This place is disgusting. Always dirty on the inside. Staff is never friendly. There is usually a problem with my order. My sister can not have cheese. She ordered her chicken sliders plain with no cheese. The order was plain but still had cheese. She went back through and said "I'm sorry these were suppose to have no cheese" they took her sandwiches back (which from having experience in fast food I know you are not suppose to take the food back) she got 2 sandwiches (possibly the same ones with the cheese scraped off) are the first one and it was fine. The second one was spit in. We were so disgusted. She called to tell them and they argued with her on the phone. She called back the following day and spoke with the higher up manager and they were nice. Apologized and offered to make her new sandwiches herself. After that experience we never want to eat there again. We asked for the number for corporate and all they were willing to do was give us a free meal. No money back. And once again why would you want to eat somewhere where they have spit in your food. That employee should have been fired. Great White Castle! The staff here were super friendly, and my buddy and I ordered $20 of food which equaled a zillion burgers. Amazing! You can't really beat their deals, and it is White Castle! The original sliders are bomb, so we're the fish and veggie sliders. Tater tots were good, fries were good, I would go to White Castle everyday if I could. For fast food, the little vegan burgers (make sure to get the Thai sauce only) hit the spot when you are traveling. They are Dr. Praeger's burgers, tender like a crab cake, and stuffed full of veggies you can see. We were tempted by the crinkle-cut fries but refrained. I love these little sliders and the crinkle cut fries. This particular location is a poor excuse for a White Castle. It has been here for years now and can't seem to get it right. First of all the place is usually dirty, especially the floor is sticky and dirty. The supplies like napkins and ketchup are always out. The employees seem to be unable to handle more than one order at a time especially if someone orders 30 or 40 sliders. These sliders are small and are often ordered in larger quantities than 1 or 2, yet one order of 30 "Crave Box" seems to put the employees in a panic and backs up the line to order and delays food to other customers up to 15 to 20 minutes. White Castle needs to improve this location! read more

Went very late at night around 2am ish and they were backed up with cars, even though it was slow the woman at the window was a sweetheart. She was very calm and collected even though she was under pressure. That woman deserves a pay raise! Okay I don't eat fast food very often but when I do this is it and sometimes worth the guilt!! I like the original burger no cheese...these were made fresh and wonderful but my fries were not (cold) and there fries are worth skipping anyway!! My daughter had ordered the bacon and cheese sliders without onions...she hates onions. Naturally, she got regular cheese sliders with onions. White Castle - still, after all these years, not the biggest fan. I know some people that love this place but it's just not for me. For me, it's a last resort type of a place. That's exactly what happened. We were taking Route 22 home from PA and needed some quick grub. One of the only options late at night is White Castle - it's open 24 hours. We pulled up to the drive thru and the burgers here are still incredibly cheap. I had a couple of their sliders as did some others I was with. They're OK - I am a fan of how they cook them with onions but they're really nothing spectacular. If I was back up in the area again needing some food and nothing else was open, I'd give this place a shot. I can't imagine I'd come here when other establishments are open. read more

Where do I begin ,,, first they got my order wrong ,, ordered the onion chips and I got it with cheese sauce and jalapeño s on them which I do not like ,,, burgers were all mush and tasted like frozen meatloaf , they only thing that was ok were the cheese sticks , but I didn't get the sauce that comes with it ,, I asked for zesty sauce and it only took them 5 mins to find it in front on a shelf right in front of them ,, and I really don't understand how they had 6 ppl working and it took ten mins to get my food and I was the only person in line or even at the counter ,,, I do not recommend this place at all ,,, isn't the first time I've had a bad experience but it will be my last , never going back read more

Stopped here while driving to NY. Had a chicken slider with jalapeño cheese which was super yummy and the veggie slider with ranch wasn't bad either. Very good to taste and fresh. The guy at the counter was friendly and happy to suggest. Quick service and easy on the wallet. The toilet was very neat and clean. read more

I will never be eating here again after the terrible service I was given. I experienced bad service here on a number of occasions and will not deal with that anymore. My mom and I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 meals, after repeating that I wanted 2, I pulled up to the window. Instead of being handed 2 meals, I was instead handed 1 tiny meal with 2 drinks! They got my order wrong! Before this happened I also experienced bad service when one of the workers took 30 minutes to make us smoothies. We needed to go back to work because we were on lunch break, and we were standing there for 30 minutes waiting for our smoothies. Then on another occasion of visiting White Castle, I told the cashier my name for the order, in which he put my name in as "Ruben". They called "Ruben" to go get the order. After realizing they were calling me, I kindly asked why they announced my order as "Ruben", in which they looked the receipt and confirmed that name was on there. This didn't make sense as to why he put my name down as that... In general, the staff here is very unprofessional and I have had to many problems with this place.
