Horrible experience, my husband and I came in to Wendy's after a long time around 7:07 on 10/11/2024, the experience was so bad the cashier had a bad attitude at first however she changed her attitude a little bit, after when getting our food , my husband kindly ask which burger was which , a lady that was next to cashier told him "that she wouldn't know as she's not the one that made the food" with bad attitude , no needed to be so rude!. Wow! I rarely give negative reviews in the food industry. Let me tell you. Ordered food in the drive thru, got to the window. Ordered - baked potato, chili, and chicken nuggets. Simple enough. Paid. Asked the lady for butter, sour cream, and chives. She hands me the bag. I asked again. She gave me sour cream. I asked for butter and chives, she legit yells at me and says that I was supposed to tell her I wanted those things when I first ordered. Wtf?? Really? Ordered baked potato with sour cream and chives, and two orders of their chicken nuggets- one plain and one spicy. They were ready with the food before I even chose a table. So friggen fast. Since they have reopened after their upgrade They have had horrible service. The last 5-6 times my Order has either been wrong, charging me for things and not giving it to me.
