We paid $107 for an 8-person room for 1 hour and 40 minutes, plus $36 for 2 sojus, $21 for 3 beers, and $2 for water. They provide a complimentary snack, basically Chex Mix, but there are no real food or appetizer options. Service was probably the biggest issue. We repeatedly had to leave the room to find someone and ask for drinks, and even then, we had to remind them. No one was checking in on us. The billing was also confusing. Our items totaled $166, but we were told the bill was $183, and no one could clearly explain the extra $17. On top of that, there was a mandatory 15% tip ($25) that had to be paid separately through Venmo. To go spot for Korean karaoke. Packed on weekends so plan ahead of time. Price is one of the best value ones in ktown considering their hardware. Like many places here, it uses the Korean TJ karaoke system which isn't friendly for non Koreans but once you figure out the buttons and way it works, it's much better than many other systems as it has a great catalog especially if you want to sing Korean songs. Audio is great and it's reasonably comfortable inside. Downsides are limited parking and you need to pay, preferred cash, not much to offer outside of singing and basic can beverages, and newcomers who aren't Korean or didn't come with Korean friends will have some struggles in the beginning. Staff is nice though and will help. If you're going for max value for karaoke or lots of drinks or food, maybe you won't feel it's great. Came here after my engagement party and it was a pretty disappointing experience for the price. It's not the most expensive but the machine to select songs is just directly connected to YouTube and will be filled ads between songs. Takes some time but you'll figure it out. There's no tap water, only bottled water. Service is ok, but at the end it's a bit shady with having to pay on two different platforms, the charge for the room can be on credit card but the tip/service fee on Venmo is the sketchy part. Additionally, the girl working the register tried to force me to pay through cash/venmo, so I heavily suspect that this business is either blatantly dodging taxes or doing some type of fraud. They also message everything in a confusing manner to make you think that prices are cheaper (karaoke is a flat rate BUT each of your members are FORCED to purchase a drink that is not included in the rate and charged at a HEAVY premium. $8 per can is insane). Rooms were decent but I kept getting feedback during my karaoke session, which they failed to address multiple times. Additionally, this is the only karaoke where I wasn't given any mic covers so I have doubts about the cleanliness of the rooms/equipment that I was using. It was super affordable, it was less than $20/hour if I remember correctly, and we had to order one drink minimum per person. They had a good variety of drinks, from beer to soda and calpico. We had to wait for a little bit, but that was fine. The service was great, but I feel like it could've been a little cleaner, especially the tablets that were used to queue up songs. Super fun experience! This place is listed as "YD Karaoke Studio" on Google. They have private rooms with fun lighting. My friends and I sang our hearts out for 2 hours. It's $8 per person and then $32 per hour for the room. Seems like a lot of other places in the area were pricier. There were two microphones in the room, which worked great for our group of 4. I also LOVED that they had tambourines in the room so that we could play along with our friends while they sang. The karaoke system was super easy to figure out. It seemed pretty crowded. We got there at 7:30 so we didn't have a wait, but when we left it looked like there were a few groups waiting outside. Parking is valet only, but it was only $3, so I didn't mind. Their drink "options" are only a refrigerator in the lobby with canned sodas like sprite and coke and beer. Came here over the weekend after eating Kbbq. This is a great spot to do karaoke at. The wait was not too long due to another group running behind. We did not have a reservation and were put in a room after less than ten minutes of waiting. There was reserved parking when we pulled up even though the shopping center was busy. There was a one drink minimum which we really did not mind because they had a good variety of drinks. We paid for an hour and there were five of us. The price was not bad for how many of us there were. The room was clean and the only complaint I really had was the ads being annoying. Here's a few things to know before you go: Calling ahead does not reserve your spot, so when it is busy, you may end up waiting for a long time (for us it was one and a half hours). It is good to have something else to do in the meantime! Make sure to have ID on you as they check them at the door. They play random kpop music videos in the background of American songs. The machine to choose music was also in Korean. It will take a couple minutes to learn the system if you can't read Korean. Came here Saturday night as a third stop. Arrived around 10:00-10:15 ish and there was a big group waiting outside. I went inside and asked how long the wait was. There were two employees that were friendly. They said it would be about 1-1.5 hour wait and it would be worth calling Akko karaoke to inquire how long their waitlist is. In the meantime I put my name on the list. It was the same waiting time when I called so our group decided to stay. The worker came out not too long after and said the group in front of us didn't show so we were able to get a room! We were able to get in around 10:30. They explained it was $8 per person per hour. They also have a policy of purchasing a drink for each person in the room. Thankfully the drinks weren't too expensive. They also said you only stay the allotted time that you choose whether it be 1 hour, 1.5 or 2 hours. They have a paper that says they don't keep track of time so you have to be responsible. The karaoke room was small but it was super fun with my group. They had tambourines in the room. Microphone covers for $1. The drinks are ordered on an app. They were lightning quick with bringing the drinks. They also gave us a small bowl of Chex mix. Parking is available in the lot first come first serve. No valet.
