i really loathe UPS brown!! Customer service my ass!!! So i am waiting on my CC from my bank. they attempted on Wednesday the 11. My husband sat there all day waiting. NOTHING!!!! He noticed a sorry we missed you on the door! WTF. He said there was no knock. Now i have a dog that barks at everything!!! so i don't believe they tried.!!! so on Thursday i called waited and see what was up. called customer service 7 times. said it will be there by 8 it was 6:20 pm when i called!!!! me n the grandkids sat outside just in case. nothing. i call on Friday! i was put on hold 4 different times to be told its on the truck out for delivery! so let me tell you i live 1 freaking mile from the hub! why in the hell does it take a act of congress to get my package. well i got pissed i went to the hub! talked to a supervisor. i was told the driver RAN OUT OF HOURS thats why they couldn't deliver my package. WTF i told them to locate the driver. i was told again its on truck and will be delivered. well i have to work. so thats not good for me. so i met with the driver! and guess what happened! YEP IT WASN'T ON THE DAMN TRUCK!!! so i went back to damn hub! i am above an beyond pissed. now i have wasted my gas. i get back there to the hub and the supervisor tells me they will leave it on my porch!!! WTF I LIVE IN A APARTMENT COMPLEX. SO YOU WANT TO LEAVE MY CC. I ASKED HIM ARE YOU GONNA REIMBURSE ME IF IT GET STOLEN?? then the supervisors proceeds to tell me that there was a 2nd attempt to delivery yesterday!! are you kidding me??? first u tell me he ran out of hours an now u say he attempted. WRONG!!! so now i am being told he can try to be here before i leave for work. if not ill have to go to will call at 8 pm. BULLSHIT!!! so i have to lose hours at work bc u people cant do your job?? what the hell!!! he said thats not his problem. really!! HOW ARE YOU GUYS STILL IN BUSINESS!!! WORST DELIVERY experience EVER! and its not even over... It's March 3rd now. I ordered a package that was shipped out on the 23rd of February. I STILL don't have my package. Here's why... UPS will not deliver to an apartment complex main office that has a designated package delivery area if there is an "Adult Signature" required. They will not even allow you to sign the tickets they leave on your door that specifically grants them permission to drop off at the apartment main office... so really... they won't deliver a package to you AT ALL if you work for a living and you live in an apartment complex. I put the package on hold so I could pick it up at this "customer service station" and I have had nothing but lies and excuses!!! I have been told 4 TIMES that my package is available for pickup. I have spent 3 hours of driving back and forth to this location to pick up a package and there is always someone telling me that it is not there. They even tried to deliver my package AGAIN today after I have been trying to have it held for pick up for over two days now!!! At this point, my package is being held hostage. UPS won't deliver it properly, and they can't put it on hold properly!!! There is literally nothing I can do to get my package, and I have no choice of getting my items to me any other way... Run Far Far Far Away from this company if you have any choice in service providers. read more

Dear UPS- Your Mesquite hub is the most poorly run operation in the whole country. I had a package that was scheduled to arrive at my home on 12/17/2013. It arrived at your Mesquite location and sat there (un-moved) for 48 hours. So I called the company and had to re-order another package. In the meantime, you sent the package back to where it came from Hodgkins, IL? The replacement package arrived, sadly in Mesquite, and the same thing happened. For four days in a row it says it's been 'Out For Delivery' yet it still hasn't been delivered? Hodgkins resent the original package, which of course wound up in Mesquite, and the same thing happened: it's stuck with Mesquite. These packages contained Christmas Cards we'd planned to send to friends & family. Not only can we not get them there in time for Christmas, we probably won't even have them there in time for New Year's. I hope UPS does a serious investigation on this location in Mesquite. According to the rest of their recent reviews, they are ignoring containers that had been delayed. I guess they just decided to write them off. They are efficiently unloading and delivering new arrivals, while last week's arrivals continue to just sit there. I'll forever avoid UPS when possible. read more

Package stuck at your hub for over a week and continue to report a false security of " The package is currently on its way to you." At least change the message to give another False Sense of HOPE that our packages will indeed be delivered! Try the following: 1) We are currently working on extracting more money from our customers by getting you to upgrade your delivery. Are you interested? 2) Twas the week before Christmas and all through the hub, not a creature was working except Beelzebub. We accept truck after truck with gifts galore, yet not one of theses packages will leave this here store. Week after week we hold up the gifts, until all of our customers are surely pissed. Once Christmas time has come and past, we'll do our best to get it to you at last. Don't hold your breath as this can be deadly, call back next week for a different medley. I am harassed every day, belittled, disrespected, forced to work in unsafe conditions, my advice to management is to get Roy Matthews out of management he works in the mesquite hub in Texas!!! he Is bringing down moral and customer service, he is harassing, and intimidating employees, neglecting the safety and well being of his employees, mentally and verbally abusing employees, stalking certain employees on routes only to stop them from there work to berate and belittle the employees and threaten them and all of this has been documented through multiple grievances from numerous people... ever wonder why a lot of employees under him call out on Friday's... you guys aren't dumb you know what's going on and the only thing UPS did was force Roy Matthews to take a class on how to talk to employees and guess what the class did absolutely nothing except help him create a more hostile work environment. UPS is definitely NOT the shipper it claims to be!! Shipped Christmas presents & was told that they would be delivered on Monday 12/23 ***GUESS WHAT*** I WAS JUST IMFORMED THIS WOULD NOT BE DELIVERED UNTIL THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS!!!! WHAT THE F_ _ _!! This was presents for children who really don't understand why they received Christmas presents after Christmas what kind of a messed up person does this? UPS does not care about the customer they only care about their bottom line, so I guess the average Joe slips through the cracks on their bottom line, if they did care they would have hired enough temporary help to fulfill the orders they were so willing to take from people & not deliver on time! My shipper from now on will be Fedex as they stand behind their word. I also just found out that their normal delivery schedule is one day less than UPS. Typical UPS. Everytime I order anything and it gets shipped via UPS and goes thru this Distribution Center or the Shreveport Center it ends up lost. I put a tracer on it. It arrived there scanned by their tracking then they loose it. I keep calling bu nothing gets done. Apparently they are having coffee and watching TV, rather than looking for it. It shows arrived, so it has to be there. They say were looking for it. My reply is the same as my kids when they can't find something. It's the last place you left it! Get off your ass and find it!!!!! If any of my shipments goes thru the Louisville Hub, it's always damaged. Personally for these reasons, I don't ship anything UPS. But other companies do and I end up with a lost or damaged product. How come any company that pays their employees $35+ and hour be so incapable of doing their job. Oh yea. The staff at the Samuel Blvd Mesquite, Tx UPS are the most rude, incompetent, lying , ignorant people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. They have made me an ex UPS user. I will never use UPS again and I will be trying to have companies that my friends own switch over to Fed Ex just in retaliation of what crappy customer service I have gotten from this one location. Every other location I deal with I get my packages sent, this one store is ran by complete retards.
