My husband and I stopped in for dessert and a drink on New Year's Eve. Yes, it was a busy night, but we were already out for the evening and were prepared for a wait. We were seated in under 10 minutes at a central table, which was great because we could watch all the games. We planned to stay for a couple of hours and ring in the new year. Unfortunately, after our server took our food and drink order, she disappeared. The table next to us who arrived after we did received their drinks before us. Another server brought out our desserts, but we still had no drinks. Our server walked by and said they would be coming shortly, but they never arrived. We actually received our check before ever getting our drinks. It's too bad we didn't have the server that the table next to us had. My husband loved all the game options, but unfortunately, we won't be going back.

Great ambiance with the music, bar, inside dining room and patio seating. Service was great. Waitress was friendly, attentive, and overall great. Delivery of drinks and food was good. Cocktails are yummy but pricey and small. We switched to beer after the first drink. Onion ring tower for an app was delicious. Good quantity, more than enough for 4, and love the breading and fry. Chose the two taco plate. Tried the Korean taco for the first time and it was just ok. Didn't win me over and wouldn't try again. Now, the fish taco on the other hand, was much better. Plate comes with rice and beans which wasn't bad. Good flavor and moist. Yard House is a solid restaurant with a great selection of plates and beer.

Yard House is always pretty consistent, so you can typically count on food that comes out relatively quickly and flavors that are fun. I love Yard House and since we haven't been in over a year, we felt it was time for a visit. Even though the place was only 1/3rd full, it took a bit to be seated. The servers were rushing by our table with food and drinks constantly...they hustle! Once we were seated, it took almost 10 minutes before someone came to our table. Luckily, we were able to place our drink and lunch order and drinks appeared immediately after ordering, so that was very appreciated. I ordered the two taco combo with a Vampire carnitas taco and beer battered fish taco. Hubby had the classic cheese burger. Once our food was dropped off, we didn't see our server for 20 minutes. The vampire taco is a cheese crusted tortilla (crave worthy) with soft carnitas smothered in garlic, guacamole, bacon, salsa and sour cream. Nothing to complain about here...every bite tasted better than the next. It was fresh and a little spicy. The beer battered fish has guacamole, cabbage, sriracha aïoli, spicy salsa macha, cilantro...and the fried pollock is tender, just almost too big for the tortilla. It definitely has a kick to it, but unfortunately for me, my Diet Coke was gone and I didn't see my server until my nose was running and my food was sitting in my throat. Beans and rice are just ho-hum, I almost regretted getting a combo. Hubby loved his burger...huge, perfectly cooked and juicy patty. Tasted just like a backyard BBQ burger. Only drawback was that the cheese wasn't melted on the burger; it was odd eating cold to lukewarm cheese. The slow service and cold cheese pushed our meal from a 5 to 4, but in reality it really wasn't our server's fault. They stacked her station pretty full with large parties. It didn't look like they had the seating to server ratio right, especially with the large volume of servers working.

We have had a couple of just ok experiences, but had an amazing experience the most recent time at the Yard House! The food was great, the service was fast, and the atmosphere was delightful and not too loud.

5-star happy hour here. I've always been a fan of the Yard House. Good food selection and $2 off spirits. Servers are always friendly and welcome us back. Location is perfect since its located in The Village near shopping and the movie theater. Parking is close and there are ADA spots nearby.

ABBY IS AMAZING!!! She was best person to serve us, so kind and such a delight. Hubby & I's first night out after our second was born and she made it worthwhile. Fun lil celebration for turning 30 and I felt the love. Place was busy but I could hardly tell since Abby was so attentive. I can't forget about those perfect food runners, they were just as awesome. Thank you Yard House - till the next date night!

We ate at Yard House in Westlake, Ohio today. Our waitress was Kaylee and she was amazing, very attentive. I ordered the vampire Carnitas and it was probably one of the tastiest things I've ever eaten. The cheese crusted tortilla was delicious, the meat was cooked perfectly and the combination of the guacamole and sour cream topped it off! Will definitely order again!

Food was great. Service was fast especially for Mother's Day weekend. Our waitress was really nice.

