Wow, I am so impressed. I walked in rather close to closing time. It was packed! Very clean and friendly staff, who were swamped with orders & still meeting everyone's needs. I would give it less but I always forget this place is Ok at best- the food tastes just Ok its a rip off- I order the daily special for 10bucks I get two very meager stacks of barely ok food- the sweet and sour chicken was all the hard end pieces and food weight total for the ss chicken was about two ounces - the teriyaki chicken portion could of been like may 3oz with two small snowball sizes of rice-(what a ripoff) furthermore the counter help was extremely rude. I am contemplating putting a restraunt next door to compete- it would be simple to as I could just provide great food at a great price- Seriously you could buy better food in the Costco frozen food isle. read more

Ordered from here via uber eats my fried rice literally had random chunks of eggshells in it . It still tasted great and came in a timely manner but I literally had to pick a bunch of eggshells out after biting into one. read more

One of the great teriyaki places in the Parkland/Tacoma area! The service staff is always friendly, the prices are reasonable, and the food is delicious. It is a great place for lunch or for take out for dinner. It's over by the PLU campus and right off Pacific so it convenient. GROSS. RUDE. EXPENSIVE. Just spent $21 to get pork fried rice and vegetable tempura. Robbery! The tempura is the most flavorless, nasty, soggy, poorly made tempura I've ever had (and I've gotten some serious tempura in my day). I was given about 7 pieces total and every single one of them were freezing cold and soggy like they had been made yesterday when I JUST called my order in about 6 minutes before arriving. Pork fried rice tasted pretty good but was given about a cup and a half total for the $10+ I paid for it. Then, to top it all off, I asked the cashier to give me "LOTS" of soy sauce, she picked up two packets, waived them at me and put them in the bag, I said, "no please, like 8 or 9". She said "no I put sauce in for you..." and showed me the tempura sauce container....I said "not tempura sauce, SOY SAUCE, like in those little red packets in front of you there"....she said "oh you want for porfryrice" I said "yes!" she said "oh, no that's not sauce for porfryrice, this sauce for rice" and holds up a tiny little cup of liquid and puts two of them in my bag. I'm looking at her in disbelief at this point and tell her that "I understand what soy sauce is, and THAT is what I was requesting and if I end up getting fired for bringing my boss something he didn't ask for I'm gunna come back and burn the effin building down." She laughed as she triple knotted by bag to go and said "good luck bye bye". I will NEVER be returning. I am offended, upset and literally nauseated with this nasty a** food and service I received. Been here twice & both times the food was fresh & SUPER quick. This last time I ordered the House Special: entree of rice & teriyaki chicken, entree of rice & teriyaki beef, entree of rice & sweet & sour chicken, entree of rice & chicken yakisoba, 3 sides of salad, 2 egg rolls & 10 gyoza - this was enough food to feed 5 adults & my 3-year old with some left overs... & the best part - $28 for all of it!! They had it out in less then 10 minutes & it all tastes fresh. They also have punch cards & after ten meals you get a free one! One of my favorite teriyaki spots. TERIYAKI CHICKEN: Not the best ever but good & tender with lots of sauce. Still tasted good as left overs. TERIYAKI BEEF: Same as teriyaki chicken ^ YAKISOBA: Good flavor & garlicky but not enough veggies for me SWEET & SOUR CHICKEN: Personally I'm just not a fan of sweet & sour chicken. The one doesn't come with pineapple, green peppers, or onions. But it came with the House Special & there were no left overs of this one. GYOZA: VERY GOOD & fresh!!! I want to like this place but I ordered their Bibimbop and they included ketchup instead of the Korean Chili Paste. Of course that would ruin the dish since the chili paste is a vital part. I called the restaurant and the woman I spoke with just said sorry. That's it no issue of credit or refund, nothing. Luckily I ordered through UberEats and when I called them and explained what happened, they were able to help me. The other dished I ordered was the Chicken Chow Mein, which was bland but okay. We loved this place when it first opened. Their food is excellent and there always seems to be friendly people working, HOWEVER, after they had been open for a few months there portions majorly decreased, especially on take out orders. They have a family meal (they used to give you 4 stamps on their card for ordering the family meal) that gave us enough leftovers for additional meals...now it is like ordering 2 meals with a side dish and there are only the leftovers my boyfriend doesn't like(and now they only give you 2 stamps!). read more

I ordered take-out...chicken Teriyaki, chicken katsu, beef yakisoba and pork fried rice. Was given a ready time of 10-15 minutes. I arrived in 11 minutes and...it was all packed up and ready to roll. I paid and was out the door in less than 2 minutes. My kids completely crushed the yakisoba. I can not rave about this place enough. We visit probably monthly, and have never been disappointed. Today I called ahead and was told 10 minutes. I walked in at 7 on a Saturday night and every table was full and there was 5 people in line. I got to the front and paid, then stood back to wait for my food. This is such an amazing place to dine. Me and my family have always enjoyed the food and the service from this restaurant. There's also a video camera that shows the employees making your food so you can actually see what's going on while you wait. General Tso's was tasty, rice perfectly prepared. The "salad" that came with the meal was nothing but iceberg lettuce. No carrot/cabbage/anything other than iceberg. Food was hot and well prepared. Gyoza are tasty too! Only downside was the salad. read more

This place sucked. BEWARE!! If you don't tip, you get way less then what you pay for. We ordered a beef and chicken Teriyaki to-go. When we got home, they stuck a thick layer of rice under the beef and chicken Teriyaki to make it seem like there was a-lot of meat. Definitely not worth the $7.00. The food is really good but there is only one girl that is the cashier/waitress therefore it takes FOREVER to get your food. The food is great but the service is terribly. The girl always seems to have an attitude and isn't very friendly. This is not a family place because the girl is very unfriendly especially towards children. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered my food and when it got to me ended up half cold and half lukewarm. I sat after taking one bite of my food waiting for the waitress to come over and ask how the food was. Once I realized that wasn't going to happen I tried to flag her down. Again didn't work. I then proceeded to go up to the register, mind you my food was still sitting with one bite taken out of it on my table. Anyway I make my way back up to the register having to order myself another meal at full price , and wait once again for my food. By the time I had gotten it my significant other was already done with there food and ready to go. When I went in line to get my money back for the meal I had barely touched she continued on to say "okay so what's the problem?"
