6/15 @ 4p. The service was so terrible and the 2 gentlemen that was serving there was so rude and disrespectful like I had the virus. I felt so uncomfortable being there. The cashier was to busy eating in the front that could careless. I decided to drive to seal beach @ Simple O Organic juice Bar where I felt welcome and took my business to them. The açaí bowls are so great at Simple O organic juice and you can create your own on a Togo menu of each item you want vs this place. The staff is amazing there compared to this place. Yay! A new juice bar here in Long Beach. I was trippin out when I found out this replaced Hole Mole.. it was such a small place! Yago Juice made the space very cool. Boyfriend and I both got pitaya smoothies... he got the Rev up, and I got the Popeye. They were different in flavor and consistency but both were very good. The lady taking care of us was very nice! Super cool, and knows her music (Flying Lotus and the like), I also like that I can call ahead and pick up my orders, which is very helpful in the morning before a long day at work! I've really been enjoying Yago- I live close by so I walk over there occasionally...I'm torn about this place, their smoothies and bowls are SO good, BUT I'm not joking the last few times I've been in there they have run out of specific ingredients. Today I really wanted the Rev Up smoothie- they were out of cucumber. The sweet girls working there offered to sub spinach, but honestly I love the drink because of the cucumber. 2 weeks ago I got the same drink and they were out of coconut water for it. A few months back I got a bowl and they were out of strawberries and blackberries. So, I really like this place but I don't understand why ingredients are always missing. I'd love to go in and order something and they would actually have the ingredients in stock...it's a juice bar it doesn't seem that hard read more

I go here frequently! I love "The Roundabout" acai bowl but I do customize my order a bit. I get mine with no banana in the blend which they usually just add more strawberries and no coconut or pineapple on top and replace it with kiwi. IT IS SO GOOD. I get the same order over and over and come back here probably like at least twice a week or so. I'm so glad that they make it possible for me to customize my order, I know how complicated it might be but they always make the accommodations for me and I just have to say, I love it!!! I never actually thought I'd like acai bowls, but now I LOVE them! I'd recommend you come here and try their acai bowls! The portion and size of the bowl is pretty great too! I pay about 8 dollars for their pretty big little tub/bowl. Really reasonable (: I haven't tried any of their fresh juices but they do sound interesting. Oh!! No!! Refrigerated cold pressed juice, "with an expiration date", as proudly exclaimed by the cashier!! Their bowls are the reason visit Yago, just steer clear of their refrigerated cold pressed not at all fresh juices. I tried to purchase a freshly pressed green juice, but alas, (for $7.75 for a small juice), it comes out of the refrigerator. For that price any customer expects and deserves freshly cold pressed juice. Just because cold pressing allows refrigeration for weeks, doesn't mean that customers expecting fresh juice want to purchase a bottle out of a refrigerator and then shake it. Bf and I tried this place this morning. 30 bucks for 2 juices that were made yesterday, and 2 acai bowls. Not impressed with the quality of bowls. Fruit was not fresh. We've tried bowls from all around the area, this place was not somewhere we'd come back to again. We don't mind paying 30 bucks...that's about what we pay elsewhere but they make your juice fresh when ordered and the bowls are always excellent. Also limited bowl option. read more

After class, my friend suggested Yago and considering I've never had an açai bowl, I was excited to try it! Let's just say I have high standards after trying this place. I tried the Roundabout with no honey (you can get agave instead) double strawberry + banana and it was so so good! It was refreshing and everything complemented each other. The fruit was fresh and the smoothie was just the right amount of sweetness, not overpowering at all. I paid $9.25 because of the added strawberry and banana but for the amount of stuff you get, it's well worth it! It's a cute little place and the service was friendly... My one mission this summer was the find the best acai bowl. After countless drives around neighboring cities and trying about every juice bar around, I think Yago is the best I've tried yet. When I crave acai bowls, I want the creamy and tart goodness of a nice bowl, combined with fresh berries, granola, and honey. I always start off trying the basic bowls first before graduating on to the more complex Bowls. Being my first time here, I ordered the longshoreman bowl, subbed papaya for blueberries. When I picked up my bowl, it was huge, so huge that I skipped dinner that night. Took my first bite and the texture was perfect, so creamy and thick, yet not too dense. The flavor was perfect, berries were fresh, and I really enjoyed the granola. I look forward to returning. Great job, Yago! read more

I went yesterday and bought 3 pyramids. I travel extra just to come to this place because they beat other places with their amazing bowls. The Only reason I am not giving 5stars is because I added extra toppings(strawberry, pinapple and coconut) which i know is extra charge and it is totally fine but instead of giving me my extra toppings they just gave me less of the original toppings that come with the original order and evened it out with the extras. I paid $34 bucks for 3 bowls over $11 bucks a pop. Last time i went and I asked for additional toppings and they did the same thing but she didnt charge me extra and i didnt mind. Everyone there is super nice including the owner. I reccomend this place but Hopefully this doesnt happen again. If i pay for extra toppings Im expecting extra in the bowl. read more

First and foremost the owner and staff are always so welcoming, friendly, and all know how to make great bowls. The consistency of the bowls across all the employees is super on point. I've never had an experience where I wasn't satisfied because someone made it better than their co-worker. The options are really great and the fruit toppings are always fresh and not frozen. They have really great additions to the toppings, my favorite being bee pollen (it's extra... I don't remember how much). I also get a pitaya blend more so than the acai blend (slight up charge here too), but that's just preference. Pitaya is just so much more appealing to my palate than acai. I also dig that you can let them know what kind of liquid you'd like to build your blend with. I prefer my bowls less sweet and so I'll usually change my liquid to coconut water or almond milk. That's free of charge. So all in all, the bowls they have on their menu are already amaze and then you have the option to customize... Wow. A total win-win situation! Oh and if you buy a bowl, you can get one of their yummy juices for just 5 bucks! The best is if you get both, you're full for a cool minute. I also like these pre or post workout. Definitely give this spot a try. If you're disappointed, I'd be soooooooooooooooo surprised! Oh and if you bring back in your cleaned bowl they'll give you a 10% discount. Truly a great place for acai bowls, yago is a quaint shop on bellflower that never fails to impress me. I drove past the restaurant two times a day for a solid three years and never knew it was there! Once I discovered it I knew it was the jewel in the crown of the bellflower shopping center. The acai bowls are fantastic, I would recommend the Yago Make which allows you to build your own bowl which is great for picky eaters like myself. I totally love this place! I've been here a couple times and i can't express how good it is!
