Not equipped for service on Sunday football. Slow slow slow and we were brought out multiple wrong items.

I used to like the Louie bar, but on Monday 11-11-19, we went with my friends at 5 pm and to eat and have a lovely afternoon, everything was fine until I fell coming back from the bathroom and nobody helped me just a man who was watching football. He went to tell the waitresses that I had fallen they call the manager Justin Hernandez who asked for a towel and cleaned the floor where I had fallen and filled the incident report and asked for medical assistance, Manager Justin Hernandez is not friendly, and bad service also our waiter Alberto, first very slow in service, forgot to bring water that was asked several times. After my accident, we asked for the bill. My friend told the waiter to put everything together and divide for 3, and He brought the bill, and we paid with three credit cards, then my friend at the hospital said to me that the waiter told her that she was missing $ 15 and she said, how? If you already put us all together in a bill and this waiter ALBERTO said I am not going to pay your bill ( very rude ). If you do not pay, you cannot return to this restaurant,( a client should not be treated like this) my friends they didn't pay and they went following the ambulance and they did not pay you because he supposedly had to have collected everything in a bill and seeing more as I was sore. My son was with my daughter; he takes her for a walk and the way back to go to the car; the waiter stops my son. He tells him that we left without paying the bill and made him pay my son the $ 15, and even more, my son give him $ 10 extra to this man who did not deserve it. The manager, as the waiter does not deserve to work there for poor customer service. It is not a joke to fall my back hurt, my right hip, neck and my spine affected and you do not care at all, I am communicating to all our friends of this service and what happened to think two times before going to Bar Louie and if they do not let ALBERTO be your waiter. We feel discriminated against by how they behaved, will it be because we are Latin? Thank you Maria read more

I love this place! I've been going here for awhile and every time is always awesome. The drinks, food and service is amazing! Jordyn was a phenomenal server and had excellent recommendations. She suggested we try the main squeeze drink with blood orange and vanilla liquor. Deciding to update my review. This place has turned around recently, not sure if it's under new management or what but it's working. We'd stayed away from this spot for awhile after being regulars and a few back to back bad visits. Last night we gave it another chance on a busy night on $5 burger night. We got a spot at the bar and were greeted right away and had our orders taken fast even though they were busy because of happy hour and the rush for the burgers they didn't let that stop them from giving 5 star customer service. The atmosphere felt different in a good way. I felt they upped their staff to keep up with their anticipated busy night. Will start coming back to what was once our favorite spot. read more

Walked in for drinks with my friends. Waited 15 to even get a server over. By the time we had a chance to order drinks we were told we could only order food but no drinks because we were too intoxicated! We had not even had a drink before we even came to this establishment. To be honest I think they didn't want to serve a party of 6 and would rather do nothing at work. This is exactly why westgate will always be the last place people choose to go. If you work in the customer service business you would think they would want to treat customers right instead and build business so customers come back but that is not the case for this place. Good luck to you Bar Louie you are going to end up like the rest of your neighbors shut down and turned into another bar the next season! read more

This is our first time here at Bar Louie we had to sit ourselves. We waited for 20 minutes before we got any service at which time we had a gentleman who is very nice. While we waited three different couples left after being there for 20 min. We started ordering and as we are ordering they didn't have six of the items that we tried to order on the menu. We finally ordered our food and when we got our food two of the dishes came without six ingredients. I ended up refusing the chilaquiles do to the didnt have the salsa, avocado cream or radishes. We ended up having another server that finally gave us our second drunks after 40 minutes. Went to the bathroom as I walked into the bathroom it's smelt like feces. The overall service and preparation as well as supplies ingredients was not up to par for the cost that we pay for. If you're going to have a company that has those expectations they should be delivered very disappointed I would not recommend anybody to that place it's very unfortunate due to the fact that I've been at multiple Bar Louie's outside of Arizona and they're fabulous hopefully we get there business together. read more

I came here for the first time this weekend and had a very good experience! The food was great and the service was excellent. I had the vegetable flatbread with ranch and their strawberry pineapple sangria. I also appreciated that the restaurant had their staff wearing masks and other covid precautions still in place. Love the vibe at BL, they have nice selection of brews and plenty of other liquid lovelies. The menu is nice and the happy hour list has a pretty good selection for what we you're in mood for. Glad they also have one near me at home in Cali! read more

