Went in for an alignment with the steering wheel rotated by at least 50 degrees off from hitting a big pot hole. I thought they were not going to be able to get it true again but Elias really pulled some magic and got it almost perfect even tho my steering rack was shifted. Im sure it must not have been the easiest alignment. He took some time, walked me through what he did and gave some great tips on what could have been damaged (only because i asked and not because they were trying to push anything on me.)Very knowledgeable and quick turnaround. They patched my tire at this place. The next day, my tire started deflating. I brought my car back to them, and they said that the tire is damaged and it cannot be fixed. So I need to buy a new tire from them. But since my car is 4WD, I need to buy 4 tires! I then took my car to another wheel works location and they repatched my tire for $30. So the folks at this location BOTH do a poor job at patching tires AND THEN they try to scam you into buying new tires! read more

About 3 years ago my wife took her car in for some wheel service. They offered to fix a tail light that had burned out. I've fixed this before and it takes a few minutes, but I decided to let them go ahead and change the bulb, figuring it would cost around $15. Nope, they charged my wife $90! Today, I took the same car in for a wheel alignment (I have the lifetime wheel alignment service, which is the only reason I go to them). Again, they offered to change a brake light and said it would cost "only $30." (surprised it wasn't $90 again) No thanks, I'll do it myself. I drove to the parts store, but checked the lights to make sure I was buying the correct bulb. Guess what, none of the bulbs, anywhere on the car, where burned out. So Wheel Works was trying to grift us again! My neighbor has made similar complaints about this particular Wheel Works, in Campbell, and makes the drive to another Wheel Works farther out for his service. I guess I'm going to start doing the same, especially since I still have the lifetime alignment on all of our cars. I would give them only one star for their behavior, but I added a star because the wheel alignment was satisfactory and done in a reasonable amount of time. read more

This place surprises you with extra charges when you least suspect it. Got ripped off with unreasonable costs that should have either been included or should have at least been disclosed from the get-go. The workmanship is poor and all the staff have attitude. So I got a flat on my drag radial and needed it repaired my manufacturer recommended a special patch to safely repair the tire so I had them dismount my tire and told them I will repair it as I had to order the patch and bring it back all good well to my surprise when I bring it back they say they can't mount a used tire I have spent a lot of money here on tires but will no longer do business with this company, If I could give no stars I would however hopefully one will reflect upon their poor performance as a national tire chain. read more

I had originally made appointment online. I didn't get any response as they are canceling the appointment or confirming so we drove with two car to leave my teenager car for oil change there we where even 30 minutes early than our appointment. But when I went inside the lady behind desk told me that they can not accept my appointment because they never confirm it. I offer to have the car even over night to get to it for oil change but she refused and said has one person called in sick they are short . She offered to schedule for Tuesday next available appointment But that would not work out for me. I also mentioned they should this able online appointment since they don't accept online appointment at all. Then later on my husband called to this store and asked for oil change appointment and He got offered Monday morning. While the lady told me she doesn't have anything available even on Monday. I was moving my daughter to Oregon early on a Saturday morning when I realized I had a flat tire that had to be replaced . Even my spare was flat. I called and was told I could bring n spare to be checked , then I came home put the spare on my car and took the damaged tire in to replace on my car . They put on a new tire , replaced the fixed spare in my car and I was on my way to Oregon. They were fantastic and super nice !!!! read more

