Process is easy and quick when you drop off/pick up your car for service. Only issue we've had so far is we always have to follow up status of our car rather than them giving us an update on completion time/when car will be ready. Very disappointing... 2nd time... After spending weeks looking for a replacement car, I settled on a Cadillac. As most of us do, I spent a lot of time researching numbers and value. I received several text and phone calls from dealerships across southern california and after much review I decided to respond to Tustin Cadillac. I spoke to two salespeople and test drove two cars... CT5 and the Lyriq. I was very clear on what I wanted and conveyed the message that I understood their need to "win" also... I also let them know that I would be willing to drive back to Tustin Cadillac that same day if we came to agreement on price. After driving home (40 Miles away), I received a couple of phone calls and texts from Tustin Cadillac giving me numbers (down and monthly payments) that seemed reasonable. I called the sales person, talked for a minute, and I accepted the deal. I told her that it would take me about 45 mins to get back to Tustin Cadillac. She said she would start all the paperwork... I agreed. 45 mins later I walk into Tustin Cadillac... the sales person told me she had bad news... the car we had agreed on had been sold... Yes, I was very upset but did not say anything...I just turned around and walked out of the dealership. I did say it was the 2nd time, correct? they did something similar in 2020 when i was looking for a car. This time around I figured that the first time was just a mistake... not so much anymore. I do not know what they are thinking. No apology was offered... If they had sold it, they should of offered its exact replacement... but they did not. I lot of time wasted and of lot of trust lost... not just with Tustin Cadillac... the smear spreads to all dealerships. These prices are completely outrageous for repairs that are either unnecessary or not a problem at all. I have a personal mechanic that does my brakes for 200.00 all 4 . Update on my Tustin Cadillac saga. Tustin Cadillac scheduled my vehicle to have the transmission worked on, I believe this was going on the 4th time to be worked on for this particular issue. I took it in and and my prior service advisor saw me in the there and came to me and apologized for not returning my call in the beginning. I told him I appreciated him saying that. My car was scheduled to come in as the service department stated all my parts were in after a three week wait, this was in a Monday. The anticipated time frame was going to be a couple of days. I texted my advisor on Wednesday for an update. This was her response via text Hi Jo Marie, my tech is currently in the process of repair. We are waiting for some additional parts that my tech needs to finish it up. We should receive everything tomorrow if not the next day My response: I thought all the parts had been ordered thus my 3 week wait to get the car back in for service. Now you're saying, you guys didn't have all the parts? Advisor's response: We did have all the parts except 2. Unfortunately we do not hold parts until they are paid for. So there were a few we did have to re-order due to us not having them in stock anymore. Because it is warranty we usually receive parts the next day. I am expecting the rest of the parts we need to finish tomorrow before lunch. I will notify you once we have received them. I'm thinking "what the heck"!! It's a warranty issue, so why would I pay for them and they used my parts on another vehicle. So now I'm waiting for parts to arrive to finish my car. I got my car back the next day and I can say the transmission is shifting about 95% better, which the technician said it wouldn't be 100% but he'll do the best he can. So with all this being said, I will definitely be using another Cadillac service center moving forward. read more

Took my girls car back to Tustin Cadillac after they improperly repaired the differential. I have a text chain talking with them to bring the car back and they would supply me with a loaner. Within minutes of getting out of my car I found myself in a shouting match with their customer service manager Sarah. I kept asking for a manager and to be given my loaner. Instead I was challenged to a fist fight by a mechanic named Kyle. I was surrounded by at least 5 employees and threatened. I asked for a refund at that point and it took them another 20 minutes because according to them they had no record of my payment. I offered to show them my credit card statement. Later I was contacted by their damage control person Peter Ngo. He said he was "looking into this situation." But nothing happened with him after that. Just lip service. Since then I took the car to a non Cadillac certified service place and had the car fixed. I asked Peter to pay for this since I was nearly assaulted by his staff and surely this wasn't the Cadillac standard on which the corporation itself brags as being the best their is.... Because I say they are flat out liars. Anyway shop here and or use their services and you are putting yourself in danger as they would rather use violence on you than correct their mistakes.
