The ambiance for this one is basic. You order at the window. There are a handful of outdoor seats. The area was kept clean. There are no indoor seats. There is also no public washroom. The food from here is often very good, IF they get your order correctly. At this location I have learned on numerous different occasions to check your food before you leave the property. Often times when I order a chili burger I receive a normal hamburger and come home very disappointed (because I could've received a hamburger from 1,000 other different places). Also they often get drink orders wrong so check that too. I do not come here as frequently as I once did because of the inaccuracies with orders as well as there long wait times. Typically this location used to be quite fast but now every time it seems like I'm stuck for about 25-30 minutes when just waiting on chili cheese dogs, something that doesn't seem like it would take too long to cook. They included tasty, well seasoned chili, a nicely steamed dog and a warm bun with some messy, wonderful cheese sauce. I've come here plenty of times (don't judge me) and have never had an issue. Lesily initially asked me to wait at the drive thru (10/13 around 4:30pm) and then upon asking to take my order she was laughing while trying to talk over the intercom which okay.. I get it.. coworkers joking around. Takes my order and has me pull up to the window for my total (which usually is the case). Upon pulling up- I am I not greeted at all but just overhear the staff conversing about some random night with friends amongst themselves. Lesily (might've spelled her name incorrectly so I am sorry if I did- but I just glanced at her name tag before driving off) told me my total without a greeting of any sort and just very short. Again. Maybe I just have high expectations since like I said I've been here plenty of times before but every other person I've encountered has greeted me upon pulling up to the window and was very polite whereas today was the complete opposite. I did not experience any of that with Lesily even when I am saying please and thank you when offered ketchup or mustard. She seemed more interested in her conversation with the staff then being attentive to a customer at the drive thru which is usually an extremely short interaction anyway. I wish the taller gentleman with glasses took my order- he was absolutely amazing, super personable and extremely nice (but I never looked at his name tag to be able to praise him right now). 3 stars because as always the food is damn good per usual and ultimately I don't want this fast food place to fall too far down in ratings because of my experience with this one employee read more

WATCH out for these guys...if you order "Combo #1", which is 2 chili dogs, small fry, and small drink...they UPSELL you on larger fries (regular), then same for drink after only asking you what flavor you want. To top it off, they apparently don't know the diff between a chili dog (what's in combo #1) and a chili-cheese dog (extra $s). Today I went and ordered 2 kids meal which I had coupons for 2 corn dogs 1 extra set of fries 1 order of chili cheese fries...got my bags then came home...while handing out the food to my children I realize there was 1 fries missing and my chili cheese fries...so I jump in my car and head back over to wienerschnitzel...on the way there I call them to give them a heads up that they forgot a few of my things and I'm on my way to retrieve them...an employee named Franky was very rude when I told him they forgot my chili cheese fries and my regular fries...he told me "well we gave it to you!" I then told him "no you did not give them to me!" Then Franky said "well bring all your bags back and I'll check them!" Imagine my shock that he was basically calling me a liar...I then tell him "I did not have the bags I was already on my way to wienerschnitzel!" Franky then said "well then I'm not giving it to you!!" By then I was already pulling in so I hung up the phone and went up to him and I said "I want my things I ordered!!" He said " I'm not giving them to you because I didn't bring my bags!" I then said "well you have cameras in here check those and I'm sure you will see you did not give them to me!" He said " I don't have access to that and he will have his manager tomorrow check it!" He then pulled up the receipt then circled the missing things and told me " I will give this to my manager!" We've been going to this location for over a year. I'm a long time Wienerschnitzel customer and fan...the food is fine...and not the problem. The problem is on numerous occasions, we have had our order shorted, and or not the right order. These last few times we've ordered it has been short. I called the owner, and she denied the issue, and then diverted every which way she could to not take responsibility. After asking her if this is a matter of business practice for her, and whether or not other clients have had the issue she deferred. She offered to send me a certificate paying for the shortage of my last order, but not prior orders, and refused to refund my money unless I drove all the way back down and presented my card!?? NO certificate arrived after I gave her my address. I called the General Manager and got the same attitude of taking no responsibility, interrupting, and diverting...oh and I still have to drive there to get my refund and certificate.
