON COMPETE & NON-SOLICITATION or we can't do business and you can't work until you sign it. " very wrong ! You shouldn't be in charge of anything, let alone running a salon. read more
