The food is delicious and fresh. Their staff is courteous and helpful. It has many vegetarian options here and it is a perfect spot to grab a bite after yoga (purple yoga studio nearby). Not cheap but very good. I love the burger el dorado style and the mashed potatoes. I always get those two items because they are so delicious. I also like the offering of different tea drinks which are made there. The place is a little small but you can also eat outside which is nice in good weather. It is a pretty area with a small pond and various shops and a movie theater. Not usually overly crowded. My only complaint is that they need to staff better so there is more than one person working register during busy times and teach the expediters to multi task better. It sucks to order take out on the phone and then have to wait in line with everyone else ordering because no one is at the "phone order pickup" register. Or worse still ordering and paying for food on the app and then seeing your food packed and ready in the window and you can't get any of the expediters to make eye contact so you can ask for your paid for food. A change of management and not a good result! My daughter and I have been regular customers since they opened. It's gone from great to ok- ! Service is not so good anymore whether inside or takeout! Right when we walked in the cook spoke in Spanish about how white me and my friends are thinking we wouldn't understand him. And then I ordered the grilled quinoa veg burger with fries and immediately noticed that I was given 8 fries (I counted). Then when I took a bite into my burger it was incredibly dry so I asked for sauce because it's not like I can ask for a refund for a dry burger. Well I really like the food it's healthy and I'm a newbie as vegetarian trying to go vegan. Used to get it to go! However it's usually a hit and miss sometimes I do really well sometimes they don't. But lately it seems like mostly they don't do well. When you ask for plasticware they give you one. When you have two meals. Basically if you get it to go you shouldn't have to ask your plasticware you're going to eat it somewhere not at home necessarily. You might be going to a park and eat it going to a movie or whatever and then you have to ask your plasticware. That's my pet peeve they're not consistent with service! But I will continue to get to go because I really like the beyond burger! Oh one more thing I always get myself the kids meal to go because I do not eat a lot. So one time I ask for lettuce tomato onion cheese on the burger the girls stops taking my order and goes to talk to somebody about that. Never before has veggie food tasted so good....I am very pleased to have a chance to go and eat in a healthy way so close to home (Marketplace) I had the really flavorful crispy chickin plate and it was very filling and satifying. Would def go back again to have this and/or try other pickins. Veggie chickin tastes very close to chicken and the mashed cauliflower is a great replacement for potatoes.......The quinoa salad was good too and the iced teas are awesome. read more

Vegetarian food never tasted so good. I love trying new places and this definitely didn't disappoint. I got the papa portobello, which was really basically a giant portobello instead of a meat. It was so juicy and flavorful. I'll definitely come back to try the rest of the menu. I wish the price was a little cheaper, but healthier and fresher foods are more expensive so I can't complain. I'm a veganish vegetarian who loves veggie burgers and fries as much as the next veganish vegetarian (and I'm fat too!) , but I find the food at this chain and at Native Foods to be meh. Food is very good but turns cold within a couple of minutes. Not sure why it needs to be so cold. Very uncomfortable. Would have given 5 stars if it was a little warmer in here. It's too warm outside to wear a jacket but that's what's needed. Also, was looking forward to beyond burger with "crispy fries". Not one fry was crispy. Holy Moly....just had the Banh Mi salad and it was INCREDIBLE!!! Definitely my new favorite item on the menu. It's pretty much a Banh Mi sandwich, without the bread. It's a salad, so there are lots of fresh greens, shredded carrots, eggplant, quinoa, fresh sliced jalapeños, and the best crispy tofu I have ever had. The tofu added the perfect amount of crunch to the salad, and the spice level is perfect. I am not normally a salad for dinner kinda person, but with all the ingredients, it felt much more like a meal than your typical salad and I left full and very happy :-) read more
