Delays: I had to wait around while the crew left mid-job to empty their truck at the dump before returning. Unfinished Work: Even after returning, filling the rest of the truck, and collecting the full $1,300.00, they left without completing the job. My house is still full of debris. It feels like a classic low-ball quote strategy to get foot in the door, only to demand more money to actually finish what was originally quoted. Charging $1,300.00 and leaving a job half-done is unacceptable business practice. Save yourself the hassle, delays, and extra expense--look elsewhere for your junk removal needs.

The employee asked if I can come by the next day before 3pm and I responded with saying "no, because I work and I requested time off to be here. Which is why I also scheduled an appointment online. If you guys are going to close, then you should let people know." She responded with saying to call the numbers on the passport office to complain. I took photos of the phone numbers and everything else taped on the office doors. Both numbers listed do not work - they just keep ringing. It's pretty ridiculous if you schedule online for specific time and you cannot be helped by anyone.

As an active member of the state military we are afforded certain legal protections and they have you check a box stating whether or not your military on the application. When you are they request that you sign a waiver of all state and federal military rights. That pushed me over the edge to cancel a contract I just signed. The first red flag was being told that after 3 months my rate would increase an unknown amount with a minimum of 5% increase. So they get you in for a discounted entry rate and claim the price there after is the standard rate, which I understand, but then they only charge you that standard rate for one month and increase it. This itself seems like false advertising and misleading. I do intend to file a complaint with the Attorney General's office because of the misleading advertising. The second red flag was going to the unit that was reserved and seeing a large air conditioning duct in the unit. This ducting took up an entire corner and I was told if I wanted a unit without a duct it would be $40 more per month. If you are advertising a 10x10 space, I should receive a 10x10 space. Again, another form of false advertising. I already filled up a truck full of items to install into the new storage unit, but now I am back home looking for another spot to rent otherwise I have to go back to my original storage unit and put everything back in there. Waste of time!

I waited until my final day of mailbox service to post this review because I was genuinely…read moreconcerned that raising additional concerns beforehand could negatively affect my ability to access my mail. After more than 10 years as a customer, my mailbox was terminated within hours of sending a professional email simply asking what was going on, how long I should reasonably wait, & trying to understand why employees repeatedly failed to open during posted business hours. During an in person discussion the following day, before hearing my explanation, the owner immediately asked me to hand over my phone, which I declined because it is my personal property. I was not rude. I was trying to access a service I pay for. The timing of that decision speaks for itself. Ironically, the employee later apologized & said he would speak with the owner on my behalf. I have been a mailbox customer for over a decade. Under prior ownership, service was reliable & professional. Since the ownership change, there has been a decline in consistency, communication, professionalism & frequent staff turnover. I gradually found myself coming in less often, grabbing my mail & leaving quickly to avoid unnecessary interaction. Here is my experience: April 14 Arrived at approximately 9:00 AM, their posted opening time. The employee did not arrive until around 9:20 to 9:25 AM. I gave grace. He said he had been involved in an altercation before arriving. April 18 Arrived at opening. Gates were still down. No staff present & customers were waiting. I had to get to work, so I left. Unable to access my mailbox again. April 20 Called to confirm that someone would be present at 9:00 AM the following morning. I was told yes. April 21 Arrived at 9:00 AM, the posted opening time, & waited until 9:45 AM. No one ever showed up. During that time, I watched multiple customers come to the door only to find the business closed. I called & emailed because I needed access to my packages & had planned my morning around their posted hours before work. I was trying to find out how long to wait. The initial email response I received that morning was apologetic. Later that same day, without any further communication from me, the tone shifted completely & I was told to come pick up my mail because my mailbox service was being terminated. April 22 I returned to speak with the owner in person. I approached calmly at 9:00 AM & asked if she had a moment because I wanted to discuss her email from the night before informing me that my mailbox would be closed. I explained that I felt it was unfair because I had simply pointed out that employees were not there & was trying to understand how long I should wait after waiting 45 minutes the day before. Before I could fully explain the situation, the first thing she said was, "Give me your phone." I declined because it is my personal property. During the conversation, I was repeatedly interrupted & not allowed to fully speak. I attempted to provide proof that the employee was not there, but she refused to hear it & continued cutting me off. I was told they can open & close whenever they want, families have emergencies & things happen, I should just keep coming back to check whether they were open, & that I was "harassing employees" for trying to confirm whether someone would be there. For clarity, I have never had any direct exchange with the employee she referenced, nor have I engaged in behavior that could reasonably be considered harassment. My communication was limited to calling & emailing because I did not want to continue waiting outside a closed business without knowing if anyone was coming. When I asked how I should have handled it differently, I was told to keep coming back & check whether they were open. As a paying mailbox customer, that is not a reasonable expectation. Customers rely on posted hours to access their mail. Repeatedly being unable to do so raises serious concerns about reliability & whether the service being provided aligns with what is being advertised. After over 10 years as a customer, I was given a limited period to retrieve & transfer my mail despite being in the middle of a move, receiving packages, traveling & not realistically being able to change all of my mailing information within 30 days. I explained my circumstances & after a long conversation was given 60 days instead. There was also a prior issue in 2024 where my mailbox access was restricted over a late payment. I resolved that payment immediately once I became aware of it, but the handling of that situation also felt unfair. Taken together, these incidents left me feeling that mailbox access can be restricted or terminated very quickly if concerns are raised. This reflects a pattern of unreliable access, inconsistent communication & dismissive handling of customer concerns. If you need dependable access to your mail, especially for anything time sensitive, I would strongly reconsider using this location.

Wow.....these guys are great! I scheduled a move of a refrigerator, washer and dryer, then removal of the existing and installation of new ones. I found them by internet search...saw them on Yelp. Scheduled two weeks ahead of time, we unfortunately had a delay (problem mechanically with the truck) the day of the move. It had to be moved to the following morning once the mechanic took care of the problem. It was critical the items be moved no later than the following day. I was stressed. Jesse and I communicated many times through this process, and took care of everything first thing the following morning. All was great! Jesse and Earl were amazing. Couldn't believe how fast they were, well prepared and absolutely knew what they were doing. Very polite and curteous. I could not be happier with their service....which, by the way, was so much more reasonable than others quoting so much $ per hour, minimum 3 hours, additional stuff, etc. blah blah blah. Jesse gave me a fair flat price up front..no add ons, no time limits. Worth every penny and then some. They even did test runs of the washer and dryer to be sure all was working well....and connected the water line to the ice maker that I had disconnected because of leaking. Jesse checked it out, took care of the issue no problem. I would highly recommend these guys! I am a Realtor and will happily share their contact information with clients or anyone who needs their kind of service! I will certainly use them again should I need them. The owner Mike and his son were so friendly, personable, and efficient, which made dad's transition easier on all of us. I called a few places to get quotes and as soon as I spoke with Mike, I knew we had the right crew. Mike came by the house in advance to see what we had to move and to provide a quote. On the day of, they arrived right on time and provided the garment boxes and large bins for the extras, which were a big help, as they disassembled and packed up the furniture. My parents ran their own small business for 25 years, and we've always tried to support others in the community whenever possible. Mike is a perfect example of what makes family-run businesses so special. I highly recommend giving Mike a call for your next move!
