Made reservations on a Sunday, arrived and restaurant was empty, they have an open kitchen so I could see the Chef just looking at his phone, was thinking about leaving but we decided to stay. Shout out to Jose G our server and bartender... Jose makes some very great drinks. We checked out the menu , limited but definitely enough options, we went with the Speck pizza with smoked mozzarella and hot honey.. a definite winner , truly one of the best. They are known for the gigantic potato croquette for two, we decided to have it served with our entrees Pork Chop Parmigiana and Chicken Milanese since nothing else comes with the entree. All dishes were very good and great sauce. Full bar with limited wine list but some very great options to choose from. We had a very nice time and would definitely go back for pizza and a bottle of wine. Great dessert was a espresso martini affogato with vanilla bean ice cream

We came here on a Sunday with reservations. It was not too busy. Service was great and attentive. The restaurant itself was beautiful with many pictures on the wall and great colors. We came as a group of 6 and had the AYCE pizza. We tried all of their pizza options with repeated orders. Pies were small enough for a single person to finish. Unfortunately, the pizza was not to our liking. Crust was inconsistent across all pies. Most were very floppy/doughy without crisp. Flavor was also inconsistent. Most of the cheesier pies were unfortunately saltier than expected. My personal favorites were the pizza 83 and margherita. Although the I was not too fond of the pies, the AYCE experience itself was worth the trip as you won't have this anywhere else.

11/10/24. Started our Farmingdale crawl at Vico based on all the positive reviews. Greeted by Jose, the bartender, who was welcoming and attentive. We started with a few cocktails. I enjoyed my cosmo but I also tasted my friend's drinks. I'm not a bourbon drinker at all but the corsa all'oro was surprisingly tasty. The Sara spritz was a bit too sweet for me. We shared the Pizza 83 and the Mont Fait. While the pizzas were definitely not large, they tasted fresh. Both had a superb crust but the mushroom pizza was my fav. There wasn't enough sausage on the other pie but the sauce was delicious.

My wife and I came here after seeing all the raving reviews and were very underwhelmed from the moment we walked in. We shared the chicken Milanese and rigatonia di amalfi. Both didn't have any taste. For the chicken Milanese, it was good because of the balsamic. For drinks, I got the mont faito margarita and my wife got the Aperol sour. We were pleasantly surprised by them. For dessert, we share the tiramisu which was good. I'm glad we tried.

The meatballs were on the colder side, though chocked full of flavor. The chicken wings were perfectly crisp without being burnt. The caprese pizza was quite filling and all the ingredients worked well for satisfying slices.

Homemade pasta! Need I say more? Gnocchi was amazing as was Fusilli that husband had. Finishing with homemade biscotti!

Just incredible! For a starter, my table shared a margherita pizza which was delicious. I HIGHLY recommend getting a pasta and upgrading it to the "bomb bowl" for $4. The pasta is served in a pizza crust bowl and topped with burrata. Do not skip the dessert menu - they have an amazing Nutella pizza with cannoli cream on top, and a cannoli pizza, in addition to many other desserts.

I've been wanting to try Vico for a while now, and I am so glad I finally got to dine here! The vibe is incredible and it's a gorgeous space inside. The price point is fantastic - and the portion sizes were perfect. The meatball appetizer was SO flavorful and I probably could have eat four of them. The gnocchi was fluffy and the tomato sauce was perfectly balanced. I got the Sara's Spritz cocktail which had limoncello and Prosecco and it was so refreshing! Our waiter Stephen was so friendly, knew the menu well and made great suggestions.

Pizza first of alll was freaking amazing I get the same pie in a lot of Italian restaurants and this one is top 3 so far Meatballs are pretty good with the whipped ricotta The drink definitely worth it and the bartender was great he helped pick out most of the items Service was pretty good for the most part can't complain Ambiance was dope welcoming nice and quiet Will be coming back with family next time

Ordered delivery pizza and the whipped ricotta cheese. I wish I told the restaurant to make the pizza crust crispy. It was sort of soggy. Either was tasted good I wish the ricotta cheese came with toast not focaccia bread. Still yummy

