Word on the block is that this is the best frozen yogurt in all of San Diego. I actually have never heard of this place until my friend took me here. Apparently it blew up on TikTok and now the line is ridiculously long. I timed it. We waited about 1 hour on a Sunday night (8pm) just to get yogurt. Aside from the painful wait the yogurt is splendid. They have a good variety of rotating flavors and the prices are incredibly good for the size you get. We appreciated the kindness and patience of Sean. Yogurt Mill, the energy was definitely off. My husband, kids, and I came on a weekday morning right at opening. We were third in line. The employee said he could help the next person, which was me, so I gave him our order. I immediately felt his energy and it was not welcoming at all. I thought maybe I was overthinking it, but when my husband came up to ask him a menu question, the employee gave him the exact cold shoulder. We came early enough to secure a table for our kids while we ordered, but once we received our order, my husband had us leave because we did not feel comfortable. Crazy enough, I hadn't even mentioned what I was feeling to my husband yet he picked up on the same energy. My husband tipped the man at the counter, and his demeanor changed a bit. The important thing to remember is that they are CASH ONLY. They helpfully have signage pointing out an ATM next door for us cashless folk. I opted for their cookie butter flavor with caramel turtle mix-in. I also tried a bit of raspberry froyo with cheesecake bites. The raspberry was tart and fresh, and the cookie butter flavor tasted just like the TJ speculoos dip. They were nonfat and low fat respectively so it's just like eating a yogurt parfait... right...? XD Both were the baby size and they were literally the size of a pint of Haagen das. For the price you get an absurd amount. The froyo has that distinct yogurt tang, but it is so smooth and creamy like ice cream. I could only finish a quarter and had to take the rest home, but you best believe I will be continuing to enjoy it for the next few days.
