I came in on the 3rd of July (busy day for any tire shop) last minute and Roy was still able to fit me in for some tire installs. I wanted the Roadforce balance, which was also no problem. He got it all setup and done in a very reasonable timeframe and was professional with all the clients that called and came in. I only mention that because I saw nothing but the same out of all the employees. They were also great on a previous visit fixing an alignment that another shop had done. Be very aware of this shop.I told them I needed a flat fixed, and the shop manager announced to his mechanic, we got a Chiporella, whatever that means. These guys fixed the flat for $20 b and the following day, the tire was flat again. Somehow, a shiny new stapler was on the inside of the same tire that was flat the day before. The shop manager stated that It could not be fixed and I needed a new tire. Again, be very, very aware. read more

This is my go to place for any work done on my 3 vehicles, not including my family members. Management is well organized and they even call the day before my appointment to confirm! With any questions I had they were answered quickly by the technician working on my vehicle. They are also experts with TPMS which is rare to find nowadays. read more

I've never heard of wheel works until today. I just happened to drive by on my way back from lunch and saw it. I needed to have air put in one of my tires but saw that the place was completely packed so I thought I'd try my luck. When I walked in, I was greeted by Victoria she was very kind. They're sharks when it comes to adding on stuff on top of what you came in there for (came in for an oil change, and I apparently needed new tires, and a bunch of other stuff). But, if you are good at saying no to an assertive sales staff, the service is good. Plus there are always coupons online that make their prices reasonable. read more

This is by far the worst wheel works on the planet. the manager juan rarely keeps his promises of time estimations for alignments. as a shop near by who uses them very often and am almost always highly disappointed by the blatant lack of customer service by the managers. I wouldn't recommend this wheel works to my worst enemy. In addition they charge WAY higher prices then any other tire shop in the surrounding area... BEWARE read more

I have to give this place 5 stars. I purchased tires through them last summer and had such a good experience, I now go there for everything (they're full service.) They are helpful and knowledgeable in the front office. I recently got an oil change and a few other things and they went above and beyond. Filling my spare tire, answering all my questions, and even fixing my spoiler that had came loose. I want to mention Robert who helped me through my most recent transaction! they did my trucks front and rear brakes 9 months ago... started noticing a clunking sound and scraping about 3 months ago... it got real bad 2 weeks ago... Ready for this: THE REAR CALIPER BOTTOM BOLT WAS MISSING! AND The truck in was 5 months ago for tires... (and inspection!) and they told me it needed to have the brake fluid flushed - it tested bad... I asked how long it usually lasts? He said a few years.... so I asked -"Then why do you think it went bad in 4 months? Because I paid you almost $100 to flush it do it when the brakes were done 4 months ago??? he said he would take care of it... WHAT DOES THAT MEAN! Just 2 of about 4 things that happened.... No more! These places are hit or miss. They have a script to say to you when you come in. They are OK for Tires, and front end work, but I go to a repair shop that specializes in my vehicle to get any real work done. Get tot know you tech who owns the shop. read more

This place definitely patched my flat tire. They put my wheel lock kit in the glove box and saw items in the package, so I figured everything was put back. Then, earlier today I looked in my glove box for an item unrelated and saw only 4/5 components in the kit. The actual wheel locks were replaced with regular lug nuts and the wheel key was missing. I haven't brought my car anywhere else since this place when my tires were worked on. I called today and got the run-of-the-mill about how it should have been handed to me when I got my fob, and that never happened. Now I'm forced to buy a whole new set. This $30 flat repair turned into a $100 cost. At least they fixed my flat efficiently.... read more

** HEADS UP FOLKS and BE CAREFUL ** I've been coming to this location for roughly 7 years for oil changes & tire rotations - that experience has been pretty good. Recently, I had a need for more in-depth drive train work and: 1) the problem was misdiagnosed...ARGHHHH!, 2) the new problem was 7X the original cost estimate...$$BUMMER$$, 3) the process of trouble-shooting the problem appeared to be done with a degree of...incompetency (sorry, guys!)... kinda like a slap-stick comedy that turned out to be a customer nightmare (mine), 4) my car was damaged, and finally to round out the lovely experience, 5) the condition ended up to be worse at the end of the entire process. Quite the lovely little nightmare!! Again, heads up! Finally, in overhearing conversations in the small waiting room, I noticed this propensity to up-sell each and every service...as I heard this occur repeated, it really gave me a bad feeling...a sense that the customers were being lied to, deceived, and treated solely as a source of revenue/profit...kinda scary - BEST WISHES OUT THERE! read more

Called to asked about getting an alignment and was told they were busy, but could be done by 5pm. When I checked the car in I was once again told it would be done by 5 pm or shortly there after. Showed up at 5:15 pm and the car was parked in the same spot where I parked it three hours earlier. Was told by the person working the front it would be 20 minutes before they could get started and probably would not be done until after 6 pm. Got keys and left. Waste of my time. Decided to have 4 new tires put on my car on black Friday. I drive from San Jose to Redding CA on a regular basis, so you assume when you have 4 new tires put on, if you leave town you are NOT expecting a flat. I woke up the next day to my low tire light being on and a mostly flat tire. Fortunately, I had not left town yet. My husband went over the car and found the valve stem had been installed wrong and was leaking. I think for the safety of their customers they need to slow down and check their work. Just simply spraying the valve stem with a water bottle, as most shops do, would have told them I will have a flat in the morning. Will not be using them again. read more

