My husband and I both really like the wings and the first Avenue pizza. Being new to the area it was a little hard to find but once we did, we'll never forget. This is the Best Pizza by far here in Boca, the food it's fresh and delicious. A friend recommended this place as "the best pizza in town", so we decided to give it a try. First the air condition was blowing and the restaurant was very cold to a point where it was uncomfortable to be inside. Next: the menu. They don't have actual menu to look at. You have to take a photo of a barcode on a small piece of paper with your smartphone, which takes you to the website, where you can make your selection. This might sound like a good idea, but is very inconvenient. I'm 60 years old and it was pretty difficult to navigate the whole menu on 10 inch display. As an appetizer we ordered garlic parmigiana flat bread. It was hot and delicious. We also ordered large pie half pepperoni and half Tony G. I asked the waiter to substitute the meatballs with bacon and they ended up changing us separately for each topping. The pizza was descent but nothing special. And for the price we ended up paying I don't think is worth it. read more

Best pizza in Boca. It's a must try! This is a family owned business that makes amazing food. I am not sure what's so good about it but it just is. I think it might be the sauce? lol idk Tucci's is a littttle pricey but this isn't a papa johns it's quality pizza. Not that papa's isn't but you know it just has that extra love. The ambiance is sweet. It's usually packed and you'll have to wait for seating if you get there for dinner time. There is bar seating if you want a quick bit however, they don't do single slices so, keep that in mind. Oh! Also keep in mind if you check in on Yelp you get a free glass of wine ! ;) Make sure you eat the pizza when its hot! ** I'll be coming back to this when I try more on the menu but if you're going for the Pizza you wont be disappointed. read more

Fantastic pizza, perfectly made dough, for a perfect crust, I credit their oven, the coals, the chef. I ate am entire pizza in one sitting to let you know ow how tasty it is. Also, ordered a glass of wine, they have a small but excellent selection of wine to complete the meal. Thankfully it's walking distance from me, will be back soon. Everyone needs a pizza spot in every state. This has become my Florida go to- namely because I LOVE buffalo mozzarella and they have it :) It's a tiny spot but good for groups and their food is awesome. My family always gets their salads- don't ask me which ones but whichever one has the red peppers is great... And I hate salad. I split the eggplant rollatini with my sister which is very saucy but 4 nicely rolled eggplants and loooots of cheese. I don't love eggplant unless it's cooked enough- none of that mushy nonsense and they do it just right. I also got the margarita pizza. This is exactly what happened. I walked into the restaurant and ordered a large pie with toppings and a beer. I sat down at a table and waited 20 minutes. The woman who took my order finally brought me my pie in a box to go. I told her I ordered it to stay and asked her for a plate. She REFUSED to bring me a plate and stated I can not eat here since I ordered it to go. I explained there is a misunderstanding and I wanted to eat here. She rolled her eyes and walked away. Then a man behind the counter told me to move to a different table if I want to eat here. I picked up all my stuff and moved to the table that he pointed to. I sat there another 5-6 minutes waiting for someone to bring me a plate which I requested two more times and I was fully ignored. The manager finally came over to me and said I can not eat here and he will not bring me a plate. I could not believe what I was hearing! I told him apparently there was confusion with my order and I want to eat in the restaurant. He continued to refuse to bring me a plate. This went back and forth for another 5 minutes. This was all taking place in front of all the customers and the staff. It was very humiliating and I was appalled. I was finally getting heated as my pizza was getting cold! I said to the manager my food is getting cold and you need to bring me a "expletive" plate and I paid for my food almost 30 minutes ago. The manager said now you will definitely not be served! I demanded my money back and left. I am a very clean cut looking 61 year old man. Tucci's humiliated me, fully inconvenienced me and shocked me with how rude they are. DO NOT PATRONIZE TUCCI'S!!!! They are too expensive and have the RUDEST MANGER AND STAFF! The arrogance and audacity of this place!!! Stay away from them. This is NOT the way to treat customers. They do not deserve your money and there are quality pizza restaurants in the area that have great food with proper customer treatment. BTW...TUCCI's menu is very limited. I'm a big "One bite fan" so I wanted to try this. I arrived late to pick up my pie so it had been sitting 10 min or so. My fault. We ordered a cheese, pep, olives and Shrooms. The flavoring of the extra ingredients were good. The olives popped. Wow. Pep was flavorful. Shrooms -a non even but I wasn't expecting anything from them. Good sauce flavor and melted cheese. I'm being picky but I was hoping for a really crips crust and had asked for the pizza well done. It was well done but it didn't have a great crunch. But it was a very good crush flavor also. Thin. Good cooked undercarriage. Wife really liked it. I also liked it. We also ordered a bbq chick pizza also. So flavorful. And I had a piece for breakfast and I have to say I really liked it cold. Such flavor. A bit spicy hot seasoning. Great with coffee. Overall, it is a very good spot. We will make it our go to pizza spot in Boca raton. I've been walking by this place for over a year now as we live right around the corner. We sat outside. Great location. Service was fast and friendly. We had our 3 dogs with us and they gave us a bowl of water right away. The manager even came out a couple of times to pet the dogs. The pizza was the best I've had in years. This spot is SO good. Came here last night on a whim. Tried to come check it out before, but they seem to have short hours and were closed already. Nice, casual and quaint little restaurant. Cool decor. Kind of on the small side, but there is both indoor and outdoor seating. Street parking is readily available. Random note, I have to say that they were playing awesome tunes! 90's alternative. We asked the waiter what playlist it was, he looked it up on Spotify and wrote it down for me, which I thought was super nice. My friend raved about the Escarole N Beans they serve here so of course we started with that. It was delicious! It's beans and I think spinach sauteed with roasted garlic, red onions and parmesan. It was a nice large portion (for $12.95) and was super flavorful. We both had two servings and still had leftover to take home. For our entree, we split a large pizza ($24.95). We couldn't decide on just one, so the waiter suggested doing half & half. We chose the Duval (pepperoni, spinah and red onions) and The Chump (5 cheese white pizza with pepperoni and meatballs with marinara sauce for dipping). Both were excellent choices. The crust was thin, and crispy with a nice char (as it's coal-fired) and the toppings were generous. No complaints about this place. I LOVE pizza, and theirs was really good. Don't get it...nice taste, but could do a blind taste test with a frozen pizza and fool a bunch of people! No crust, no cheese, burnt, over sauced...small (didn't come close to filling up the box)and lopsided to boot. All the craze for new foodies? We were all dumbfounded... Clearly somebody didn't care about the pizza they were making - as is the problem here in Florida...find a decent pizza place, and either the pizza maker leaves (or stop enjoying what they do?) or they go out of business. Great spot for Pizza in the Boca area. Seating available outside and inside. We were greeted quickly and were seated within 5 minutes even though it was fairly busy. We ordered the Margherita and the spicy BBQ chicken pies and both came out quickly. Our server was very friendly and the owner made sure that everything was to our liking. Good eats. This place is relatively small so if you're coming with a large party make sure you've made preparations, as it's hard for them to get multiple pies out promptly. But.... when it does arrive it'll be delicious! We tried their fire and coal wings , those were pretty awesome ( I do wish they had ranch as I love dipping everything in ranch) but besides that it was delicious. The eggplant rollatini was decent, the manager ( or possibly owner ) brought this to our table as we were waiting a very long time for our food and we had some antsy and hungry children. I'd recommend the Popeye salad it was delicious. Tony G was the pizza we ordered, all the adults were blown away and wanted more.
