Most parts are easy to find and categorized neatly in sections in the store and if you need help you may have to wait a while because it seems like every Advanced Auto Parts I ever been seems like their short staffed ( hint: that's the reason of only 4 stars ). But other than that you can normally find what you're looking for at a reasonable price ( most of the time ).

The ladies and gentlemen that work at this location work on cars, race cars, and repair cars for other people, so they KNOW a lot more than at most other locations. The store is always clean and stocked well. If this location does not have what you need, they will call around and find the part at another location. They offer transfers of parts to thid location from other locations. They always ask if you are a rewards member or military veteran to make sure their customers get the best price. I love the way they offer to help you, then just let you shop without hounding you. They also showed me a car charger that I can use from inside my car. That is much safer than standing outside, hoping someone with bad intentions does not stop to cause trouble. Sucks having to carry a gun!

I came here to purchase a new vehicle battery because the old one has expired. I am not complaining because I had the previous battery for almost 6 years so I definitely got my money's worth out of it!. I walked in and the employee at the register who was currently checking out another customer took time out to welcome me into the store! That's always a plus when you walk in and get a welcoming greeting as you enter a business!. I told the young man I needed to have my battery tested just to make sure it wasn't salvageable in any form or fashion. He brought out the battery tester and as we both figured it was a done deal with it. So we walked back in the store and he went over the battery purchase options and the warranty that came with it!. I chose the most expensive battery with the longest warranty with consisted of a 4 year limited warranty, I told him I'll take it. He also suggested getting a battery lubricant which helps with the corrosion of the battery terminals, at least slow down the process of it anyway, so I agreed with that option too!. I paid for the battery and lubricant. He went to the back a got the battery and wheeled it out on a cart along with a ratchet set of tools for the old battery uninstall and the new battery installation. It was a quick and easy install. I thanked him, started up my vehicle and was on my way!. I would definitely recommend and return when I need some vehicle assistance!. And you should too if you're in need like I was!.

Then another voice shouted can I help you with something ma'am. So I just assumed she was referring to me...of course you can!! I told her my purpose for coming in and right away she was able to pull up the lights I needed for my vehicle. And she went right to the aisle and picked them up. She preceded back to the counter to check me out. She also picked up some grease needed as a protector for the life of the new lights. So yeah I made my purchase, but then I thought Ummmmm can you install them too? She advised on some cars they cannot but someone will check shortly. So ummmm 2 mins or so went by and the employee, Carter came out to install the lights. Once he figured out the proper lights that needed to be changed I was all set in 5 mins. Had a very uncomfortable experience at this location early this morning. A manager escalated a…read morenon-issue by calling police, fire, and medical responders regarding someone who was asleep in their car and not bothering anyone. The situation was handled without discretion or empathy and felt inappropriate and excessive. While I understand store policies, involving multiple emergency services in this way was unnecessary and embarrassing to witness. I use to regularly shop at Wawa and support this business, which made this experience even more disappointing. Most staff members at this location have been polite and respectful, but this particular interaction showed a serious lack of basic human empathy and poor judgment. The lack of empathy shown was alarming. Treating a human being as an inconvenience rather than exercising basic decency reflects poorly on the management at this location. This experience significantly changed how I view this location.
