This specific location was very disappointing. Several of the yogurt flavors did not work or the yogurt came out liquid (fully melted). The staff were all very young (i.e. High School) and had no idea how to provide service to customers. My friend took me to Yogurtland after dinner a week ago and I really liked it. However, when went back today I saw a sign in the window that says "No Cash Accepted". I have debit and credit cards on me at all times, but when I can't pay cash something is wrong. I will not do business with a place that doesn't accept cash. I know a lot of people who feel the same way. They are losing business with this silly rule. read more

Delicious tart yogurt is my go-to every time. Reminds me the old days at the now-defunct PinkBerry. Selection of toppings is limited, but covers the most popular toppings such as fresh strawberries, pineapple (likely canned), oreo cookie crumbs, nuts, gummy candies. Different sauces in bottles such as fudge or caramel. And sprinkle toppings such as shredded coconut, colored sprinkles, etc. The only negative about this place is the attached parking lot is so busy and also accommodates Trader Joe's which is always busy. There is street parking and another lot across the street which isn't terribly inconvenient. Inside store was very clean and well maintained. Cashier fella was super friendly. Great experience! Great place when you're craving ice cream or frozen yogurt. You basically serve yourself with whatever toppings you want and you'll be charged based on the weight of your dessert. I wish they still gave samples so I could try something before getting an entire dish of it. The staff were nice as well. This is for service! We always go to this location and have enjoyed our yogurt and experience. Last night 1/29/24, I was getting yogurt for my parents and myself. I didn't realize the store was closing at 9 pm. I got there 10 minutes prior and was showing my parents the amount I was getting them with my phone and pics. When I went to make my cup, the girl said we are closed and I couldn't make my own cup! I didn't hear them say we are closing in 10 minutes so I would rushed. This store is always open till 10 pm, so I didn't pay attention to time. The girl was very rude and said they had to close. I didn't get a receipt or a bag to carry my yogurt's. I've worked in customer service forever and couldn't believe how rude I was treated. Too bad YL has this type of people running their store! read more
