Ordered from drive-thru and as we checked our order noticed that our 2 -10-piece nuggets, which we paid for were missing. We go inside with the receipt and tell the staff we are missing our nuggets. We also order another hamburger. We go home and ate. Looking at the receipt the next day. I noticed that we were charged again for the nuggets we had already purchased! 9/24/25-Staff added a meat that I do not consume (pork) and have not consumed for more than 15 years on my sandwich and the general manager deflected to, request a refund through DoorDash 9/25/25 when I called to report the issue. She showed no concern that her company could face litigation for issues as such and was non apologetic about her restaurants error causing me illness for multiple hours. She had no decorum to form an apology and nonchalantly says I can give you another meal. Yet still no apology! I suffered nausea and a migraine with an upset stomach for over 3 hrs. She showed no remorse or empathy. I don't want another meal, I want accountability! Just left this location without ordering anything. We went in and the three people that were working were apparently too busy to help us. All three of them walked past us without even acknowledging that we were there. There was no one else in line and only one person in the dining room. Apparently they do not need our business. I placed an online order for 40 chicken nuggets with ghost pepper ranch. It was supposed to come with TWELVE sauces. It had ZERO sauces. Gross. Stopped in for dinner last night. The place was clean and the staff friendly. Only a few members were wearing face masks so not sure if they allow vaccinated member to go without or not. The menu has been updated since the last time I was at a Wendy's pre-COVID. They have some new options that we could not resist. My girls opted for the chicken nugget meals, one with apple chunks and one with fries. My hubby and I opted to try the Pretzel Pub options, he opted for a double burger and I opted for the Country chicken version. We also were happy to see they still had Baconator Fries, which is a favorite. Everything was really good and we totally ate way too much. We did find a random pretty overcooked fry in the bottom of my daughter's chicken nugget container, but that happens sometimes. We noticed the place is pretty popular with the older crowd, we even saw a book club happening when we were there. My youngest asked if that was the "old people" section. Gotta love 6 year old logic, kids get a play area so grow up should get one too. We definitely opted to get frosties to go home with us. Vanilla and Chocolate varieties for the win. All in all this location was nice and clean and the staff there was friendly and helpful. We will probably be back. read more

This was one of the WORST experiences I have had at a Wendy's. For context I've been to this Wendy's multiple time and have never had a problem, so Im curious if there has been a change in management or ownership because what the heck. We went around 3:45 and it was pretty slow. It took at least 5 minutes to even order our food. When we ordered our food. We specifically said large fry, large frosty cold brew thing and a medium frosty and it was to go. He asked for my name and I even spelt it out for him and he wrote it wrong. After he gave the receipt I reviewed it and it was all wrong (the photo). We had tried to get the attention of an employee but it was to no avail. Once they gave us our food it was on a tray, we told the man that it was to-go and he put it in a bag but when we told him it was wrong and we were missing item he fled. We got the attention of the manager I think, and she was not very kind. We explained to her what happened and she blamed it on us. She did give us more fries though but we were STILL missing the cold brew frosty thing. They went to get it and make it a normal cold brew after double checking what flavor and then said they didn't have it. We were so fed up we just left. All in all the management is non existent, they were severely understaffed, and had no order. There was no one running food and the food was just siting there getting cold. I will not be returning to this establishment until they get their stuff together because that was the worst experience I have ever had at ANY fast-food chain. read more

The Wendy's staff at the night shift is HORRIBLE. No matter what day we come, they always take forever to make our food and they ALWAYS forget something we ordered. It never fails. I had been to some appointments across town with my kids and they were starving so I stopped here on the way home for a couple $5 box deals. It's Wendy's guys... It's fast food. Been through the drive-thru 3 times now and have had no issues. Staff has been friendly, even the time I came through right before closing time. Folks who complain about Corporate Wendy's advertisements/marketing, post irrelevant photos, or complain about food being salty need to recognize you are eating FAST FOOD.
