Most awful creepy experience.. Last night at 8:30 I went in to Which Wich to pick up my sandwich I had ordered online at 8:16, when I walked in the lights are off and there is a male customer who has his food and a male worker. I asked if they are open which on the door and website it says they are open til 9 and the worker responds "your in luck you ordered a minute before we closed" which would have been 8:17?? I said "The door and website says you are open til 9" the guy than says that his worker wanted to close early.. My sandwich is not made yet it has been 20 minutes and the other customer has left so it is just me and the worker makes the sandwich in the dark and midway through making the sandwich he goes and locks one of the doors and flips the sign to close and as a women i was freaking out a little bit when he finished i was on the phone with my brother incase something were to happen and i told the worker "next time you may want to keep the lights on because this looks really bad" and he freezes and says "are you on the phone with the police?" It was ridiculous I will never ever come back back to that place as long as that man is there. read more

I would recommend this place over and over again. The employees here are always very nice and helpful. My kids and I enjoy eating here. The sandwiches are always on point! So delicious! My favorite is the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Consistency is key here and that's what makes this place as great as it was the day it opened. If you want great food and great service this is the place to go! Sam and Derrick were great!! This was the best experience I've ever had at a Which Which! We came in right at closing not realizing the time and they still made two different sandwiches for me. Sam took his time making sure our order was right while Derrick made our sandwiches perfectly and didn't make us feel less of a customer for coming in at closing time. These guys know what true customer service is!!! I can't wait to return to this location in the future!! This has always been my favorite place to eat and now this is my all time favorite location. Not the same as it used to be. Dirtier inside especially the bathrooms which makes you worry about the kitchen. Slow on making sandwiches, like 2 people in front of you takes 15-20 minutes. Probably due to staff turnover on a regular basis. I am taking it off my list of places for lunch. read more

Horrible service. The "owner" was outside smoking when we walked in and was still outside when several others walked in. When he finally walked in was watching a video on his phone. As we were waiting the other person used profanity about some uber orders. As we asked for our shake they said they were working on it. But continued to work on sandwiches. After some time of them yelling back at each other about who didn't fill up supplies I asked again for my shake. And it was sitting in the blender and said he had been super busy. As my wife said something the owner talked back and started to argue with us about how he was busy. Will never return to this location. read more

I love the ability to customize my sandwhich. Tasted very fresh. Takes a little longer to get a toasted sub but that's because they actually toast it and not microwave it like subway. I went on a Saturday and it was pretty busy. The girl at the counter was very friendly even though I decided at the register to order a hand dipped shake. Lots of toppings and lots of meat. First let me start off by saying this was my first time ever visiting a Which Wich and it will be my last. I had just picked my girlfriend up from work it was around 5:30 yesterday and we were both starving and wanted something quick, she looked up and saw there was a Which Wich in the area and since she has eaten at the location on her campus and has had nothing but good experiences there she figured it would be the same here. Wrong! We walked in and the place was empty one customer in front of us and his sandwich was already almost finished being made. We go up to the counter and are going to pay separately the guy takes her payment and begins to make her sandwich I thought "no big deal once he puts it to heat he will come and take my payment" wrong again! He stands there and waits for her sandwich to heat up and then continues to finish her sandwich, all while still glancing up and making glaring eye contact with me. There was another worker at the end who appeared to be pretending to look busy but was probably just on his phone, I decided 10 minutes in of just waiting at the cash register I wasn't hungry , or rather wasn't gonna waste another 10 minutes of my life or spend any of my money at this establishment. He didn't say a word to me, no "I'll be with you in a minute" or anything. Completely disgusted and will never be coming back. Plus my girlfriend said her sandwich was nasty as well. I ended up going to in n out which never upsets no matter what location I go to. And has great customer service. Which Wich should take notes on its surrounding establishments. read more

it's nice to be able to customize the ingredients you want in your sandwich. some people may ask, why pay extra when I can just go subway, the answer is simple... more options, better tasting, and more meat. it's far more fulfilling than subway, and probably double the calories, but heck, you are eating out, so forget counting, and just enjoy. read more

TOP NOTCH customer service and DELICIOUS food! Not only do I LOVE Which Wich but I especially love this location! I really like all the options they offer, as far as the variety of meats, cheeses, veggies, condiments, and your choice of bread/wrap/lettucewich or salad. I am also a huge fan of businesses that support outside charities and nonprofits! This Saturday I had such a great experience.... probably the best yet! In a hurry and on our way to the airport, I was in need of a quick and easy lunch to pick up on the way out of town. One of the managers, Bonnie, who took my order over the phone, was willing to have my order ready right at 11am, right when they opened since we were in a hurry. She also the one who assisted me with my order and cashed me out when I got to the restaurant. She was exceptionally accommodating and attentive, very warm and friendly, and welcomed me with a smile and made it apparent she wanted to make my experience the best it could be!! My lettucewich was exactly how i ordered it, delicious, fresh, and quality ingredients to make for a very refreshing and satisfying pre-flight lunch!! Thank u again Which Wich, Allen! I love the which wich concept, it is ingenious. I've frequented most locations owned by this franchise and I noticed their quality of employees does not match their awesome concept. At a few locations I witnessed the workers not wearing gloves, not washing their hands etc. I would give these locations 4-5 stars if they enforced food safety, food quality etc. read more
