Wow. Worst post office I've been to yet. Every single envelope/box/etc supplies cubby was empty. The entire store was a holding cell for weary patrons. There should be more than 1 person working the counter where you go to pick up packages. At least 25 people in line and one person taking your notice, walking to the back to look for it, coming back, scanning it, etc. A very long and slow process. It's a busy Saturday morning! If you have to go there for anything, get ready to wait. I've waited up to an hour and at least 30 minutes to pick up packages. They also deliver to my house and the service is equally bad. We've had mail stolen many times, so we put in a locking box. Anything to large, they are supposed to bring to the door or take it back to their office. They never seem to be able to remember this, and just leave packages on the floor by the mailbox. I'm beyond frustrated at the lack of caring. By far, the worst, most ineffective Post Office I have ever been to. I would never go to this branch were it not for the fact that my delivery, unfortunately, originates from this office. Plenty of parking, but the inside is more the size of a postage stamp. Speaking of postage stamps, have you ever heard of a Post Office that doesn't sell them? Well, don't go there on a Saturday, because that's what you'll discover. Of course, they won't tell you this until you've made it to the counter after waiting in line for 10 minutes. Hopefully, you haven't waited in line with a big, heavy package to mail, because you'll be told they can't do that, either. This particular branch of the USPS is open on Saturdays for the sole purpose of mail retrieval. And good luck with that. They barely have any supplies (boxes, envelopes, etc.). However, what really gets me is that on the USPS website, on the page for this location, it says they are open on Saturdays, but after waiting in line for 10 minutes, the only guy working there asks if anyone in line needs to mail something. So I let him know that I am, and he tells me they "don't do any money transactions at this location on Saturdays". Well that's just great. That would be the kind of thing you should put on your webpage next to your hours. Instead, I have to come all the way over and wait in line before being told what you should have just put on your website in the first place. I'd love to give negative stars if it were possible. In the past three months, THREE of our packages have been stated as "delivered" by the post office when they never arrived. One time they were generous enough to leave a key in our mailbox showing us that there indeed was a parcel in our box. As I open the parcel box, there is nothing in there. The two other times, we were notified via email that our package was delivered only to find out that nothing was in our mailbox. I called the post office to find out where our packages disappeared to and all they could ask for was the delivery code each time I called. I made sure to call at least 5 times to complain and speak with their manager who they tell me is "Roger". Each time I called, different days, different times,he wasn't there. surprise, surprise. They assured me that "Roger" would call me with information about our packages yet to no avail, he never called. I bet he doesn't even exist. This post office is full of thieves. I'm filing a formal complaint ASAP. read more

I have never written a yelp review before but this is literally the worst experience I have had with an establishment. I had a package that was never delivered so I submitted an online redelivery request which was ignored. So I called the main USPS line and after being on hold for over an hour they completed another redelivery request. This was also ignored. I then called this post office directly after calling about 15 times with no answer. The attendant on the phone said he would alert and print out the information to give to the carrier. The package was still never delivered and I received an alert the next day that they were sending my mail back to the sender. I tried calling this post office over 50 times throughout the day and no one answered. read more

I was there 3 times trying to pick up a package then they told me it was being delivered to my house 2 days later they said my package was returned to sender because address wasn't readable!! Wtf.. I my passport was tracked and was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago and the second i call this post office they say they don't hold any mail and they would have a supervisor call me. I've been there over 100 times and never had a problem sending or receiving packages. I have mailed overnight to several states and never had a problem. However, the business hours were cut again recently and it looks like they are closed on saturdays now. My final complaint is that some of the drivers are too lazy to walk up my stairs to deliver a package, so I have to drive to the station to pick up half of my packages. The workers are all friendly enough - it's not like any of them would win a personality contest, but what do you expect? I'd give them a six out of ten because they don't carry many supplies here either. It's just a bare-bones station that provides a minimum, but sufficient service to the public. Don't go there. I see a lot of negative reviews, I wish I have seen the reviews before I went there. The woman who works there was so rude. I wanted to return the item I got from Amazon and I've never done this before. She was literally yelling at us all the time instead of explaining everything. My mother and I just opened the door and got inside ... I was checking my phone slowly walking and she was like "THE LINE IS HERE". I was like okay. My mother was holding the box which was opened and she yelled "THAT SHOULD BE CLOSED" I said "we will close it, no worries. Do you know if-" She yelled "YOU HAVE TO PUT A STICKER ON THE BOX AND THIS SHOULD BE CLOSED " I said "I know, I know. This is the first time I'm trying to return something and I forgot to print the sticker. By any chance do you have a printer here? " she yelled "NO, PRINT AT HOME" I said "I don't have a printer at home" She yelled, "THAN PRINT OUTSIDE, IM NOT GOING TO PRINT IT HERE FOR YOU AND THE BOX SHOULD BE CLOSED AND YOU HAVE TO PUT A STICKER ON IT". She kept repeating the same information again and again. I'm not going to write all of it here because I want to make my review as short as possible. I know I'm not Native American, I'm a foreigner, but I'm not stupid. You don't have to repeat it 10 times and yell at me. I said nothing I just left because I couldn't keep my cool anymore. I noticed a delivery on its way to me had the wrong zip code. Sure enough, it was starting to float around the North Hollywood area. I called this office to see if they could help. Not only did the lady help me, she found my package, made sure to set it aside in the managers office, and, she let her co-workers know I would be coming to pick it up. I am disabled and order things from Amazon that are too heavy for me to carry, like big bags of cat food, from Amazon. Well, this post office stole my bag of Purina One cat food. They attempted delivery once and left a notice to pick it up, despite being told to just leave it at the door, Kinda defeats the whole purpose of having it delivered to my door. Amazon, and I, both called them several times to tell them to just leave it, no signature needed, it's just cat food, and I even left a note on my door with my cellphone number; on two separate occasions, I spoke to someone whospokesofastIcouldn'tgetheirname, possibly intentional, who took my information and told me that the box would be sent out again and left at my door. It is 15 days later, and that still hasn't happened. Somewhere, a kitty owned by a postal service employee, is eating Purina One, and my cats, aren't. I'll bet when they took it, it was so heavy, that they thought it was something cool, and it was just a bag of cat food, HAHA, YA STINKING THIEVES!!! So, I filed a report with the USPS Inspectors, and you should, too. I cut and pasted some of the reviews from here, into my complaint form, along with a link to the other complaints. Amazon is sending out a replacement shipment at no cost, which is cool, but I am still going to do everything I can to get those people in trouble. Serious trouble.