Best service I have ever had wow. Our server went above and beyond to the point I saw him LOCATING A TABLE AND CHAIRS for customers to sit at OUTSIDE because they asked if there was outdoor seating. YES THIS MAN CREATED OUTDOOR SEATING for this couple because they came in asking if there was any. HELLO???? 5 stars just for that. As for his treatment of my friend and I: smile on his face, super cordial--absolutely loved his energy. Because we were waiting a short while for our food, he came over and apologized and offered us anything from the appetizers menu on the house. Seriously it didn't feel like we were waiting that long anyways. Food was good. I would definitely like to try more of menu to give a better review but the dough on that cannoli pizza was magnificent. Soft, fluffy, a slight bit of chew. Fantastic. I wish the burrata came with bread or something because it just came with some bright and tangy cherry tomatoes and crisp arugula but otherwise good, just something I'm glad was complimentary. The Cacio e Pepe croquette was interesting. Very strong flavor of the pecorino which I couldn't decide if I liked or did not like but anything potato is always good so I decided it was good. One thing I didn't get was their family special to go but something I have my beady little eyes on for next time. You can get three half trays of salad, an entree, and pasta for 35 bucks which is such a fantastic deal. And knowing that the pasta is made in house I know that's plain robbery to be getting such a steal of a price for three trays of food. What's special about this spot is that the owners are from the beautiful Amalfi Coast in Italy which inspired much of the menu. So here you have a little taste of Amalfi in Long Island with their freshly made pasta and pizzas. Would absolutely be back!

Their service was absolutely impeccable. We arrived late because of unexpected delays at the cemetery, and Adán was beyond gracious and accommodating. He made a difficult day feel lighter. The place has a good amount of seating area including high tops, low booths, bar table, and a private room. There is also two unisex restrooms. I came with my boyfriend before an event at Farmingdale State College and we were on a time crunch. I made a reservation on OpenTable but it was not busy at all. We got greeted and seated immediately upon walking in. Then, a server came with ice water for the both of us before our actual waiter came to introduce herself and ask if we were ready to order. Shortly after ordering, the waitress brought us a plate of complimentary bread that comes with garlic on top and olive oil dip on bottom. We got the fried calamari which was perfectly battered (not too little nor too thick) and fried perfectly (not too burnt nor too pale). The taste was great and went well with the marinara sauce. The Clams Oreganata were delicious too - very meaty and flavorful with a nice sauce and lemon to squeeze on top. The Clams Vespa is very unique and creamy. It reminds me of a white Alfredo sauce with baked clams. They had a huge variety of drinks and it was hard for me to choose, but the lady recommended me the Sicilian Kiss which is a strawberry flavored cocktail. It is supposed to be on the sweeter side but the alcohol was strong too. As for our main entree, we got the Papperdelle Bolognese which was a veal, pork, beef ragu on ribbon pasta. Very well cooked and the taste and texture went perfectly together. We were so full, but never skip on dessert! I'm personally not a fan of cheesecake, but they have creme brulee cheesecake and rainbow cookie cheesecake which I would have loved to try if it wasn't for the cheesecake. But I was happy to find out I could order the rainbow cookie gelato that usually comes with the cheesecake. That was yummy! The texture reminded me of the cake mix Ice-Cream from Carvel and the flavor is not too strong. Overall, great vibes and service. Will definitely be back to the the pizza and other pastas.

On Long Island, easy parking can make or break a night out, and Trento definitely delivers there. We grabbed seats at the large, comfortable bar and enjoyed a couple glasses of wine. We let our server pick for us, and both choices were excellent. For food, we split the fig, gorgonzola, and prosciutto salad. Beautifully presented and full of flavor. For our entrée, we shared a pasta with broccoli rabe and sausage--another solid dish. But the real standout might have been the focaccia bread. Honestly, some of the best I've ever had--fresh, light, and incredibly delicious. Great food, a comfortable atmosphere, and nice to see a place remain consistently good after all these years. Hahaha! Only Harold & I ordered apps. I got the steak tartare and Harold ordered the Kobe beef meatball which he shared with Pat. I tasted the meatball, it was so good. Huge but tender. But my steak tartare was the favorite dish of the night. I like the fact that the beef was finely cubed and the seasoning was different from others that I have had but quite delicious. The shredded truffle was a nice touch. The Stracciatella cheese was more abundant than expected but not overpowering. We all ordered different entrées, chicken Parm, a Seabass that was on special, the salmon dish and I got the veal chop All of us loved our dishes. I didn't taste the other entrées so I can't comment on them, but they all looked amazing but my Veal Chop was definitely worth coming back for! I love a good pounded veal chop, and the marsala sauce was delicious without being cloyingly sweet, which sometimes a marsala sauce can be. Also my Prickly Pear Margarita was delicious! Fruity & powerful! Sorry I haven't been here sooner. Thanks Harold! 2-27-2026
