Booked this place out of curiosity and wanted to kill some time. Booking: So I booked this place via their online website for 4pm. I got a call, same day around 12pm saying they could take me earlier (for 1pm) but unfortunately could not do that, so we stuck with our original time. Arrival: I got here a little early, around 3:20ish, thinking hmm.. they can't be that busy, maybe they can take me earlier. I arrive and Sam at the desk said that I can wait for my technician... okay, no worries. So while i am patiently waiting, Sam for the next 30 minutes and calling other clients asking if they can come earlier for their scheduled appointments. I'm counting at least 5-6 calls. And hm... as I wait, I'm still waiting for a technician. 4:07pm, I've given them a 5 minute grace period and have seen at least four ladies already get started while i'm still sitting in this waiting chair. Ive also seen at least 3-4 technicians walk in and are gossiping in the back. 4:15: I walked out without any service done. I'm pissed. This is not okay. 4-5 LADIES came in all saying they had an appointment at 4pm as well and were IMMEDIATELY seated. And then SAM is trying to tell me "well they were already assigned to a technican" ... so you mean to tell me you cant switch that around, to whoever comes first? Thats bull. And the TECHNICIAN that i'm supposed to be assigned to, can't read time and is running late now? Or is JENNIFER too busy in the back churning butter? So after complaining, some other receptionist is telling sam.. " why didnt you tell me? I could've ______ (i didnt catch the rest)" She then looks at me saying she didnt know I was waiting and assumed I was waiting for a friend. I am friggen pissed and i am completely blaming SAM for being incompetent. Of course the minute a chick walks in with her FAKE BBL, Sam gets all smiles on his face and immediately puts her in a chair to scan her head. So we're just going to skip over me? Ok. Got it. I see how this business is run. A part of me feels like this all could've been avoided if SOMEONE wouldve acknowledge that I had an appointment and was waiting. How are you gonna take 4-5 ladies before me and i've been here since 3:30? Sam and the other girl kept asking if I wanted to wait a little bit more for my technian. So you mean that she STILL aint ready? And to add insult to injury, Sam kept asking me if I'm sure I want to cancel. Pull your head out of that girl's BBL and maybe you can hear me better. No one offered me water, no one asked if I needed to use the restroom. Nothing. Screw this place. I feel so disrespected. Left feeling more irritated than relax. I'm not coming back here. This was such a huge huge disappointment and this isn't a cheap service. I was expecting a relaxing head massage/clean scalp but was in pain most of the time. Expect vigorous scratching to the point of almost asking them to stop and massive amounts of water being shot into your ears! She stuck her fingers in my ears with soap which was extremely uncomfortable and awkward. 5 hours post treatment and I still feel like I have water in my ears. I do not recommend this if you are looking for any sort of relaxation whatsoever. read more

