The word's Rude, Lazy, Incompetent sum this store up.... This is the worst store I have ever shopped at. I had ordered a product on line from them and had it shipped to this store. They lost the package and never contacted me. I called in over 20 times to track the item. Every time the person who answered asked, can I put you on hold while I transfer you, then they hung up on me. So I drove down to the store with my conformation # six different times, Fed Ex said that it had shipped and they had received it & signed for it. It took forever for any one to help me and low and behold they tell me its not there. So I contact the online store again for the 5th time. They replace it with a new order to be shipped to the same store. Two weeks later I get a conformation from Fed ex that my package has shipped, was received and signed for and is at the store. I called Fed Ex they confirmed it was shipped, received and signed for, they gave me the receiving managers name that had signed for it. So I call in, asked for the receiving manager by name, same deal, get hung up on 10 times, finally they transfer me to the receiving manager who makes up an excuse that once he signs for it, it's out of his department, he says even though it's not his job he will look for it and call me. Just to give you a reference of time, now my original order was on the June 13th... It is now July 9th and I have not received my order. Nearly a month has gone by of utter frustration, complete incompetence is Walmart and all of its employees. My suggestion to anyone planning to shop there or have online order's shipped there is ..... Don't !!!! I will never shop here or any Walmart for that matter ever again. They don't deserve One star they deserve negative 10 stars.... read more

This review is mostly for the pharmacy: As someone who has to pick up their meds on a weekly basis, I think it's really important to go somewhere hassle-free with helpful people. Although I could go to the 24/7 Walmart literally walking distance from my house, I choose to go to this one. The one by my house almost always doesn't have all my meds, and ends up sending me here anyways, because it's easier than waiting days for them to order/make it. The pharmacists and pharm techs have worked with me through so many insurance issues, calling my doctor, calling me back about approved prescriptions, sending a treatment authorization request (TAR), etc. They all know me now and I think it's funny how they call me Ms. Pham haha, so formal. I don't feel awkward asking questions about new meds or like I'm being judged, because the pharmacists don't make it embarrassing at all and keep it professional. One time my dad had to pick up my meds, and the (handsome) pharmacist asked him where I was/how I was doing. I just think that's so sweet! Haha, it's the little things like customer service that make you feel more comfortable shopping somewhere vs elsewhere. My prescriptions usually take 20-30 minutes, so I can do some shopping while I wait. As for the rest of the store: This is a decently sized, organized, and well lit Walmart compared to the ratchet one in Santa Ana lol. They have a good selection of makeup, including harder to find brands like Hard Candy, Flower cosmetics, wet n wild, Milani, etc. And the new season's LE makeup have their own displays. They often have big sale bins with random stuff (candles, baked goods, canned food, school supplies, leggings, etc.) near the front of the store/where the clothes are. The frozen section is lacking, can't get my white castle burgers and giant bottles of simply pink lemonade haha. I feel like something is missing each trip I go, they don't always have everything in stock/run out, like the (green) rohto eyedrops. Maybe I'm just unlucky. The workers are usually very friendly and ask if you need any help, like in the commercials! I have had strangers come up to me and ask me for help in the beauty section though, not sure why... weird. Not gonna lie, the middle aged man kinda creeped me out. Sir, why do you need a sugar body scrub?! There's McDonald's and Redbox inside, and In N Out in the same shopping center. In the end, it is just a Walmart though lol. I like Target better, but you can't beat Walmart prices. read more

Their customer service on their credit card fiduciary are rude and terrible, due to this experience I will no longer go there and shop. They called me, then wanted my card # and social security # to verify it was me. This is wrong. The cashiers an staff in the store nice, helpful, pleasant. Don't bother ordering online for store pick up to make things easier and more efficient. No one even works at the online desk (which by the way is right in front of the employee break room and rest room), other staff members just walk by see you there and intentionally ignore you. read more

Go someplace else! I just went to one of the busiest Walmarts in Arlington Tx, so many cars and just before Christmas.I went there to get the best price and availability on a PS4 controller. This place does not honor your coupons printed at home even though their coupon policy on the website says so. It's a slap in customers' faces. Employees including supervisors seem oblivious to the policy and make up their own, "why we don't accept your coupons," reason. I'll go to Target and pay little more to avoid this bullshit. read more

If there was a worse rating for this store I would use it. I shop here often but after my experience there yesterday I am renewing my Costco card. I believe I accidentally left my keys at the check out. When I got to my car I searched my purse , car,an bags. I immediately checked with clerk an the door guard was referred to customer service. I have never been treated so rudely I ask if my keys had been turned in a quick No an I was dismissed. No one took my name an number or offered any help. My house keys an car keys were on that ring so how was I supposed to get home?i started calling today at 10 am not one dept. answered the ph. Hard to find things is not set up like a traditional store or anyone that I've ever been in was very poor customer service is been my experience since I've been coming here for the last year. This Is the best Walmart I've been too in YEARS (the only other nice one was in Kansas). They have impeccable customer service, it's clean, and they went above and beyond to help me. My tv I just bought after moving burnt out so I carried it to this nearest store. They not only let me exchange it, the gentlemen that helped me walked to me to the tv department and went over each one and why they are better or worse. Then carried the new tv to the front for me. This store it's very convenient. The parking it's always empty and very organized in comparison to other Walmart nearby however very small and limited amount of supplies due to store size. Registers are nicely accessible because they have no line and employees are always friendly. I would recommend this store. read more

