    Orgasmic roll

My go-to rolls are always fresh and flavorful, which is why I keep coming back. I recently tried the Orgasmic Roll for the first time, and while it wasn't my personal favorite, I still appreciate that they're always offering creative options. If you're looking for a sushi spot you can count on for consistently good food and service, Wasabi is an easy recommendation. I prefer this location vs the Fig Garden location.

I came here to celebrate my dad's birthday, and the experience was really nice. The staff was so kind--they even brought out mango mochi for him, which really made his day. When you walk in, they're quick to seat you. We went around lunchtime when it's usually busy, but we were seated and got our food within about 30 minutes. I ordered a lavender mocktail, but it wasn't my favorite. The lavender flavor was a bit too strong and overpowered everything. I was expecting something more subtle. I ended up switching to a Shirley Temple, which I enjoyed much more. The staff was very accommodating and welcoming, and the overall vibe and aesthetic of the place is really cute. We usually go for the teppanyaki experience (Wasabi on Fire style where they cook in front of you), but this time we just wanted something quick and simple. We ordered a side of fried rice, and it was amazing--I would get it every time. I also tried a deep-fried roll with scallops on top. I wanted to try something new, but it wasn't really for me. The combination of the deep-fried roll and cream cheese was a bit too heavy, although the scallops were actually really good. Overall, I'd give the roll a 7/10. I probably wouldn't order it again, but I'm glad I tried it. Overall, it was a great experience, and I'd definitely come back

Wasabi On Fire is excellent! The teppanyaki is always fresh, flavorful, and cooked perfectly, and the sushi is just as impressive. I also really appreciate that they're happy to customize your order to your liking. Great food, generous portions, and friendly service--definitely one of our favorite places!

Sadly to say wassabi was not on fire on our table. The guy cooking which doesn't deserve the word chef to be next to his name No Music No interaction No fire show I've gotten better service from. Street vendors on the worst areas of fresno played 1 spanish song while cleaning the grill wow which must be music of his own taste talked to mangment they seemed to be in disbelief which I find very unlikely do to not doing anything about our horrible service or offer anything.

Here to celebrate my birthday with 4 of my besties. Arrived at 4:30pm on a Thursday and we were seated right away. Our drink orders were taken and then our server returned to take our dinner order. 2 of us ordered Udon. There is only choice for Udon. It comes hot, temperature hot, not spicy and delicious. The vegetables are assembled separately and come with two sauces. All are delicious. One friend ordered chicken teriyaki and the portion was so big she had lots to take home for lunch the next day. The two other friends ordered rolls which they enjoyed! After dinner our server brought us containers for the leftovers. Since it was my birthday, our server brought me a cup of vanilla ice cream with chocolate fudge sauce and a candle. She and another server sang me happy birthday. That was nice.

Had Wassabi on Fire a couple times now, but recently had it for lunch, and it was pretty good. I ordered one of their lunch specials, a wassabi bulgogi bowl. It was good, but to be honest, the portion of meat could've been bigger considering I felt like I was filled up on rice. Or perhaps more veggies? Either way, I would've preferred less rice and more of something else. As for the restaurant itself, it was not busy today, so it was nice and chill. I think some people over by the teppanyaki tables were indulging in some music or something--that was a bit loud. I've had the sushi before though, and overall the food itself and the service is good. I would come back.

I had a really good experience at Wasabi on Fire. The servers were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed without being overbearing. Food came out in a timely manner, and they were friendly throughout the whole visit. The sushi tasted great nicely prepared, and presented well. The restaurant itself was also very clean and well kept, which always makes a big difference. Definitely a place I would come back to for good sushi

Nice place to celebrate a Birthday!

Though my friends got sushi and enjoyed it, I ordered chicken teriyaki. There was plenty of meat and a large amount of rice, with sautéed vegetables. The chicken was a bit on the dry side and the veges were limp. The rice was perfect. The service was good, when we ordered and got our food. After eating, the plates were left on the table, even though we stacked them and moved them to the side, so we could have a birthday treat for my friends. The restaurant was filled on a Thursday night! Good ambiance with lighting and decor.

We came to Wasabi on Fire for Valentine's Day with our two kids and had a great experience. Our reservation was at 12:30, and everything was smooth and welcoming from the start. It's rare that we get to go out and enjoy a meal together as a family, so this meant a lot to us. The food was amazing and full of flavor, and the service was just as good. Our server Sunny was incredible friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome. This is officially our new favorite Teppanyaki spot. We'll definitely be coming back!

"Booty on fire", "the climax", and "smells like my ex" are just of a few of the unique names you'll find on the menu. Oddly enough, my father-in-law, who joined us, said the, "smells like my ex" is his favorite menu item here"... yikes! Even though the name is not appetizing, this did look very good. It's a tower of real crab, spicy tuna, tobiko, green onion, mango, avocado & seared salmon. I didn't try this, but my father-in-law swears by it. I ordered the Max roll; shrimp tempura and avocado wrapped in salmon. Then topped with spicy mayo, sriracha, unagi sauce, and tobiko. This roll was very good and I quickly inhaled it! The raw salmon on top was extremely fresh and paired with a spicy mayo and crunchy shrimp tempura; It had all the textures you want in one bite. We also ordered some edamame and fried calamari for the table. The service was on point and our server, Lisa?, was very attentive and checked on us multiple times to make sure we liked our food or needed our drinks refreshed. Which we greatly appreciated, especially because it was so busy on a Wednesday night. Just based off their menu, they have great happy hour options with tons of food and drink deals. If I lived close by this might be a date night regular spot for my wife and I. To all the sushi snobs out there reading this, trust me I know, this is not a "traditional" sushi place, but if you're looking for a fun time and some tasty food, Wasabi On Fire is the spot!

This place is always packed. I always find the hostesses helpful and the waiter/waitress attentive. Food quality is good. A lot of cool items on their menu. Teppanyaki is fun. Lunch specials are good. Sushi rolls are good too. My fav appetizer is the tofu.

I've seen kids of all ages there. Me and my family used to go all the time with 2-3 year olds. Never had an issue

There are a lot of items on the menu that do not include gluten, so you can definitely ask! I know some of the sauces may include gluten so best to ask or do research based on the menu!

The menu presented extensive and adventurous options that as first timers could have been intimidating but with the help of Donavin our delightful server, we selected the perfect seafood salad for the Mrs. and the curated selection of Maki (delicious sushi "tacos") that together made for the perfect share. Add to that a smooth Japanese beer and a surprisingly moderate overcast that made our dinner on the patio the perfect way to celebrate our first meeting 47 years ago. There were so many other tempting menu options that we'll look forward to sampling on our next for sure visit. All his food was pretty good. The drinks were awful. My husband asked for a Vodka soda and was given a vodka tonic. At first we thought maybe the server heard wrong, but since the server wasn't around at all we walked it over to the bar ourselves and asked the bartender to remake it since the bar was completely empty (I mean not one soul) at 7:45 on a Saturday night. The second drink the bartender gave us was a vodka sprite. Maybe we should have specified soda means seltzer. Dinner bill for 3 adults and 2 kids was $250 plus tips. The food was decent but the service was underwhelming and subpar for spending that type of cash. Especially since the server seemed like anything we asked her was asking her to go out of her way. For example, we had to ask for straws, chopsticks, refills on water etc.
