I've never had a bad experience with the food or service. The pizza and subs are fantastic and the delivery time is quick.

This pizza is always the best in the area for take out. There is always a deal and the pizza options are vast. Great place!

Pizza and focaccia were amazing. The Mediterranean salad was perfect size and so yummy. The delivery time was super fast! Very pleased!!

I love this pizza. So good and the crust is always just right a little chewy with a bit of crunch. You can order online early in the day and have it delivered in the evening. Very cheap delivery charge. I have no complaint at all and we have ordered from here at least 7 times now. read more

HORRIFIC service! After two hours and two calls to the restaurant (in which they lied to me each time) I finally gave up on my pizza and ordered from Pizza Hut. Not one apology from the store. I wrote corporate and they apologized but said the store was independently owned and they'd let the owner know of the complaint. Haven't heard a peep. Posted about this on Facebook and another person said they were there and a roach crawled out of their salad. The complained to the owner and he said "why are you telling me? I didn't make your salad!" Again no apology. Is this the kind of company you want to give your hard earned money to? read more

Something has changed drastically at this location. Last time we ordered we thought it was just an off night or that we accidentally ordered a chicken spinaci rather than our normal garlic. But tonight we ordered a white pizza and a pepperoni and they were awful. The pizzas were both borderline burnt (tops were broiled brown all over) and completely dry. When I called to complain, I was met with an argument rather than a I'm so sorry what can I do to make it better for you. We were told that that's how the white pizza "is". When I questioned about the pepperoni, I was also met with an excuse rather than any understanding that the pizza was unsatisfactory. They did make the pizzas over but you could tell it was a burden and they couldn't even see the issue on both pizzas when I brought them back to the store. Used to crave their pizza but now I think we will stick to Domino's or frozen. read more

I love pizza however few warrant a review. This is only my second review in my life. I whole heartedly give Vocelli's pizza FIVE stars. I called for a large cheese pizza to go three miles away in the car and my pizza was ready to go about 2 minutes after I got there, staff was super friendly. However, I place less importance on customer service than I do the actual product when it comes to food because I'm actually consuming it. However, customer service is important. The cheese pizza was divine. The cheese was perfectly browned, and perfectly chewy. You can tell they use the best quality of cheese. I am now officially converted and will be back again. I ordered a large which was a smidge smaller than I expected but honest to goodness worth every penny. Order an extra large because if you don't you'll really wish you had. read more

This deserves no stars. I received their delivery menu from one of their runners. We sat on their menu and waited for an Italian food craving. The menu has a pretty appealing layout with great pictures of the food. It finally happened. We decided to order and when I called, the man immediately answered and hung up. I thought it was a phone issue. I called back and he answered rudely and stated, "wait a second!". After about of minute of waiting while he yelled in the background to what seemed to be other employees, he began to ask his questions. I asked for a delivery order and gave my address. There was a mild language communication issue and he could not comprehend correctly the spelling of my street name. I spelled it phonetically and then got it wrong again. After another attempt to get him to understand the correct spelling he finally said that they could not deliver to my address. It was a block or two out of his range. Wow! So why have the menu delivered to my home address specifically directing the consumer to place a delivery order?!?! Sounds like a poorly ran business with not much direction. Bad experience. Lady on the phone said it would be 35-45 mins it's now 75 mins. Every time I call its 10 more mins or 5 more mins. No empathy, just giving the customer the run around. This is my FIRST AND LAST time ordering from here. A simple call to say you're running late would have sufficed not lying to me and saying 5 more mins 10 more mins. Not homemade pizza, but can't expect too much from a chain restaurant. I ordered the mac n cheese pizza. The box felt soggy when it arrived. The pizza was unimpressive. It tasted like a freezer pizza with Velveeta mac n cheese on top. I'm sure there plain pizza is okay, but it's not a place I would order from again. On a positive note, it took no longer than half an hour to arrive and the delivery man was very nice. read more

After spending a long day with a sick family member we were hungry and did not want to go back out from our hotel room. The desk clerk recommended Vocellli and boy was she right. Really good pizza, delivered right to our hotel room. We had their 5 item special large pizza and that as well as two Pepsi colas was under $20. read more

We order from them for dinner last night and were very satisfied! The pizza was very delightful, the wings were tasty and im so glad we decided to try them! The only issue we had was when we the delivery driver got to our house he brought the wrong 2 liter of soda with him and told us it was a mistake and left it with us. I called the store to inform them we had been given the wrong soda, so they had the driver bring us back the right one. They were quick and had everything out to us withing 40 minutes. My wife and I have eaten here multiple times with no issue. Then once as she was eating she noticed something chewy, and pulled a small rubber band out of her mouth. She asked me what it was and I looked at her pizza and pulled out another rubber band. They were small rubber bands from braces, I called to explain to them the gross item we found in the pizza and they said "it was impossible". They tried to say it was just cheese... it was literally rubber bands. I found several more when I inspected the pizza. I got my money back after arguing with a manager. A week later I get berated by phone calls from the stores owner about it, telling me "oh that's just the cheese". Listen here you butt fucking Brady bunch rejects, they were RUBBER BANDS. There is no mistaking small brown rubber bands. My wife made herself throw up the pizza and you know what popped out? A small brown rubber band!!! We are Americans, obviously we've eaten pizza multiple times throughout our lives, we know the difference between cheese and fucking rubber bands you mongoloids. You are a business, when something is legitimately wrong you investigate, apologize and move along, not call me and my family several times, wake us up and tell me some bullshit and even say "your voicemail is too long so I don't leave a message". Worst experience EVER on a website. Can't enter phone # from our iPhones (it's required) to get delivery. Store doesn't answer their number on the menu (repeated calls). If you are wondering why you don't get any online orders, look no further :-). Called Little Caesar, and got someone immediately. I've had delivery and takeout from Vocelli a bunch of times. I've read comparisons to Papa Johns and Dominos--in my opinion Vocelli is MUCH better than either. Crispy pepperoni, good ratios, fresh tasting, always hot, very tasty sauce (not sweet!). Definitely better than the other chains. read more

I ordered a steak and cheese sub the other night. It arrived quickly, but was by far the skimpiest steak sub I've ever had. There was one thin slice of steak (like the frozen slabs you get in a box in the grocery store). I called to complain and was told by a very rude manager that "well, that's the way we make them." I told her to send someone to pick it back up and refund my money because I wasn't paying that much for nothing but a bread sub. I handed back their menu that I had received in the mail when they arrived to pick it up, telling them I would never order from them again, so to take their menu back. I ordered from somewhere else. It was cheaper, and had heaps of steak on it. They've lost my business forever. read more
