delicious brazilian bbq skewers. i recommend trying the carne, picanha and the wings. the hot sauce was homemade, pretty spicy, i liked mixing it with my rice. they had a few sides, i tried the chicken croquette and it was tasty. the owners were really sweet and i hope more people check them out!

This was my second time dining here, and I loved it just as much as the first. We ordered the mini combo, which included three skewers of our choice, cheesy waffles, and a croquet to share. We chose one beef skewer, one gizzard skewer, and one non-spicy chicken wings skewer. The food was delicious and perfect for a light lunch for two.

Cheese waffles?! 1000% yes. I love Brazilian cheese bread, but this place managed to make Brazilian cheese waffles and I am in love. This is a really cool Brazilian bbq spot! It's not buffet style, which I appreciate. I shared a mini combo with my husband and it was the perfect amount of food. The bulgogi skewer was by far the best. Astounding flavor, super tender, and nobody else does it! I don't know why. Service was really fast and friendly. Seems like a Korean couple loved Brazilian food and opened up a restaurant. And they're killing it! I highly recommend this place for lunch, dinner, snack, whatever your heart desires.

Run don't walk! It is better than Fogo de chao! Perfectly cooked steaks. Well seasoned meat! The branzino is the best we've ever had!!! Service is perfect! Friendly proprietors!

Valeu Espetos is a must try! A little pricy but worth every penny. We ordered take out and thought the flavors were impressive. The food is probably even better when dining in store. I loved the mochi like cheese waffles and their rice and homemade tomato onion slaw paired really well with the flavorful meat skewers. Cilantro beef and sausage were very good. The pork belly has a lot more fat on it than I like but I would still get it again. 3 skewers and two waffles for 2 adults was more than enough food to share. Can't wait to come back!

My boyfriend and I came here during the weekend around 3 or 4pm. The restaurant was empty but we decided to sit down and have a meal because it smelt amazing. We ordered the set meal for 2 people which comes with 3 skewers and also ordered an extra skewer on the side. For the set, we got garlic pork, steak, and sausage. For the side skewer, we got the picanha which is not included to order in the set menu. With the meats, we got a chicken croquette, 2 cheese breads in the shape of waffles, this amazing and spicy green sauce as well as a tomato cucumber salad. Our favorites definitely had to be the picanha and the garlic pork belly. My boyfriend liked the pork belly the most. It was flavorful and so tender! Surprisingly, we got pretty full off of everything. Although it may not seem like much, the pieces of meat were larger than what you expect. Overall, I'd definitely go back for another meal. I'd also order extra chicken croquette because one was not enough for us both. We were basically fighting for the last bite! It was that good. We also debated ordering sides of the cheese waffles to take home. It came out piping hot and paired so well with the side salad and sauce. Parking is street parking and metered. There's a couple of spots right in front of the restaurant but prepare to park a little further and doing a small walk.

This place was empty when I visited. The owner greeted me when I entered and told me to take a seat wherever I would like. All I knew is I wanted to try their picanha and their pao de queijo waffles. Picanha 10/10- Highly recommend. I order it medium rare and it was so juicy. It's worth your money and comes with 4-5 big chunks. Pao de Queijo Waffles 10/10- Highly recommend. I love the take on the classic Brazilian bread. Crispy outside but soft and chewy inside. Asa de Franco Apimentado 10/10- Great flavor and color on the chicken wings. Food was great and stayed hot my entire visit. You need to give this place a visit.

Extremely dry and well done skewer

For those who grew up in Brazil, is this authentic Brazilian?

