    I remember when Williams-Sonoma was across the street with top notch service and was fun to shop at. This location is huge, seems to go on forever. Displays were a mess with things strewn about like a TJ Max. There were so many employees here and they're asking if you need help every 15 seconds. When I said yes to one of them you could tell they never expected to actually help anyone. They should train their employees to be helpful and not try to meet quotas. The store was empty too on a Saturday so you really don't need an employee every 2 feet. I have a stainless steel All-Clad set I bought at WS about 20 years ago and it was a great purchase. The one non stick sauté pan I need to replace every few years. The displays were just half assed thrown on the shelves with most scratched or damaged. The lady would keep interrupting me and didn't care I wanted All Clad or listen to what I was saying. Her only interest was showing me the most expensive pan they have. I didn't need a $300 sauté pan. After getting frustrated I told her to forget it and bought one online. I was going to storm out but the huge display of cocktail mixers stopped me in my tracks. I bought couple of low calorie mixers and they were fantastic, especially the Williams-Sonoma brand. I highly recommend the low calorie pineapple ginger margarita mix! Few weeks later I went to the Newport Beach location and it's the experience I expected. Clean show room with helpful employees.

    It was Black Friday and I needed to get some shopping done. I am proud to say that I was able to scratch one name off the my xmas list when I got a good deal on an item. If you are a smart shopper, you can find good pricing on super fancy cookware. And that is exactly what I found online. Then it was ready for pick within 2 hours. Shopping is definitely a lot easier than back in the day. I went into the store to pick up my order and enjoyed perusing through the entire store. There is definitely a tool for all your cooking requirements here! I am a huge fan of Nordic ware and they carry many different designs of pans. Super cute holiday themed pans and loaf. I Do own about 10+++ bundt pans and loaf pans, minis too. You could get hooked pretty quickly. Service was good. For pick up, go all the way to the back room and someone can assist you there. Anyway, it's a lovely time of the year to shop for all your kitchen needs, and very festive too. Happy shopping!

    Sloppy Shipping especially at $8 a spoon. I will stay with Sur la Table. Williams Sonoma used to be a class act. Not anymore. They have lost all consciousness on their quality.

    Broken potato peeler used less than a year from purchase date.

    I got a potato peeler as a gift earlier this year. But it broke and I was wondering if I could get a replacement. i have bought many potato peelers in my day but never one that broke within a few months. I was taken aback by the rudeness of the store clerk. "Well you can't expect these to have a lifetime guarantee" he snorted. Okay. I showed him how the white handle was stained by carrot juice. And he just handed it back to me. No sorrys. No nothing but a definite "you aren't worth the time" vibe. I chuckled to myself. Thankfully it was just a potato peeler. I had planned to buy several All-clad stainless steel skillets but made my purchase at Crate and Barrel instead.

    This is for Williams Sonoma Inc. re: Pottery Barn Home We purchased this couch for $4,200 on 8/28/2024, and since it was custom made, we received it 10/3/2024. When we first received it, it was stunning to say the least. Since we have 3 older kids and knew this would be used, we chose a "finer" fabric that was supposed to be washable, livable, and cozy. It was an "upgrade" fabric. We first started noticing the piling approximately 2 weeks after we received it. The piling is so uncomfortable now, it feels like you are sitting on pebbles, and we have since put sheets on it so we can sit on it for comfort. I reached out to Pottery Barn January 10th in person at the store. I was actually going back to look at their showroom couches to see if there was piling on their floor models that we may have missed and should have seen. They put in a complaint for me thus sending me a 3.5 inch "fuzz shaver" for my 120 inch couch that had piling all over it on every cushion. I told her that I had never had piling on a couch before, and with all of the selection of couches on the market, my husband and I chose Pottery Barn because of their quality. I have reached out numerous times after getting my "shaver", and no one is returning my calls or emails. I did not want to leave this review. I am only looking for either my money back or a different fabric cover on these cushions. Have since filed a compliant with the BBB. They have a C+ score. I shouldn't be surprised. Take your money elsewhere. I have reached out almost daily with no one reaching back out or no leads as to whom to I could reach. Shame on you Pottery Barn.

    I recently purchased a kitchen sink/faucet from Monica at Kohler Costa Mesa. After 3 months, the…read morefaucet began leaking. Monica worked with Customer Service to send out a cartridge to fix the faucet. When the plumber installed the cartridge and it didn't resolve the issue, she offered to call Customer Service to expedite the Letter of Replacement needed for Kohler Costa Mesa to replace the faucet. She then had the faucet delivered by courier in a little over an hour, rather than me do without a kitchen faucet over the weekend. My plumber returned the same afternoon, and I had a new faucet installed by 3 pm. Monica's initiative/coordination of all parties involved was truly an example of an employee going above and beyond to bring satisfaction to a customer. Kudos to Kohler Costa Mesa - Monica is an asset to your business!

I have attended several classes at your establishment and have always had a welcoming, positive experience. Unfortunately, tonight's experience was the opposite of what I have come to expect. Our chef appeared ill-prepared for the class, which led to a disorganized environment. Furthermore, the chef was unnecessarily aggressive and yelled at participants when they were ahead of his instructions or, in my case, when I misunderstood a direction. This created a stressful, uncomfortable atmosphere rather than a fun, educational experience, which is not what we paid for. Additionally, due to the poor flow of the class, our food was cold by the time it was served to eat. I also observed that the support staff working with him appeared miserable, likely due to the stressful environment created by the chef. I believe this is important feedback for your team to address to maintain your usual high standards of service. I hope you will take steps to better prepare your instructors regarding both their preparation and their customer service skills. They were really helpful in helping us choose what we needed. We were going to be re-flooring our entire house so the fact they took time with us so we were comfortable with our choice was great. The problem came when we were done putting the flooring in our house. Our contractor was very efficient and we had 15 boxes of planks left, which was essentially the 10% buffer that they order. When we inquired about returning the unopened boxes, we were told that the only option was a store credit less a restocking fee. We were OK paying the restocking fee. They knew that we had redone our entire house so a store credit was not a value to us at all. We asked them for a cash reimbursement of the balance less the stocking fee and they refused. We now have 15 boxes of flooring valued at approximately $1500 that we can do nothing with. This was very disappointing based on the good experience we had in making the purchase. I would recommend anyone ensuring that they understand the refund policy for unused flooring.

Instead of cutting corners, he fixed everything the right way. They handled new framing, opening up walls, plumbing corrections, and a full rebuild of the space. The craftsmanship really shows, especially in the details. The shower tile work is flawless, and the shampoo niche came out super clean and well-designed. The new tile flooring ties everything together perfectly, and the paint finish gives the whole bathroom a fresh, modern coastal feel. Wes was also great to work with--professional, efficient, and clearly takes pride in his work. You can tell these guys care about doing things properly, not just getting the job done.
