Went to get a sandwich today. Waited about 20 minutes for it to be made. There were only 4 of us in the restaurant. 2 employees were working and another 2 seemed to be off the clock making themselves sandwiches, one while talking on their cell phone at the cooking area. As I waited for my food, I noticed that ALL the tables had food on them. The employees who likely were getting their food at the end of their shift didn't bother to wipe these down, nor mop up a sloppy mop job of very dirty mop water. It smelled like a gas station bathroom in the entire dining area. Also, this franchise is in a terrible lot! No windows towards the back. So depressing! It didn't help that it was filthy, that the employees all seemed new and unenthused to be there. I'm a fan of this company but my visit today left me grossed out at this particular branch. read more

Only few customers at 6:30 PM on a Wednesday night, and now I know why. My vanilla shake somehow took 15 minutes from the time I ordered but tastes like it was made with fake ice cream and imitation vanilla. My avacado .and tomato sandwich came on a good roll but it was only the size of a hot dog bun. The avacado was a paste and the tomato almost too thin to find. Mostly just shredded lettuce. My favorite sandwich place of all time! Amazing that they started in Salem, Massachusetts! j.k. Your first time ordering might be a bit different, as you select a paper sack, based on type of meat -e.g. turkey, ham, gyro, vegan, etc. and then check the boxes on whatever toppings you like. Pretty fool-proof *except* if you're illiterate -that might present a problem- then again, you wouldn't be reading this review if you were, so should be a non-issue. So I have been to this location twice now while traveling and will always return. First time: I was traveling with my students for a debate meet and the really wanted Which Wich. I had called the location in Frisco at 8pm to let them know I had 15 people coming at 8:40 which there reply was "you know we close at 9 right?" In a very rude tone. So I called the Silverthorne location and asked if it would be ok to show up with that many people since by the time we would get there it'd be basically almost 9. There reply "no problem, we'll stay open a little late to make sure you get here" the greeted my whole group with a smile and our food was made fast and it was delicious. Second Time: I was having the absolute worst day (Flights cancelled, the delayed, diverted, then 6 hour drive) stopped there for dinner and they could tell my day was bad. The were so nice to me. They asked what was wrong and I told them and one employee made it his mission to make me smile and surprised me by buying me dinner just because...Literally the best employees EVER!!! They are all about the customer service and genuinely care. Thank you for always making my bad days a little brighter!!! read more

The Customer Service at this place is great. They do a wonderful job of keeping the store clean and moving at a decent pace even during busy hours. We stopped here for lunch out of curiousity and because I had a craving for a turkey, havarti and sprouts sandwich on whole wheat (and I didn't want to go to the grocery store, womp womp). Well, these guys don't offer havarti OR sprouts. So we both tried the Italian grinder which was pretty good - warm, toasty, not overly meat filled and lots of veggie topping options. The bread was decent, and I really detest most fast casual sandwich chains' breads - just the smell of Subway or Quizno's breads makes me want to puke. I also liked how efficient the ordering process is and how I could dilly dally on my decisions without holding up a line at the cash register. On the downside, our two medium subs plus a soda ran us $22. A large sub is $14 here before any add-ons. I could think of a lot of things I'd rather eat for the price. read more

SKIP IT!!! WASTE OF $6.74. We stopped to grab a quick bite en route from Denver to Aspen. My boyfriend went to Chipotle next door and I have never had Which Which so thought I'd try it since I was in the mood for a sandwich. Since we just wanted to grab something & go I ordered something simple- the caprese sandwich with tomato, pesto, and mozz cheese. I thought this would be quick for them to put together and toast (since I ordered the "hot" version). I placed my order at 1:14pm thinking it would be ready in a few minutes. At 1:25pm it still was not ready. I was standing there waiting and the people working made no apologies for the wait or updated me on the status of my sandwich- I had to ask them how much longer it would be and then saw mine on the toaster behind several others. FINALLY- about 25 minutes later my sandwich is ready- by this time my boyfriend had ordered and finished his Chipotle order. I jumped into the car and we took off, unwrapped my sandwich to find out... the bread was completely burnt and the cheese on the inside was not even melted. There was a little bit of pesto and very few tomatoes. I can honestly say that this was one of the worst sandwiches I have EVER had not to mention really poor customer service in the restaurant. If you are looking for lunch in this area- go to Chipotle or even the fast food restaurants that are near by. If we hadn't been driving the opposite direction I would have gone back in to show them my sandwich and demand a refund. A very disappointing experience that I am happy to share so that others don't make the mistake that I did. Shame on you, Which Which. read more

I had never been to a Which Wich before, but am a big fan of toasted subs/sandwiches. I was a little overwhelmed by the # of ordering choices at first, so I asked an employee for a couple of recommendations. He recommended the following: Grinder - White bread, american cheese, spicy ranch, spinach, tomatoes with the hot pepper mix. OR Crab salad - White bread, american cheese spicy ranch, lettuce, crispy strings and garlic. I went with the medium Grinder and my girlfriend took a chance on the medium crab salad sandwich. A medium should suffice for the average person; I'd only attempt the large if I had the munchies ;) Best thing about ordering each, was the ability to split and share them both. To my surprise, I actually ended up liking the crab salad sub more (although my grinder was nothing to scoff at - very delicious, fresh and made to perfection). We washed them down with the most delicious Oreo-banana shake I had ever tasted. I will definitely be back as the overall experience was much more than you'd get at a typical 'chain' sub shop. The wait staff was super friendly, the restaurant was immaculate and the food was delicious; all in all, a great combination! read more

The staff put me off the first time they seemed more interested in visiting with someone on my side of the counter who was not ordering or picking up, so I went out and waited a bit.