Had friends in town so we decided to try Bar Louie. Arrived early, they weren't real busy. Took forever to get our food, over 45 minutes. Had loaded tater tots and they had hardly anything on them, except a runny cheese in the bottom of pan. Salad barely had dressing. Food was below par. Will not be back. read more

Stopped by for a quick bite to eat and it was not busy at all. We sat at the bar and the bartenders was super nice and got our drinks pretty fast. We ordered the nachos and they were not worth it. The cheese was burnt which made the chips stick to the tray. The nachos were served on a pizza platter and was decorated with chicken chunks and smashed black beans. Very little chicken and not a lot of flavor. It came with a queso dip which tasted a little gritty. The restaurant set up reminded us of the Yardhouse, but the Yardhouse has better food. read more

This was our first visit after a hockey game. We were excited to try something new. First order of business was picking out a drink. They are a martini bar and had lots of choices but I decided to go with a good ol dirty. It was perfect-served with blue cheese stuffed olives that were really good. I was impressed. We both ordered burgers and tots. Although they were using the event menu there was still a good selection. I ordered the Burger Louie with bacon & blue cheese. I opted to leave off the fresh spinach and wish I would have asked for the buffalo sauce on the side. It was a little more tart than I like but my burger was still delicious. I really enjoyed the tots. The service was really good especially since the place filled up with hockey fans. Honestly this is the first time we have eaten in Westgate that we both agree we would go to Westgate just to have dinner here. Needless to say we are fans. read more

I finally tried Bar Louie for work lunch, on a Friday. I was impressed with their efficiency and the fact that my takeout salad was ready on time(unlike other restaurants at Westgate). I ordered the pear and blue cheese salad, and they did follow instructions to put the cheese, dressing, and balsamic glaze on the side. The salad itself was good, with plenty of pecans, delicious glaze, pears, and cheese, but I was underwhelmed by the chicken. I was expecting fresh grilled chicken on my salad, but it was cold, old, sad chicken, presumably from the night before(as they had just opened for the day, it was clearly not freshly prepared). All in all, I'll give the place another shot, perhaps for date night. Their menu looks like it has a nice selection. read more

You guys really need to clean up the location at 605 West Osborn Road. It looks a lot different than the other locations and it's not good. Please help them so it gets way better if we won't go to any of your locations. read more

My significant other and I have season tickets for our local hockey team, so we are at Westgate very often & have come to this restaurant a lot. The food has always been fantastic, never any complaints with that. And for the most part, the staff have been friendly and accommodating. But I gotta say, management really needs to get it together. They have NO system in place for seating. The hostess station consists of a table and a piece of paper. Many times when we've come to the restaurant there has been no wait and the hostess would walk us to any random table (it didn't seem like she had any sort of plan, just wandered aimlessly to an empty table) and asked if it was okay. Other times staff would just shout "come in, sit anywhere you'd like". And all these times it was fine. We had to wait a while for service or for food before, but nothing too terrible. But if there is ever a wait at this restaurant? Forget about it. You should probably just go somewhere else that's more organized. They won't be able to give you an estimated wait time, and no buzzer to let you know when it's your turn. I honestly feel bad for the hostess who has to just handle it without any support, and no organization, no real system to use for prioritizing seating, etc. Bottom line, you'll probably like the food, but don't come here if you're in any sort of hurry. I would also suggest avoiding weekends or busy dinner hours. read more

Since visiting we visited this place twice in 2 weeks. First time we had great service. The server was very friendly. We had some local beer and wine. We shared chicken a flat bread which was great testing but very hot as it had chopped jalapeños on it. After complaining our server took it back and advised us to order with chimichuri on side. We also had lettuce wraps with spicy shrimp. I expected the shrimp to be sautéed but they were cooked in a sauce with some noodles that i did not care for but did not complain Next time we again ordered the flat bread with chimichuri sauce on side but it still was very hot and had very little chicken on it read more