I visit Yard House every time I'm in town because it's a great place to meet up with friends and family for drinks and appetizers. The food was just as good as always but the service wasn't as great as it normally is...our waitress had a bit of an attitude problem. It was a busy night, so our group just assumed she was overwhelmed. Ultimately, it's a great spot with a giant menu and plenty of TV's to watch any sports game.

I saw empty trays of butter croissants, palmiers, and chocolate croissants. The prices compared to what is being offered in Boise was less expensive so it seemed like Paris Banh Mi sold out of these items. I gathered my daughter and my French mom the next morning to get to Paris Banh Mi at their opening to only find that those empty trays from the night before were still empty. I walked up to the young man at the cashier and asked where were all the croissants, palmiers, and chocolate croissants. He tells me, matter of factly, that what they have is out on display. To be clear, what was out on display was two or three offerings of bakery goods that didn't look fresh or even appetizing. If you're going to be a French bakery and have trays with the words of Croissants, Palmiers, and others then stock it OR Remove them as it is false advertising. Matter of fact, take out the Eiffel Tower by the front door while you're at it. There's NOTHING FRENCH or PARIS related here. I will never come back. It was embarrassing experience.

Noticed they used iceberg lettuce and could use more traditional herbs such as mint and a different type of lettuce. Felt like there was more iceberg lettuce than the actual protein and noodles. We started our meal with the white truffle bread appetizer and it was phenomenal. Lots of garlic, of course, and a great truffle flavor (one of my favorites). We also had the calamari appetizer with an aioli and house-made marinara. Both sauces were fantastic and I was grateful that the calamari were all rings, no tentacles. One of my pet-peeves is calamari with a bunch of dry, meatless tentacles added to fill up the plate. The entrees were absolutely delicious. I had the smashed meatball ragu which had an abundance of meat and great flavor. My wife had the "Sunday Lasagna" and is still talking about how good it was a week later. And, coming from an Italian lady who makes a crazy-good lasagna, that is a HUGE complement. We ended with a Tiramisu, my go to at any Italian restaurant, and it was creamy, full of espresso flavor and worth having again. I see that some reviews are talking about slow turn times in receiving their food. My girlfriends and I decided we needed to get some grub and enjoy the patio weather today so we all picked Sockeye to hit up for our monthly outing. I can make a meal off of multiple appetizers. We finally got food ordered when our last friend showed up. I got the salmon and shrimp crab cakes. I have left Sockeye hungry before after having dinner here so I also added a side of chili just in case. I was ready to eat! My crab and shrimp cakes came out looking fabulous. They were fried a nice golden brown. So crispy on the outside and savory on the inside. I love the aoili that was on top, it added an extra flair to the crab cake. 3 were in an order and it was the perfect amount. I smashed all 3 and they were so good! I did have a couple bites of the chili. It was hearty in meat and beans. Rich in flavor and filling. I'm looking forward to adding this chili to some fries with some cheese on top for dinner later. We came in at the perfect time, it was pretty chill. We got our orders started on the kiosk. I got myself the double char burger with cheese and of course all the fixings. It was about a 15 minute or so wait till our food was done. Everything was bagged up nicely. I did ask if there were any peppers and ketchup packets that weren't communal. With my new kidney, I unfortunately can't use the tongs and ketchup dispenser that everyone uses. The jalapenos and peppers were a no go. But ketchup packets were available. The young man grabbed me a handful for me. He did drop a couple packets on the ground and proceeded to hand them to me. Common sense as an employee, I wouldn't give them to customers as they have hit the ground. I ended up throwing the packets away. I wasn't going to risk putting/ using dirty packets on my food. My burger was decent. The hamburger was a tad dry. I ended up putting some mustard on it to help with the dryness. I haven't eaten here for a while. I don't remember my food being so mehhh. If I remember correctly, I thought the food was great last time. Today was mehhh which is such a bummer. I was hoping for a killer burger. Customer service was ok, considering we ordered from a screen, no one really talks to you and the employee handed me ketchup packets that were dropped on the kitchen floor. My burger did it's job but could have been better tasting. With another burger joint in the same strip, you'd think they'd step up their game. Unfortunately, today was not one of those days.