I drive 7 miles from home to drive to this walmart rather than drive the 0.2 miles to go to the Walmart closest to me. This walmart has a big selection of everything. Tons of tons of costumes :) and their return lines are never out the entrance door or anywhere near it. Theres always enough lanes open and enough workers to answer your questions. Vanessa the security manager is a racist individual. Beware of her as she is not about customer care. In this time of hysteria and panic, this Walmart has decided to target individuals instead of using customer care to speak to their customers. I am disabled, on bed rest, high risk pregnant and in my 3rd trimester. I sent my husband in the store to gather a few items for us as we have had a hard time finding wipes for our children and cleaning supplies for our home. As soon as he was complete, I was going to come in and check out along with him. While walking through the store an associate by the name of Elizabeth, walked up to him and told him "you can't buy 2 of those." She did not ask him his situation or care to listen when he told her his wife was coming in. She instead continued to harass him. This is when Vanessa decided to get involved. Now instead of trying to diffuse the situation and ask questions she immediately started to harass him. He was not only speaking with his mouth but also his hands to explain the situation. My husband is a 6'4 dark skinned black man while Vanessa and all associates involved were Hispanic. At this point I was in the store and she decided that my husband could not make his purchase. Which would have been fine to do as there was 2 members so it would have been ok. So instead I was going to make the purchase which she also denied. She said she will tell everybody not to check me out. When I asked her why she said it was because she was in fear of my husband because he was big and moving his arms. I understand if she felt that she could not check him out but not checking me out was not justified as he had already left the store. Instead she said she was in charge and could do whatever she wanted. I guess this Walmart is not being trained properly on how to deal with customers during these sensitive times. read more

I always come here and scan everything in the cart and leave it in there . No one ever tells me anything about it . Some white worker comes up to me and my mom and is like " you have to put your items on the scale " . I felt it racial . Just because I'm Mexican and other people next to me were doing the same thing and he did not say anything to them . Maybe because they were white too. If I could give this store zero stores, I would. I had a racist encounter with an employee named Eric in the grocery section. I was looking for peanut oil. Standing in front of the cooking oil section, I asked him if it would be in another part of the store since I couldn't find it. He said, "Did you check the Asian section?" Peanut oil is used on all kinds of foods. And I wasn't even using it for Asian food - it was to deep fry a turkey. If I wasn't of Asian descent, he probably wouldn't have made that "suggestion." I really don't know why I come here. They do have good deals on Halloween stuff and it's close by my house so I thought why not. Big mistake. Everyone is so slow and not friendly. Take all Wal-Mart stores at face value....great prices and most of the time, very unkempt aisles and shopping areas. It is place where people go to get the lowest prices for your everyday items. It you want cleaner, better service and product....then go to Target. I can easily give Wal-Mart a five star rating for it's prices, but two stars for it's consistancy of unclean and unkempt stores. GARY! Gary was working black Friday at around 8am when I was in the store trying to decide on which Rubbermaid tupperware to purchase. He was not only helpful and informative, but super friendly. I shop on black Friday every year, and have never encountered someone as pleasant on this hectic shopping day. I love Walmart prices, but typically don't appreciate the bland service. If more employees were like Gary, I would definitely visit Walmart more, and not only because of the savings. I felt so great after my conversation with him, that I bought both tupperware options. I'd give them 0 stars if I could. I ordered a christmas gift online to be delivered site to store and it never arrived, correction according to Fed Ex they delivered it in plenty of time and the manager says "they can't find it" so I didn't get it. After much hassle I received a refund and an assurance that if I reordered I'd get it. I hesitantly reordered only because its a hard to find item and Walmart seemed to be the only place to get it. So after Christmas I ordered again and AGAIN Fed ex shows it being delivered on 1/3 and the store "lost" it. No apologies, no explanation, no offer of a timeframe or recourse to get it just simply a email saying its delayed. I contacted the manager via Walmart.com John Groth again he simply said he can't find it. Shouldn't he be more concerned? Are his employees incompetent or stealing? Does it make sense to alienate customers? And...what about me my $200 and no item, he had no concern at all!! Horrible customer service, unreliable. Do not shop here. yeah 3 stars is too much for Walmart, but they are in the process of a remodel, and it kinda looks decent, at least the direction they are headed. Keep in mind, if you go to walmart to have great customer service, you are in the wrong place. As a careful shopper you will realize that not everything cheap. Some things are, some are actually more expensive than a normal grocery store or Target. Also, many things are mad for Wal-mart specific, even by name brand companies, so you aren't always getting the exact same item even if it looks the same. Don't buy clothes here, they are pretty much disposable, they won't last, and they look like you bought them at Wal-mart. I like this location as it's not always overcrowded. I do wish the employees would be a bit more personable and maybe ask I needed any help. Prices are always fair. Electronics, DVDs are often at a good price. I really like the ship to store option if I can avoid driving out here for something that just to pick it up I will purchase online first - even for things that aren't in store can be shipped to store most of the time for 99cents or free. Walmart's aren't what they used to be, so this store suffers from the same national decline that the rest of the franchise has. Within that decline, though, this is one of the better Walmart's I have been to. The staff was readily available and knowledgable. The store was stocked with everything we were looking for. Our cashier, Norine, was especially good. We bought a lot of heavy items, including about twenty candles, and she used double bags to ensure they wouldn't fall out. She was also friendly, fast, and efficient. I would definitely go to this Walmart again. read more
