Ordered the garlic shrimp plate, without rice just veggies. The nice lady opened the box and asked if it was okay, I think there was some miscommunication because the shrimp lay on a bed of cabbage, no other veggies. I asked if there was kimchi and she said yes, she added some kimchi and macaroni salad, oh and a pineapple. No Korean veggies like you would get at a Korean restaurant or fast food. The shrimp were cooked perfectly, but a little under seasoned. I would have liked more garlic flavor on the shrimp. The macaroni salad was good, would have liked a little more. The kimchi was very sour, I'm not used to sour kimchi so I didn't like it. The price was reasonable about $13 for a good amount of shrimp. Very friendly ladies on this truck. I'm giving this 4 stars because I was ecstatic to find a place that sold korean street food at a legit quality. I ordered gimbap n tekkboki. I've had gimbap at palama supermarket n this was better. I also liked the tekkboki more than what I tasted at the korean corndog places in pearl ridge n Ewa beach. the price was very high though, $20 for both but they offered free plum tea so that made up for it, for me. I think I caught the owner cause she went n fixed my food n drink for me after I noticed the workers start on it. read more

Stopped by the food truck and the ladies made me the Stir-Fry Steak. Very delicious with the right amount of spiciness (you can order it non spicy or very spicy if you want). This hit the spot after a long day at work. So if you don't want to cook or clean dishes head on over and the will do the heavy lifting for you in a hurry. read more

We got the kimchee fried rice & mix cupbop with bulgogi & spicy pork. The fried rice was good, & came w/ an egg, but I think we'll stick with the cupbop. The meat had lots of flavor & was soft & so yummy, it's placed on a bed of rice with kimchee, rice noodles, cabbage & some broccoli. With everything on top of the rice, even the rice had lots of taste. The bowl is pretty big & very filling. It's a great all in one kinda meal. They also have kalbi, but it wasn't ready yet. I definitely want to go back to try it. The couple that were working there are super friendly!! The parking is kind of junk, since it's on the busy side of the outlet mall ( on the side of the Coach store). But it's definitely worth it! We will definitely be back soon!! read more

We found Youngs Cup Bop by chance, having to park in the rear of the Outlets in Waipahu. My wife ordered the garlic shrimp and noodles. She never had Korean food before, but she said it was really good! read more

We meant to go to the other Korean food truck but this one was right before it and had chop steak, one of my Sweeties faves. So we went here and he loved his chop steak but I ordered the most popular dish (according to the sticker on the menu), kalbi and shrimp plate. It was pathetic. The rice had hard clumps in it, like it had been mixed with yesterday's leftover rice from the bottom of the pot. The Mac salad was sparse, thank goodness, and had very little taste as well. There was a few scraps of cabbage with mayo splatted on it. The shrimp was so undercooked it reminded me of a sushi called ama ebi (a sweet raw shrimp with the head and eggs deep fried so you can eat the whole thing). But this was not sushi and I had not ordered raw shrimp. Lastly, the kalbi had more bone than meat and the little meat that was there was hard to chew. I thought, jeez, how can this be the most popular item? At $14 a plate, I felt robbed as I tossed it in the trash. Oh and how's this, the Korean speaking customer behind us got their plates before us and the local lady who ordered before us. I bet theirs was cooked but I have my doubts. This is my new favorite spot for a fast Korean plate. It's located in Waikele premium outlets on the side of Coach. There usually isn't a line so the wait time is good. They accept cash/card and most or all of there plates are $10.00. I love the spicy squid plate! The portion is a little big for me which is good cause I always have left overs for later. read more

Food was good. I ordered the glabi to go but instead when I got home I received the kimchi fried rice. The glabi was more expensive so basically I got ripped off . Be sure to check your orders before u drive off. The things I ordered was good, I'll try it again soon but since I didn't get what I paid for I am giving this a place a 2 stars. read more

Was in line at rainbow stream and they ran out of food. Tried cupbop and was pleasantly surprised. Had the kalbi plate which was delicious. The Kim Chee excellent. About 10 pieces of kalbi over rice. First, thee two ladies there said they don't honor the 10% check-in discount at food truck even if I showed them my phone. I ordered the spicy squid & shrimp and she said no combo just squid. Okay that's fine, but my dish was filled with more sliced round onions and carrots and very little squId. The only reason they got two stars versus 1 Star is that it was very tasty but not enough of it. Won't go back and won't recommend. read more

I have never tried this place before, I tried the one next to it. I ordered my food only include 2 items, it took forever and people ordered after me all got their food first. It's racist that the Korean guy ordered after me but the same thing, he got his order first. I waited for 30 minutes to just get 2 plates of food. read more

Great little food truck. The lady/owner is very nice and her portions are very generous. The sausage stew (Budae Jiggae) is very authentic. I've traveled to Korea many times and this stew is famous in Songtan close to the Osan Air Force Base. The lady does a great job with this stew as it taste like the one in Songtan Korea. Too bad they don't serve Soju with this stew. The Spicy Squid is very good as well. read more

It was so nice to find this place in Waikele! I don't usually shop around here anymore but my friend and I came randomly and were hungry. We found the menu for the other Korean food truck nearby in the main shopping area near Kate Spade, but decided to go to Chef's Cupbop since the line was shorter when we got to the location. When we saw the menu there, we were sold. My friend and I originally met in Korea, so we were excited to find a place out here at the outlet center that had Korean food. The deokbokki was good and so was the Kimchi fried rice. What sold me was the Kimbap, which was pretty simple but so good. It reminded me of the ones I'd have at some mom and pop shops in Korea. While my friend and I were eating, it started to rain. We were seated at the tables next to Chef's Cupbop. When the ladies saw us still enjoying our meal in the rain, she offered us ponchos (so sweet!) so we wouldn't get soaked. I'd come back here if I'm in the area, for sure. read more

If I ever want some delicious Korean food at a reasonable price, this is my go to place! It is located in a line of food trucks at the Waikele Outlet. It comes in a bowl with a bed of rice, cabbage, kimchi , a pineapple and an entree of your choice. Get the spicy pork or bulgogi, it's unmatched. And the service is superb, 2 cute Korean ladies run this truck and the hospitality is like no other! read more