Had such a great experience at this place, and how often can you say that about anything car related?! I noticed I ran over a nail on 12/31, new yrs eve. I called around to a few Wheel Works near me and they were a bit busier. But then I discovered that the White Oaks location had an online appt available the next day at 11am. I booked that time, got a confirmation for my slot via email the next morning and talked w/Victoria in person the next day. She helped figure out how fast a tire could come in and price matched the tire for price I found online. Given the new years holiday, the tire wouldn't come in til 2 days later, which still seemed pretty fast to me! They were flexible for me coming in at 1pm instead of the morning and had my car ready an hour later : D I noticed on my receipt that they discounted the tire even more than the price match I had found too! My place to bring my cars! I've actually been coming here for 20 years. Just recently tho, I came in for some tires. I had a particular type I wanted. #1 They beat America's Tire's price (without tire insurance) and gave me FREE tire insurance! #2 I had to wait about 15 minutes longer than when the said the car would be ready, so they gave me an additional $40 bucks off the bill without even asking! This team has always been dependable and courteous to myself and my family whenever we needed tires or random services on our cars. Prices have always been fair or better! I recently had my 4Runner serviced at Toyota who quoted me $7000 for one front shock replacement! Yup. You read that right. I called up this Wheel Works and they were shocked (pun intended) at what I had been quoted at the dealer. They said to bring the 4Runner in and they'd take a look. Not only did they find other semi-critical concerns with the car, they were able to get all four shocks done at about half the price of the ONE quoted by the dealer. Robert and Bella were courteous, friendly, understanding, and efficient in all they did for me. I've been buying my tires from tirerack and having them delivered to the White Oaks Wheel Works for nearly 10 years now. They have provided tire installation and lifetime alignment for all of my cars. Over six cars, hundreds of thousands of miles. They've always provided prompt phone pickup, easy scheduling, friendly service and a reasonable estimate for completion. For my BMWs with aftermarket wheels they've been careful and I've never had any mishandling of the rim, need to return. Went to Wheel Works on Thursday last week to get a quote for two new tires as mine, .....as Ralphie says in "A Christmas story" of his dad's car..., were once made of rubber!" metal showing through! The quote apparently was below cost said Albert, the store manager the next day when I came in to confirm/place an order! I was very specific in getting the salesmen's card and writing the quote plus applying myself to their computer system as they do to bring up should you come back to purchase as I did! After discussing this with Albert and he called/confirmed with the salesman my quote......he told me he would honor the quote and I brought the car back on Saturday to install the tires. Before coming back, I called them on Friday and told Albert I wanted all four tires but was willing to pay the appropriate fair market price for the added two! I've purchased a set of front two tires from tire rack to get it installed here. Props to tire rack for being so quick on their delivery. Installation and alignment, balancing all went well. Love the way how my car drives and they fixed small kinks that my previous installer messed up on. My only issue and problem was that they didn't know that I know how to replace and fix my own filters. I've recently replaced cabin filter because I didn't want to spend 50 at jiffy for thing I can do for under 20. They dared to come and tell me that my oil filter and cabin filter needs replacement. My oil filter has been replaced last time I did oil change about 1000 miles ago. Told them that I replaced my cabin filter and they said "oh we didn't really pull out the filter before we came to you" Yah well, shame on you for trying to get extra cash on things that you didn't check at all. Least you could've done was pull out the filter and show me how dirty it is before you notify the customer because that notification saying I needed was insincere and now I have doubts in how you run business now. When I was waiting in line, a lady was charged with over 400+ of what needs to be done. Bless her poor soul because I bet more than half of stuffs weren't necessary and it's as if this business is robbing its customers with things that they didn't even check before hand read more

I stopped by this White Oaks Rd location with a nail in a tire and was told I'd have to leave it for 2 hours because no bay was available. Really? To fix a flat? Ok, I get it, I didn't have an appointment but it was a holiday so I took a shot. When I said "Let's just put the spare on so I can leave the wheel with you" I was told the same thing- no bays. I guess this location didn't want to take 3 minutes with a floor jack to put on my spare. They add their Road Hazard warranty to all tires I've ever purchased there without asking. No employee ever explained the invoice to me. My bad I suppose. When I actually needed to use the warranty I felt like they really didn't want to take care of me. This is not how a company keeps customers. I ended up having to buy a new tire, but it wasn't at the Campbell Wheel Works. I'm done with that store. There are loads of other tire shops to patronize. read more

