You pay for the experience/atmosphere. It's very nicely decorated here. Fair amount of outside seating options. There were these large canopy's outside that were above that provided some shaded areas. We only got drinks, which were all good! The prices are pretty on par with normal specialty cocktails. There were no physical menus provided, only a scannable QR code. But I do like that the online menu shows photos of pretty much every item. Our server was kind but a little standoff-ish/anxious once it got busier. There are a few paid open lots for parking near by, but we just parked around the corner for free and walked. Where this restaurant was located there seemed to be a small amount of homeless people walking around, lying down, or asking for money. Do NOT walk off the main road (Larimer St.). We walked behind a building thinking it would be a quicker cut through-boy were we wrong. This was sketchy alleyway with homeless people, and solid human fecal matter on the ground. This was a rather sad sight and not the safest. It should be made known, Denver Rescue Mission (Lawerence St. and Park Ave) is a building near/behind this location, which might explain why this encounter occurred. This is why I'm giving 4 stars because the location of the restaurant is not the safest nor the best in general compared to other parts of Denver we visited. I would not go if you were alone. But the restaurant itself was decent and lived up to its reputation. read more

Came with some friends from out of town for dinner and drinks on 9/8 prior to going to a concert. The place was steady mot overly busy. Food took a long time to come out, didn't get a few food items we ordered. The service was very slow didn't refill waters drinks were wrong and seemed like staff couldn't care less about the service or lack there of. The atmosphere does not match the type of service we received. Some good spots for taking IG photos but that's about it, save yourselves some time and money. read more

The decor and outside is super fun and unique. The food is alright, and yet, for the price, the portions are VERY small. I ordered a dinner salad and even though greens are fairly cheap, the salad was TINY. just throw some more greens on there, for heavens sake. I needed 2. My husband ordered a burger and the amount of fries served was also very scant. Again, not terribly expensive to just serve people a reasonable serving of fries. We visited on Jul12, the night of the Billy Joel concert. We were seated and then greeted by the waitress quickly, but unfortunately the kitchen was slammed and it took quite a while for our food to come out. It was obvious that the wait staff were hustling as hard as they could, and even the owner was running food and bussing tables to try to catch up. Throughout the wait for the food, our waitress did an outstanding job of taking care of us, and even at one point asked the owner/manager for help in getting our food out quicker. In the end, the food was delicious, the owner was very apologetic about the wait, and everyone was taken care of and was happy. I highly recommend Wonderyard just on the character of the staff and ownership, but the food was great too. We're looking forward to coming back. read more

Enjoyed a girl's night out in the eclectic Wonderyard garden. Had a great energetic servor who added to the fun of the night. Favorite app was the humus; highly recommend! Ordered the Flower Drop, which was plenty of cocktail for 3 of us, but pricey at $120. It was so fun to watch the presentation of the drink and it provided great entertainment. Additonally, it was delicious! Plenty of photo opp spots in the garden when departing, to ensure memories were recorded of a fun evening! read more

I have been to Wonderyard twice now and both times I have been entirely underwhelmed. I went to the opening and waited 2 hours for 1 drink. The brunch options were minimal and mediocre, the espresso martini was so sweet I couldn't drink it. The servers and bar tenders seemed untrained and incompetent. Feels a lot like all of the money sunk into this restaurant went towards tacky "whimsical" decor and influencer sponsorship. I will not be recommending this place to anyone, not even for a drink before dinner or a night out. read more

I recently visited Wonderyard Garden + Table as part of a work event, and did not leave disappointed! The ambiance was fun and light hearted, the drinks were legit, the food was great, and the service (thank you, Kaitlinn!) was phenomenal. Kaitlinn did a fantastic job of steering us towards suggestions for a larger group and the tastiest options...both on the drink and food menu. Would not have been the same experience without Kaitlinn for sure! Definitely a location that I will recommend to friends & family. read more

The service was terrible. The staff in the front was so rude. We asked for a different table after being seated on a high top. They said we would be placed on the end of the waitlist again and we said that was fine. Then they proceeded to seat numerous other tables without reservations when there was only one couple ahead of us. No waitress ever came after 20min and the hostesses were the worst i've ever dealt with in Denver. Never coming back. The girl with the curly black hair was talking to us like we were lesser than because of how we were dressed, I am shocked she works there, she even asked if we were going to order anything after seating us....how embarrassing. The absolute worst service I have ever received in my life. The staff and specifically management went out of there to be rude and ignore my table for an hour and a half. Do not eat or drink here the quality is extremely underrated for the utter lack of service you will receive. My table and I received an offer from one waiter to order ONE drink in the entire 2 hours we were there. We were not asked if we wanted another drink or to order food at all. The manager also came over to condescend our group and tell us we were not welcome at a table that our server told us we could move to when we were cold. Don't waste your money on bad service and rude management with an ego problem. read more

Then he had no patience's he kept walking off. My daughter asked a question about a drink and before she could choose something else or the rest of us ordered he walked away for the 3 rd time so we walked out. Wonderyard will not get a single star from me (unfortunately in order for me to place a review, I have to select ONE star). I called two months ago to secure a section of the patio for my 49th birthday. My name, phone number and email was taken and was assured that given long lead time request, I would have the secured space and time. I started to get concerned as I didn't have anything in writing so, I called again. They took my name, phone number and email.. no call back. Called again the following month, a young gentleman answered and directed me to a portal for me to submit my request. He assured me he would also submit a request to help expedite my concerns/request. One response was given to me by an "Event Coordinator" who didn't follow back up. Just took my response as a no. I called again this weekend and monday (June 4th) about my frustrations of already having invites sent out and had started this planning process TWO MONTHS ago. Reservations were NOT made for my party of 40. Excuses of my "timeline" aligning with their launch and hire of their "Event Coordinator". NO apology, NO lets see what we can do to make this better.. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL. I had my husband on speaker while I cried in frustration to the manager. 5 days until my birthday party, a themed birthday party that I had planned for two months.. now I have to pivot and find somewhere else to have this hosted. HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!!! I have asked all 40 of my guests to write a review and spread the word on how horrible they treated me, the lack of customer service and poor management of their calendar! read more

I just wanted to share my experience from today and hope someone does not experience it in the future. I came in with my husband and another couple for some drinks this afternoon. Initially, I was ordering a non alcoholic mojito and the sever up sold me to a Secret Garden. After our first round, our server became pushy on ordering shareable despite us saying we were only there for drinks. For my second drink, I asked specifically for a virgin mojito because I didn't not want another Secret Garden. On the bill, I got charged for 2 secret gardens and when asked about it, he got an extreme attitude. He shamed me for asking for an adjustment, slammed the check into the table, & started making a big deal of any little charges associated (in front of my whole group, he called out the credit card charge despite not telling any of my friends who paid with a card). My second drink didn't have any of the components of the secret garden. The alcoholic mojito has rum in it so it justifies the cost. But to get just lime juice, mint, simple syrup, and seltzer water and be charged $14 then be shamed for asking for an adjustment.. our experience with the atmosphere and place was great until that interaction with the server. He put a damper on our whole day. read more
