They scour the planet to find, procure, and roast their own beans that are a treat for those who want to grab a bag and brew at home. The shop is pristine and the baristas.... YES!! They can steam that luxurious, sweet and smooth milk to deliver that beautiful Rosetta-topped latte you've been craving. My go to drink is the Cold Brew but thought I would try something new today and got an iced Salted Caramel Latte with oat milk since I had a free drink with their rewards program. This was our first time here. My daughter likes to check out all the coffee places and this was the most disappointing so far. Upon arrival they were not busy two people behind the counter no customers in line they didn't acknowledge us for at least five minutes. We walked around, trying to find something to do. they both made eye contact, but nobody said anything like I'll help you in a moment or welcome. They just left us to be uncomfortable. When the man finally did come to the register he was snarky short not helpful. I can't believe my daughter ordered anything, I would've walked right out. Limited choices The only flavors are vanilla and chocolate.it's also hot as hell. High ceilings retained the heat from roasting not smart and the tiny ceiling fans are not helping. Not enough seating. Too many large tables taken up by one or two people. read more

Decent coffee but they only do shots in doubles so I had to order a size up to get near my normal triple americano. The gal at the counter told me they only have chocolate for flavors, but now on the menu I see they have vanilla and caramel lattes..? So I guess you can only have flavors other than chocolate if you order a latte but not with the Americano? Idk we're going to try somewhere else today! read more

This cafe is a super cute and spacious place with incredible staff. Everyone was delightful and Ashley was especially kind and thoughtful. The drinks were all very tasty. My friend and I saw this coffee shop while we were walking around the area and decided to pop in to see what they offered. The space is huge, and there were a few people inside studying as they plugs to charge your laptop along the wall. They also had some nice picnic tables for outdoor seating. I ordered the GOAT on a plain bagel, which had avocado, cherry tomatoes, goat cheese crumbles, and Old Bay seasoning and it was delicious! They do not skimp out on the avocado which I was really pleased with. My friend ordered an iced matcha, which is made with either vanilla or mint. Per the barista's recommendation, she went with the mint which paired perfectly with the matcha and didn't overpower the flavor. Vigilante also has some merchandise for sale displayed at the front of the store, and we ended up going home with one of their glasses- the design was so cute and the drink was great. I understand the name, this place is highway robbery. To start, the espresso tastes like every crummy wannabe coffee house. I don't know if it's poor quality beans or maybe the water is just not filtered enough, but they have that awful taste that 70% of coffee places have. Second, barista that took my order messed up on the size; I paid for a 16oz, but by the time word got to the barista making the beverage something was lost in translation. So when I informed the barista on bar of the mistake, I got attitude from him as he schooled me about there being two sizes and what his role is about just filling the cup. Thanks bro, I just paid $6 to be handed the wrong order so your attitude is the cherry on top of why I stopped buying coffee from B rated cafes. Anyway, I have an extra star because the building and merchandise is cool... seems like a major waste of space though because for how big it is only about 16 people can grab a seat and stick around. read more

Came here for the first time this morning and loved it! The space is nice and big which is rare for local coffee shops. I got a regular drip coffee and an almond croissant...both were amazing! My friend and I were talking while we were in line about it being her birthday and an employee came up to us and gave her a free drink coupon to use the next time she goes in. It was so sweet and unexpected! They even had a band playing. Great vibes, friendly people, and a cute space. I really hope they do well and keep getting great business as they continue to grow. read more

Coffee is excellent, however they don't seem to be able to keep enough clean coffee cups. So, even an excellent cup of coffee served in a paper cup is subpar. Bummer! The worst part is that the server's response was 'oh, well.' Bummer! read more

Their attention to customers is excellent... in addition to their excellent products. This past Saturday I left my wallet behind, on the serving counter after getting my coffee. I was leaving town on my way home in the Bay Area; 150 miles later at a gas station I realized my wallet was gone. Credit cards, driver license, medical record access numbers and advance directive. It was after hours but I desperately needed to get a hold of some one at Vigilante. On my web search I realized they fo not have a phone # BUT they have a chat feature... I thought... forget it! I will be getting g a robotic response, NOT at all, within 5 minutes I got a human, Glenn. He took charge with staff and management and by 6:00 AM next day all was taken care of. Today Tuesday I got my wallet via FedEx before noon. I m greatful for the good Samaritan who turned in, for Vigilante's staff and Management and for Glenn who followed up till the loop was closed. Yesterday was not my best day at Vigilante. I only ordered a regular coffee. Their drip machine was not working. At a coffee shop? So, it took 30 minutes for me to get an Americano to go.
