Kate was very rude and from my experience with her, it's very apparent that she should not be working in customer service. My phone broke that day and I didn't have access to contact my family and ask them about our family plan so that I could get a new phone. She did not let me use the store phone to contact my family and everything I asked her about was a "no we don't do that". I had to go to T-Mobile across from the store, they were very nice and let me use their phone to contact my family, and I'm not even with T-Mobile.... She is NOT helpful, and is just RUDE. As a customer service representative the word "no" should not be used especially during an emergency situation. The WORST experience!!! read more

After dropping my phone and cracking the screen, I went into the local (Aliso Viejo) Verizon 'Corporate' location and was told that since they couldn't get the phone to turn on, I would need to just upgrade and buy a new phone. When I pressed a bit and 'asked questions' the salesperson figured I wouldn't be an immediate 'sale' so he sent me on my way to the Mission Viejo mall, where he conceded that a person there could help me. After bringing it to the mall, the phone repair guy told me that since the blue light was showing up in left hand corner of my Samsung, this meant it was an internal problem that only Samsung could help me with, so I needed to locate a Samsung repair place. While frustrated; I walked into the Victra (Verizon Authorized Retailer) store to see if they could help me. Calen was very helpful. He never tried to 'sell me' a phone. Since my phone was dead, Calen offered to look up the nearest Samsung repair place (Best Buy) online on my behalf. After leaving his store and a failed attempt to get Best Buy to help, I figured it was the right thing to do to have Calen get my business for buying a new phone. Calen was awesome! He was extremely helpful and guided me through the many options, never pressuring me into something I didn't want. I highly recommend you see Calen when you are ready to buy your next phone! read more

I got a new phone this weekend. I had such a great experience with Mark the store manager. He was patient and knowledgeable. He explained everything and explained each of the features on my new phone. I have bad experiences in the past at other stores so I went in with my guard up, but Mark changed all that. My go to store is the Verizon store in the mission Viejo Mall. I would recommend it to anybody looking for an honest helpful store. read more

This is my go to store for all things Verizon, due to the personalized care and professionalism of the staff. I went in to resolve a complicated problem with the billing. I was ready to give up after multiple attempts to fix an uncredited BOGO rebate for 4 phones , but an outstanding sales attendant, Kate, suggested we handle it together while I was there. Kate took charge, calling and discussing my issue with Verizon, and due to her communication with Verizon, I received a $200 credit "for my trouble". While this issue remains unresolved, it is moving in the right direction. Had it not been for Kate, I would have left frustrated and discouraged. Kate demonstrated outstanding service. Her business acumen proved helpful in turning around a bad situation. She is a tremendous asset to this store, and I hope she is acknowledged for her outstanding customer service. It is really disappointing the sale practices at this store, even when they were informed that my area of residence has poor reception, they offered me a service and promised it will be easily fixed with a device that Verizon will provide, So I decided to switch from Tmobile to Verizon, trading my iPhone and buying a Gizmo watch for my child, Andrew was very nice while he made the sale. Unfortunately the reception was really bad, no signal at all, so I called Verizon Customer service and the representative informed that the service in my area is not available and will be not in optimal conditions soon, and was surprised that Victra in Mission Viejo Mall, offered something just to sale even if they know that the costumer will be affected, so his suggestion was to not be stuck with Verizon expecting to receive an unreal service offered. I went to the store and explained my decision and Mark was the person who process the refund, He just cancelled and delete the phone information without giving me time to reach a contact number, this bad experience represents more than $700 in new expenses and almost made me lost the phone number I hold for more than 12 years. Verizon customer service is awesome, but this retail is the worst nightmare you can have experienced. read more

Went to the Verizon store in Mission Viejo Mall (owned by Victra) to buy a new phone. We felt victimized when they added two "Hum" devices to our order without even asking us. When we said "what's that", employees lead us to believe it was a gift for being good customers. Read small print! Turns out that we were charged for the two devices, as well as for installation, and a monthly fee for each --all for devices we never even asked for! When we returned the devices the next day, they tried to charge us a $170.00 restocking fee and refused to remedy the situation to our satisfaction. Are they kidding? We called Verizon direct and fortunately they resolved the upsetting situation. We wouldn't recommend that you do business with any Victra Verizon store if this is how they operate. read more

Upgrading a phone during the holidays. One would think think retailers would be prepared for such a thing. Regardless as of how cumbersome the process is, the the staff this day failed to keep an eleven year customer happy. While we were being helped, one of their computers crashed. Another sales guy booted our sales guy off of the terminal he was helping us on in an effort to assist another customer. Once our sales guy was allowed to proceed with helping me, the manager booted him off the terminal to handle a personal transaction. Overall a customer service FAIL. if you're looking for mobile service, don't get it here. If you're u have to get it at the Shops at Mission Viejo, ATT and TMobile are right next door to Verizon. Don't put up with slow service and poor customer service. read more

Worst service ever. Long story, short, they did not disclose important information during the purchase and now 5 months later I run into the problem and since they only have a 30 day return policy, the manager told me HE DIDNT HAVE TO HELP ME and hung up the phone. Not only that when I was there all the young kids were were very unprofessional. Avoid this place at all costs! Update-contacted Victra customer service sent and they said it's a manufacture problem and they can't assist though the problem started in the store it's now my fault and problem to deal with. read more