These guys are shady! Beware. I took my car in for two new tires and they convinced me that I needed a front end alignment also. When I got the car back and drove it on the freeway three days later, I noticed a significant wobble and a lot of play in the steering wheel. When I took it back and told them, they came up with all kinds of "excuses" before even test driving it to see what I was talking about. They told me that there is a "break in period" for new tires and it takes a couple of days for them to get broken in. Then they told me that it was freeway 85 that was the problem because of the lines in the road. Then they told me that it was something to do with the struts. Then they told me that the front end could have gotten knocked out of alignment after they just aligned it. They said that sometimes when they alilgn a car it can get bumped out of alignment when they are doing it. Are you frickin kidding me? I'm 60 yrs. old and I have purchased more than a few tires in that time. I guess I must look like a total idiot fool for them to try to sell me those lies. After they drove it and came back, they definitely felt the wobbliness and checked it out. Now they told me that it was because the air pressure was low in one tire. Really? They put new tires on and don't make sure that all the tires are properly inflated? They ended up moving the new tires from the rear to the front and it took care of the problem. Dishonest and shady. This place used to own my business for over 20 years and i never thought of gong any where else, however this has all changed and now i go to America's Tires for tires which is superior in every way. If you want anything else, please review this as well: First thing that happened was that they said my left strut was bad on my car. i actually have taken it to two places who said that it is fine and that whoever told you that did not know cars (including the dealership). Second time they sold me brakes. These brakes squeek all the time and they said that this "happens". My last brakes do not squeek so i told them it should not be the case. Either way they told me once i went off their lot, the brakes were mine. Total BS. The last straw was they told me it would take 1 hour with an appts for replacing two tires. 2 and 1/2 hours later it still was not done. I even had to push to get this time done. Bottom line, these guys are over extended and they say they do everything. If you want tires do not go there. If you want maintenance or repairs done i would not go there either. I go to Made in Japan Campbell now and it is superior as well! Don't be sorry by going there...for any reason! read more

I called to make an appointment to receive the 10 percent off for making an appointment. When I made my appointment I said I have a coupon for $39.99 for balance and rotation . He said you don't need the coupon. Brought the car in the next day he told me I needed tires and brakes when I went to pay he said it would be $61.00 dollars . I was a bit confused and I stood there and asked him what happened to the $39.99 quote ? He said who quoted you that ? I told him I called and asked about the 39.99 coupon when I made the appointment and the man over the phone said I didn't even need to bring the coupon in. I can't be for sure but I knew I was talking to the same guy over the counter that said don't bring in the coupon. I won't mention his name . But what upset me was we were negotiating over the price I didn't want to pay because I felt they were not being honest and he didn't want to give me the price it was uncomfortable to say the least. He did end up giving me the 39.99 price. And then what really made me made is he said your front brakes need to be replaced right now. So I do all my own brake work. When I got home I ordered the pads and rotors when the parts came I jacked the car up to discover I didn't need pads , I even took the old ones out to compare them to the new ones there still lots of life left on the old pads. So they didn't honor their price and they tried to sell me brake pads I didn't even need. They were also trying to sell me tires . I have always had a pretty good experince from Wheel Works . I got a flat on my Audi A7 and the dealership told me that I am able to replace just two of the tires. Wheel works tells me their policy is to replace all 4 and they turned away the business. I also went there a few months ago and they wouldn't fix my punctured tire and patch it due to a nail. The place next door did it. read more

While starting the car in the morning, I could tell my car battery was going out just by the way the car started. When I left work, it almost didn't want to start. I was in a panic to get my battery replaced. I called a couple of places and some told me to come back tomorrow. Not Wheel Works. Victor was very helpful on the phone. He asked for the make, model, year of my car and the engine size to determine if they had my battery in stock. Once he verified one was in stock, he put my information in the computer. Most auto service stores or even retail stores don't like customers to come in at the last minute because they are too busy cleaning up and shutting down. After picking up my son from a cross county meet, I showed up at 6:45 PM. 15 minutes before closing. Most other stores would look at you with disgust for showing up so late, but not Wheel Works. Victor gladly helped with efficiency and got one of the service technicians to run a test to make sure that it was the battery that was going out and not the alternator or something else. Once it was determined that it was the battery, it quickly got changed out. I received fantastic customer service from Wheel Works. I will be back for future car service. read more

I was on my way to work and noticed my car's deflation warning lighted up. I stopped at a gas station and pumped some air while I noticed a big nail in one of tires. I turned into Wheel Works on White Oak Road for the repair. They quickly patched the tire and did balancing and other check-ups at reasonable price. I am very happy about the speedy and quality service they offered. This shop is highly recommended. read more

I have been using this outlet for over 15 years for a variety of cars. The manager is fantastic, and their service has been outstanding. On one occasion I required the steering pump replaced on a TransAm - and the steering continued to bind. Rather than attempting any kind of repair they simply ordered a brand new one and installed it and everything was fine. I use this outlet for repairs as soon as a car is out of warranty. read more

I had a great experience. I saw the ratings but went anyways. They were honest I went in to replace 1 tire. Right away they saw the nail in my tire and said it could be repaired. Instead of paying 140.00 for a tire it was 20.00! I will be back when all 4 tired need replacing. They were accommodating to me even though they had a full shop and informative. read more

Brought my car in for new brakes and shocks and left with a missing fuse so the AC didn't work and my entire audio system did not work. They would it take any responsibility for the problems and made no attempts to help with the replacement is an entire new radio and speaker system. Would never bring my car back there again. read more

I had a nail in my tire. Stopped in to have it repaired and was told it was "too close to the shoulder" to be repaired. When I told him I had owned a tire store for thirty years and knew it could be safely repaired, he used the cop out that "it's company policy". Since it is "company policy" I recommend that folks never, ever patronize any of their facilities. That is just a rip-off and most people aren't aware that repairs can be made safely in the shoulder itself and in proximity to the shoulder. read more