No, it is not. Rice is simply plain, not like in Brazil with garlic and salt like we eat everyday there. Farofa is just plain cassava flour out of the bag, with no butter, onions or garlic (the most plain farofa you can make it. (Farofa is a type… Read more

Never had an issue the staff have generally been great, sometimes even funny and talkative. This time was different, maybe the guy is the owner or manager i dont know, slim tall guy, wore a urban camo hat. When I sat down to eat with my mom after we ordered I noticed the bill was more than we usually pay for pretty much the same order we always get. I looked at the receipt and saw we were over charged as BBQ only, not BBQ and Salad bbar, meaning the weight of the veggies are charged as meat, not just the meat. I walked over to the guy behind the counter to ask about it thinking there's a mistake besides this is my usual order, and it's always been bbq plus salad bar, and clearly it is not just "bbq only". I was immediately met with ridicule, insults, and aggression. He claimed there was too much meat and made accusations at me, I was not pleased with that behavior so I said, you know what thats fine, I dont need this, just take the food and refund me. He immediately escalates and gets loud and angery shouts ALL SALES FINAL told me to get the "F" out before he calls security. I said, look, I was over charged, if you dont agree thats on you but I dont want to spend my money here. Call security, let them come. At this point he insults me, my mom, and swears at us some more then retreats to the back for a few minutes while we say get security so they can look this over. He comes out after a few minutes of hiding to tell us to get the "F" out of here (mind you its a public mall, we are customers at the mall and are free to be here, not to mention paying customers of this establishment, though we tried to return the food and get our money back.) Overcharged us, was very rude and combative, deflected to accusations at me trying to say i am playing tricks here. (Btw we didnt insult or curse back, just stood our ground) There were a couple of other customers in line who saw it and asked us about what is going on, they agreed with us and said they would not give them business. You can judge for yourself if you think my food was "BBQ only" (clealry its not). Mind you, again, this is the usual order, this has always beed charged as bbq with salad bar for ever prior visit. So we took him up on his offer to get security when he tried to intimidate us with it, spoke to security, showed them everything the security team apologized for ehat happened , though it was not their fault and the security team is top notch in customer service, and they helped us file a formal complaint with the mall management. Edit to add: And honestly looking now at other reviews even going back a year or more I see a pattern, one lady had her mother leaving in tears (mine held hers back while there but similar issue) from the outright rudness and it seems in that case that lady's parents got their money taken with nothing in exchange but a sour experience, and the response from their yelp manager? A hollow "Sorry"? How about a refund? Try reaching out to the customer and mending the situation? I am sure I'll either get an empty "sorry" too, or probably some sort of passive aggressive attack if not an outright attack for my review, much the same as I saw in person. It could have gone very easy just saying "i can correct that overcharge this time" but the swearing and insults and raising his voice at us in the middle of the food court with people watching, other potential customers and even what looked like a new job applicant who was just starting there seeing what this guy is like, sheesh.

There are TVs at the bar, and people were there watching the World Cup. I enjoyed most of what I tried. My favorites were the shrimp à la casserole, picanha steak with chimichurri sauce, and branzino. Didn't really care for the tostada or Brussels sprouts. Their Brussels sprouts are pretty much only crispy leaves, instead of the traditional hearty sprouts. The passion fruit cheesecake was very good! Drinks were wel-made. I recommend the passion fruit caipirinha. Service was excellent. I highly recommend John Paul. Street parking is available very close to the restaurant but fills up fast. There is valet at the Biltmore Hotel (connected to the restaurant) for $50 or self parking in the garage for $15 after validation. Restrooms are an area for improvement and did not match the nice atmosphere of the dining space. Overall, this was an elevated restaurant with a fun atmosphere and an eclectic menu. Something here for everyone. I'll definitely be back to try the brunch and happy hour.

My head is thinking "calm down--we ate minimally and got drinks. Don't offer it if you're going to have an attitude about adjusting the bill". It was just weird. They also didn't offer any bday dessert treat but we weren't super pressed bc we were so full. The meat was a bit overdone and all kind of tasted the same this visit. Didn't get to try the lamb chops and a few other meats, but still has a nice variety. Salad bar is top notch and consistent, although wish their black beans were plain due to all the meat.
