Worst Wendy's I've been to. I ordered the # 10, got home, no sandwich. Drive back up there to get the sandwich I paid for and then I get home again. This time I get the wrong sandwich. After a 14 hour day I'm to tired to go back again. I will not go to this Wendy's again. read more

This is my 2nd favorite fast-food hamburger place in McKinney! It is refreshingly cool. The bathrooms are clean and well-stocked. My server was very courteous. The drink and condiment areas were neat. The restaurant was clean and bright. The food was hot and tasty. No complaints! Keep up the good work! read more

I just left the drive thru and received my order very quick. My issue is that the young lady working the drive thru window need to improve her customer service skills. I could barely hear her speak while ordering. The only time I could hear her was when she informed me that they were out of diet beverages. At the window she didn't speak at all and seem to have an attitude. Please get someone to work the window that can speak and wants to work because she doesn't have any great qualities for that position. read more

Burger was great, but the customer service here is the worst. The staff, although very friendly, is very unorganized and on several occasions forgot my drink. Initially, I thought this was a one time deal, but something happens every time I drive through, which is rare. I hope this place improves one day. read more

Worse fast-food in this area. Employees do not care and make careless mistakes on your food. Don't bother calling the general manager Andre Patton as his phone just rings and rings, he doesn't answer and you can't leave a voicemail. If I could give this place 0 I would. Waited for ever in the drive through to get our food and when we got it out of the bag, there was a giant tangle of hair in the fries. No apologies for the delay and barely an apology for the nasty hair. The fries were replaced but left un- eaten. Super grossed out. read more

This Wendy's, although convenient, is constistantly horrible. The Manager is great, I knew him when he ran the Richardson store, but his staff when he leaves is horrible. You cannot get the order right if it saved their life. Examples are...ordered a CHEESEburger, got a HAMburger, went back through the drivethru, they gave me a slice of cheese in a chili cup. REALLY? This is one of many examples that I can think of, and when you call the 800 to do a survey, if it is a complaint, there is no return call. read more

I love Wendy's but this location is absolutely terrible!!! They play loud offensive music, they serve their food very, VERY sloppy. But today... they outdid their selves and served me RAW CHICKEN!!! Yesterday I sat at the drive through for over 10 minutes. I was the second car in line. The lady taking orders was CLUELESS as to what she was doing. Her speaker was on for all to hear everything she was saying. The car in front of me finally said are you there and she replied "one moment". The man said "you told me that 7 minutes ago". Then he sped away. I then drove up. Once again she said "one moment". I was the ONLY car in the drive through (it was 11:10 a.m.) no one was ahead of me and the only person behind me had already driven off. I had an order for 6 people, I knew this was going to go bad. After 2 more minutes (I was timing it) I said "I'm still waiting are you there". Her speaker was still on so I could hear her talking. She said "one moment maam". I said what is the problem? She never responded so I said "forget it you've just lost a large order". She replied "okay". Soooo unacceptable. This is my first complaint on any fast food restaurant. I only write positive reviews, except this time. You lost a $51 order!! Totally unacceptable. read more

i usually come to the location when i want wendy's. the past few times have been incredibly slow service and i've even left because i stood in line for 45 minutes with only 3 people ahead of me. today i needed a quick bite, and crossed my fingers it would be quick. to my surprise this wonderfully charming man was working the front. i believe he's the manager(andre). he was keeping his team motivated and helping any way he could. at some point the registers went down, and instead of disappointing the few customers that came through, he told them all lunch was on him and to have a great day. it's the little things. thanks andre! read more

If I could give no stars I would. Service was mediocre at best. But my purse was left behind on accident, several people there including the manager told me it had not been touched except for by the employee that had turned it in. Roughly $150 in property was stolen from me and the manager would not help me at all. The second I said something was stolen he shrugged and walked away, the cashier who had been talking to him when I arrived and who had helped me when I ordered refused to even look me in the eyes and completely ignored me when I tried to talk to her. No help at all. I will never eat at this Wendy's again and this experience has honestly ruined Wendy's for me as a whole. read more

I have now been to this Wendy's twice and have never received food. The first time I went was around 10:30pm on a Sunday. There were 4 cars in the drive thru, so I figured it may take me about 10 minutes to order and get my food. Not the case at all. I waited 15 minutes and didn't move an inch. So, I said "nope" and left. The second (and FINAL) time I went to this Wendy's was this past weekend (8/20/17). I waited in the drive-thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. It took me about 10 minutes to get to the order screen. I asked for a #6 and the response I received was "do you want the sandwich?" Um... what?! If I say #6, then I want the ENTIRE combo. Also, I asked for Dr. Pepper. She said they were out. How in the world are you out of Dr. Pepper in Texas?!?! After finally ordering and correcting her twice, I waited another 10-15 minutes and I still hadn't gotten to the pick-up window. I said forget it and I left. That was just ridiculous. How can it be THAT bad? I can't even say how the food was because I never received any. What a joke. Don't EVER go to this place if you value your time. read more

Fries are hot and great quality. Service is consistently professional. The.management does an excellent job of coordinating staff to deliver hot food fast--both at the pick up window and in the dining room! Dining room is clean every time I go there. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the manager knows me by name. Restroom is clean. Most establishments don't achieve A+ on so much. I live close buy, so go there often. I am very pleased with this Wendy's. The quality of food is much better than the usual experience at most McDonald's, where they seem to have folks tripping over each other, yet still aren't coordinated well by management. I'll take My Wendy's anyday. This is a good location. read more

The employees went off on me for looking at the menu. When I indicated that needed a few seconds to look at the menu. I was told not to get an attitude. Walked into Wendy's thinking I was going to get "fast food" but it took 35 minutes in a non busy environment to get a spicy asiago chicken meal and 2 cheeseburgers. The lady that took our order wasn't very attentive to our order either. She was so distracted by the previous customer that when we told her something she had to ask "what did you say?" at least 10 times. After ordering she took 3 other people's orders and as we waited, those other individuals got their order quick and fresh. By the time they finally got our order out, the chicken sandwich wasn't spicy, it was plain like we asked and the fries weren't fresh. They were cold and stale and had no salt. There was even a homeless gentleman inside the restaurant that the lady who took our order catered to before us. I'm all down for helping the homeless but if I were running a business, I would surely assist the people who paid for your business as quick as I can. It was a bad experience. I come here a lot because I live down the street but it's usually at night. You can tell that the day crew isint as tentative. read more
