Decided to take a break from work and walk over to Xpresso Tea to grab a few snacks. I ordered the fried tofu for myself and the fried calamari and fried shrimp for my coworkers. The tofu was tasty but it's something that needs to be eaten right away or it will get soggy. I liked the spices sprinkled on top. It added a lot of flavor. So much better than plain fried tofu. My coworkers really liked the shrimp. The breading was perfect (not too thick). This was their favorite dish out of them all. I ordered the calamari but was given onion rings. I assume this was a mistake. I checked my receipt just to make sure that I correctly ordered calamari. I did. Just to make sure, we removed the breading and the translucent onion was underneath. My coworkers were bummed to not have calamari and didn't particularly like the taste of the onion rings. The onion rings was the only thing not eaten. Overall, the food was convenient, fast, and pretty good for a small snack. The service was friendly and being able to order through Yelp beforehand saved a lot of time. I look forward to trying the tea next time.

I've seen this place and never wanted to bother trying it because it doesn't look like it would be good.... I finally tried it the other day since my work let us expense $25 and I was craving popcorn chicken and wanted delivery off of door dash. The picture of the popcorn chicken drew me in and I'm glad it did! I'd definitely come back for the popcorn chicken. The drinks were good too!

My sisters and I came by to try the new Italian sodas on the menu. This place used to be Quickly, but they changed their name to Xpresso Tea and added more to their menu. They now have italian sodas, more smoothies, sea salt crema, and a few more snack items. We ended up ordering a strawberry kiwi italian soda, a litchi italian soda, and a honeydew mango italian soda as well as a thai milk tea. The drinks are pretty good, but they are on the sweeter side. I also feel that their prices are a little high compared to some of the nearby milk tea places. Overall, I was satisfied with my visit and would definitely return to order more drinks in the future.

Caramel Milk Tea with boba. $3.53 (after taxes)

This place is a really nice option for a quick snack. There is enormous amount of options of snacks and drinks to choose from. Most (or all) of the snacks are fried, so it's not a very healthy option, if that is what you're looking for. Furthermore, the snacks come in cheap paper bags that get a little greasy. Not a big deal. The prices are very good and affordable, and the portions you get for your money are quite big, so I don't mind if they are saving a little money on packaging. One good thing is that their drinks come in those plastic cups that are sealed on top with plastic by a machine and their boba is very yummy. So, they actually invested in good drinking cups, sealing system, and ingredients. The service is very friendly. I've been here a few times and I have always been happy with the people working here and with the speed that my order is prepared. Just pay attention that they call your order by what it is (i.e., if you ordered Caramel Milk Tea, they will just call from the cashier "Caramel Milk Tea"). There is no identification by number or number. Usually the place is not full, so there is no confusion. However, if they get more popular, they should design a better system for this. It is a very nice option if you want to skip Purple Kow's long lines and you want a wide variety of treats to go with your bubble tea.

I live pretty close by so I've been a few times now and I'm really glad it's so close! I like the variety of the menu, from milk teas, smoothies, to cheesecake shakes and yogurt drinks. My fave by far is the rose green tea crema! It's sweet and tastes a little fruity, so with the sea salt crema it is so good. I finished it by the time I got back to my place. The matcha crema is also tasty. I didn't really like the strawberry cheesecake shake only because I don't like artificial strawberry flavoring - but I liked the texture and the thickness. It tastes like those cheesecake bits you get from frozen yogurt places. I bet the green tea cheesecake shake would taste good. I tried the cheese stick spam musubi and that was also good, but too much rice.

I like the green tea or the milk tea with rainbow jelly and aloe. Parking can be a pain here but the prices are decent.

He low-key had a crush on one of the employees, so naturally he started bringing the entire friend group here. Looking back, it was basically a long-term marketing campaign disguised as friendship. Every visit felt less like getting drinks and more like him trying to impress his girl. XD The owner has probably seen the whole saga unfold from beginning to end and is still here doing what they've always done - running a great local business. That's honestly something I respect. Businesses come and go, trends come and go, friendships come and go, but some places just keep showing up every day and serving their community. To this day, I still stop by for their watermelon juice. Sure, I could make it at home for less money, but sometimes that's not the point. Basic economics: support local businesses that provide value. They earn a living, customers get products they enjoy, employees keep their jobs, and the community benefits. Everyone wins. The watermelon juice is refreshing, the memories are hilarious, and it's always nice supporting a local establishment that's been around long enough to witness entire character-development arcs. Highly recommend with my utmost respectful regards.

I walked about 30 minutes and arrived too early as the store did not open until noon. I walked out to Geary Blvd. and there was a lot of construction as I explored the area. I returned with only 14 minutes left before opening. The lady opening the store was raising the blinds on the windows facing the street. She unlocked the door shortly after noon and directed me to the kiosk to order. I knew I wanted the peach oolong milk tea at 75% sweet with no ice. It had been quite windy on the walk. Because of a coconut allergy in the family I had to ask if the popular mango pomelo sago had any coconut. Unfortunately, it has coconut (milk or oil?). As soon as I heard coconut, it was a no go. I wasn't familiar with pomelo and the lady told me it was like grapefruit. I still wanted to order a mango drink and went instead with the mango smoothie also 75% sweet with less ice. The customer following me asked about alternative milks which they do have. I overheard that they have oat and almond milk. Both drinks were excellent. The milk tea was not too sweet and I appreciated the peach bits in the drink. The mango smoothie was really creamy.