Our family purchase of tires for our cars. My husband had his tires purchased here for the Tesla in a timely manner. Oldest daughter was next. Plus alignment package was purchased. Thinking ahead for the ability of her being set up for future tire rotations, safety and peace of mind. No excuses for her not to get her tires done or maintenance for that matter. The customer service here is amazing. Communication is a breath of fresh air. Ok, not fresh air...it smells like tires. But you get My gist. Victoria is beyond helpful and honest. She is honest about what you need and what you really don't need. They are not really in the market to oversell you, it seems. They are more in it for your happiness and keeping you as a loyal customer. Two cars down, one to go...mine. All four of mine are next. A quattro. Ugh!!! My first time replacing tires on my car. One of the worst shops in the area; avoid at all costs. No communication between employees. They attempted to charge for work they did not do but said they did. After talking to different techs and mechanics, I determined they did in fact attempt to charge for work that was never done. I don't know if this is part of their MO, but be advised if you're uninformed and unassuming. It took a whole day of arguing with three different employees to rectify the issue. Plus Daniel is an idiot. He was incredibly rude and articulated his lack of concern quite well. He's also got this, "Were like doctors" schpiel which makes no sense and made him sound like a tool. We've been loyal customers here for a few years now, taking both our cars there for repairs, tires, etc. Everything was always good as long as Robert was taking care of us. Unfortunately the last few times we've taken our cars in he was off. The most recent visit we took our Honda Civic in for just an oil change. They called to let us know the brake pads would need to be replaced soon and that the rotors were bad and needed replacing. He also said we needed a couple different fluids changed as well. We knew it needed brake pads but I knew we didn't need new rotors, yet they guy kept insisting we did. Told him to complete the oil change and we'd deal with the other stuff later. Took the car to my mechanic a couple days ago. Surprise, surprise our rotors are just fine and we didn't need any of the fluids changed that the guy at Wheel Works told us about. I'm very disappointed in Wheel Works and pissed to be honest. Thought we could trust them, but they just wanted to squeeze more money out of us for things we didn't need. Before that my Beetle needed new tires. I told the guy I wanted the same ones that were on there. I liked those tires and they looked good on my car. He insisted he could get me a better set with the same look for just a little more money. I finally decided to go with his recommendation. The tires suck and they don't look like the ones I had previously, they don't ride nice either. A waste of $800! I was willing to live with the tires and continue patronizing Wheel Works, but I can't overlook them trying to scam us. They've lost our business, we definitely won't be back for any services for either of our cars. read more

Buyer beware! My girlfriend and I made appointments to get tires here. The first warning sign was that I made my appointment online for a specific set of tires and when they called to confirm, the guy had every detail correct, except that he had me down for tires that were $20 more expensive. Not a good sign, but I crossed my fingers that it was a miscommunication. My girlfriend brought her car in first for a pair of tires. She had two worn tires and two ok tires. They called her about 30 minutes after she dropped it off and said that the car needed an oil change, transmission fluid flush, this, that, and a new left phalangy. They also said the two ok tires were 13 years old and could "peel off like oranges" on the road (the guy painted a scary visual with that one). She had bought the car just a few months before and, while used, the tires were definitely not 13 years old. Having received this kind of treatment before, she politely declined and requested just the services she'd ordered. When she picked up the car, the services they recommended were over $600. Her dad is a truck driver and gave her car a look over. It needed an oil change but everything else was fine. Needless to say, I cancelled my appointment and we will NOT be coming back. This is the second terrible experience I've had with separate Wheel Works locations in the past year, so I'm crossing them off as an option. I do not trust them one bit. Buyer beware. read more

During the month of February I went into wheel works to replace my tire that so happened to defect during a road hazard. When first purchasing my tires 2 years ago I have spoken to the manager Robert about the policy and the coverage the company had to offer. Road hazards was one of my main concerns and Mr. Robert assured me it was covered with no fees. Going into the office on February 28th, the staff and store manager Roy were not professional at all. They charged me with $140.00 for one tire . They Did not tell me any other suggestions for my car and even threatened to keep my vehicle. I Tried to go over my road hazards contact with them but they were not having it. I urge everyone to not trust this shop . First visit will be good but once they have their transaction that's the last you will see their customer service. Horrible experience and will never return read more
