Just got to NY and was starving. Walked around and found this place. A lot of young people here kind of made feel a little old. Lol. The food here is good and reasonably priced. Got the salmon roll, tonkatsu ramen with eel and a cup ice red bean matcha tea. Salmon roll was pretty gid and didn't taste fishy, ramen broth was tasty and not greasy or overly salted (came with half an egg, corn, eel, fish cake and nori). Very generous portions. The tea was delicious and not too sweet just how i like it, the tapioca balls were really good and not like others that I've tried that are hard to chew and bitter. Compared to bubble teas I've had in the past ... it's the least tasty one I've had. They drown your drink with ice. I paid 6 dollars for 5 sips and I'm done. I even ordered a ramen bowl to go. I paid 12 dollars for this. There was barely any broth, I had to add water just to even it out. There was no flavor ... I should've stuck with cup of noodles. Would not suggest to a bubble tea drinker or noodle eater. read more

Lively service with smile is attracting big crowd of teenagers into the store. Tiny store on 23rd Street seems to be occupied full in the afternoon. I tried Bubble tea and it was very good. On a cold winter day I tried Ramen Noodle with soup and it really warmed my spirit and body. Many times when I passed by the store I wanted to try a new menu but the line before the counter was too long. Two cashier with nice hats were simply too busy coping with the crowd. The bubble tea is okay - but the service could've been way way better. It was a little crowded when I got there and there was only one person making drinks while others stood around. I asked the lady who took my order what the lowest level of sweetness was and she whispered the answer - literally had to ask her to repeat herself twice and could still barely hear her. I got my card out and she pointed to the card reader and handed me my receipt - no thank you or have a nice night or anything. We were the only ones in the store by the time my drink came out - she never called my order out but had called other orders out before and my drink was probably sitting on the counter for a couple minutes. Great, fast service with smiles and an apology when the cashier misheard my order. I ordered the strawberry yakult with tapioca, and my brother a chocolate milk tea with tapioca. They were very delicious!! The drinks were very sweet by default, just the way I personally like it, but it's definitely a note to keep in mind for those with less of a sweet tooth, but you can adjust the sugar level if you ask them. I started going here with my friends despite one of them getting food poisoning a few years ago. I haven't been back since my friend and I found a GIANT WATERBUG at the bottom of our drink! At this branch, the tea was not very good. The drink very artificial and fake. The tapioca is not good. It tastes old and unsweet. The tapioca is also very hard to chew. read more

Holy smokes their drinks are WAY too sweet. I got an almond milk tea, no bubbles. In every bubble tea shop I've been to I've always ordered my drink with as much sugar as each normally uses and it's never been an issue before, but I took literally two sips of this and was forced to throw it out because I could just see the diabetes demons swooping my way. The almond flavor was also incredibly strong and artificial-tasting. I'll be back to try their teas again just to give it another shot, but certainly ordering 1/2 sugar (1/4?) from now on. read more

I love this place so much. I've been going here nonstop since it opened because I work near it and seriously EVERYTHING that they have is absolutely delicious. Even when their sushi was premade, it was fresh and delicious. Now that they make it for you, it's even better and honestly tastes better than the restaurants in the area. It's too bad that their sushi menu is so limited! The kani salad is cheap and to die for and their dumplings are very yummy as well. This is by far the slowest bubble tea place I have ever been to. I ordered my drink on a Tuesday around 8pm, not very crowded. It took 3 people to man the single cashier spot and they had one person making all the drinks. The person making the drinks was tremendously slow and was not very good at the process. She left my drink on the machine for 10 minutes while she moved on to another drink. Don't come here if you want your drink quickly. read more