Looks like I'm the unpopular opinion here and I really wanted to love this place, but overall, the experience was truly just OK. My fiance booked a deep scalp therapy appointment for me for my birthday. It's a 50 minute service at $160 (check in on Yelp for 20% off but I believe they already gave 20% when he booked, it bringing it down to $128). The appointment began with a short consultation where they take a close up look at your scalp while you watch along on the ipad. The tech who helped me was also their receptionist and he told me the different things I was looking at (oil in the follicles, dry patches, etc). This was all good, except that I wish he would've shared what I could do to improve my scalp based on what he saw. Instead, he just told me what he saw, which wasn't much more than what I already knew about my scalp. After that, you're moved to their massage room. Since I was doing a scalp massage, I took off my top and left my shoulders bare so that my clothes wouldn't get wet. If you're not comfortable with that, I'd recommend wearing a tube top. The treatment started with a short massage of the temples, scalp, and face. A great start and it felt like a real relaxing experience with the soothing music, mild aromatherapy, and dark room. But that's pretty much as good as it got. After the maybe 5-10 minutes of that, we moved onto the washing/steaming part. The hair mask (I think?)/steam session took quite a long time and it was literally just me laying there while my hair was steamed. The shampoo session was fine, but to be honest, I've had a better feeling shampoo and massage at the salon. While shampooing and adding conditioner (maybe?) into my hair, the massage basically just became scratching my head. Like, I don't know how else to explain that except that it was just a lot of scratching in different directions. I was thinking this was a lead up into another massage but no, that was it. After that, we moved back to the first room for her to blow dry my hair and then I went home. Overall - mid, very mid. I've gotten really into taking care of my hair in the past year and the other things that made this experience less than great was just the general lack of genuine hair care. Maybe this is me being bougie, but some things that gave me the ick: + To rinse the shampoo out of my hair, she was using HOT water. Everywhere I've researched says that a cold/cool rinse is so much better for hair health because hot water causes dryness and irritation, which doesn't help because I already had a dry scalp. + After the massage, she took a regular cotton towel and rubbed my hair down to the ends to get the excess water out. This is REALLY not recommended for hair because it can cause breakage, especially at the ends . Instead, you should really be using microfiber towels to dry your hair or at the very least, pat it and don't rub it. + Before blow drying, no heat protectant was sprayed on my hair. In fact, she didn't even brush it and I saw a whole box of brushes right in front of me. What she did do was take my hair out of the towel it was in, and straightaway started blow drying my hair while trying to take out the tangles with her fingers. At the end, my hair was still very slightly damp, tangled, and my hair/scalp didn't really feel any better than when I first walked in. Maybe it was an off night or my therapist was feeling done for the day or maybe I should've got a different package - but I walked out of there feeling like this just wasn't it. I'll probably try getting a scalp massage again, but likely not here. read more

I was hoping for a relaxing and educational experience like you see on YouTube from other head spas, my friend and I booked months in advance for a side by side on a weekday. We entered and it as very serene, we were taken back to view our scalps and were expecting somewhat of an explanation about our scalp health, what the following treatment could help with, etc. We were brought back to another room and were not told anything about what products were going onto our scalp. It was a very relaxing multi step process, our hair was blown in every which direction afterwards but I was hoping for the price I would learn about whether I have a dry, oily or healthy scalp! It was a nice experience but I don't think it was worth the price unfortunately. read more

I am getting married in a few weeks and wanted my hair and scalp deep cleaned. I also booked a massage which I highly recommend. The staff is amazing. I walked in and was greeted and offered water- which I gladly accepted since I was super thirsty after 2 hours of driving. Traffic was worse than usual due to Thanksgiving being the next day. I was definitely worried that I might have trouble with parking. There was no need to worry because there was plenty of parking in private lot. My appointment started with a massage. Ever since an auto collision I was in a year and a half ago I've had a lot of pain in my back and neck. The massage was a perfect way to relax. After the massage, the scalp and hair (and facial) treatment began. All of the products used felt and smelled so good. After the treatment we went to the last part of the treatment which was blow drying my hair. We used the camera to look at my scalp again and I could see that it was free of dead skin and build up. My hair is fairly long and thick so it usually takes a bit of time to dry. My hair was dry in no time at all. All in all it was a great experience and I will definitely book again. read more

Overall experience was ok. Right as I walked in, the place felt stuffy, as if there was no ventilation. I was asked to wait in the waiting area until someone came and briefly looked at my scalp and gave me a quick analysis. I was then asked to proceed to my room. As the technician started washing my hair. The lights stayed bright and weren't dimmed. It would have been nice to have some soothing music playing in the background. 20 mins in, I wanted to check my watch to see how much longer and it wasn't a good sign. Save your money! I got a scalp scrub/facial, and the entire time it felt like my scalp was just being scratched with her nails. She didn't use the round water device, only the water spout, and at the end they just blow-dryed my hair without styling. I previously went to H20 head spa which was WELL WORTH the money, because they used a comb to "scratch off" the dead skin on your scalp.
