They were incredibly kind and helpful when we came by to rent a cruiser. We forgot to bring a wagon with us to the beach and we were so tired from carrying so much stuff in the hot weather. They let us borrow their dolly to bring our stuff to the beach, and it was so incredibly kind of them to do that because it really helped us out. They're great people and I would def come back to support their business and try more of their rentals out. read more

The owners are seriously the nicest people ever. It's not just a great spot for tourists -- locals love them too. My tire popped during the HB Poker Run, and they let me borrow one of their bikes completely free. We brought it back the next morning, accidentally showed up early, and they still opened up for us. They even let us use their pump so my dad could fix my bike. Truly above‑and‑beyond service. read more

Well, 15 mins ago i wanted to spend at least $100 for drinks and food for my family. I was in line waiting at register to order for at least 10 mins....nobody else was in line and an employee who clearly saw me was talking on his phone never bothered to assist. My friends (couple) knew since grade school came out from the East Coast for a visit this weekend went to Zacks too to get a few e bikes to take a nice Cruz up the coast to Salt Salt ....... Hooked up with Ace ... such a kool laid back dude set us up with 4 newer bikes gave us locks to keep the bikes safe from theft walked us thru how to operate the bike cause there are a few different functions depending how you ride ..... explained everything thoroughly ...bikes ran perfect ....first time my friends rode an E Bike was a perfect day had them for a few hours ...... We came to the south end of the beach to this location to rent a family bike to ride along the beach path. The main location is in the north end. There are cool items in the gift shop and food that looks delicious. The employees during the summer are high school kids who are actually great at customer service. I don't understand why he keeps mentioning the number 69 to me. Bro I don't swing your way. As for the quality of your double hamburger. The grilled meat is very greasy, the tomatoes are not fresh but rather really spongy. There is barely any lettuce and I paid $7 for this? I give your burger to the homeless people walking around the beach that you labeled as "CRACKHEADS" which is pretty poor stereotyping especially coming out from a mouth of a business owner. Your $5 French fries are dried, hard, and there's no taste in them. There's not even salt in them. It's probably the worst French fries I ever ate in my entire life. It's far worst than the french fries I've ate in 3rd world countries street food. After walking 3 miles of the coastline on the beach I've thought about supporting your business instead of going to Dukes. But with your poor attitude and shitty food I'm going to take my money somewhere else. read more

My son and I ate here Saturday 8/13/2023 and it was the best! Super nice cashier girl (pretty circle necklace) and manager (might of been the owner). Gave my son a free lemonade slushy! Honestly the best slushy we've ever had hands down. Very courteous and really good food! They take credit card too, I noticed I couldn't find that info on any website; it is convenient when you do not have to pay cash. It is in a nice well kept area for eating lots of shade. My son had the chili cheese dog and he said it was very delicious and had the right quantity of chili and hot dog. My son can sometimes be a food critic, lol! I had a double cheeseburger no bun very, very, good! I am on keto diet so I was concerned they wouldn't do the No bun but it worked out and I'm very happy! My friend didnt have the most pleasant experience either, receiving her order after 4 or 5 other people had received theirs (she ordered a burger and fries btw, how hard could it be to complete that order..) The service was pretty crappy with the exception of one blonde chick behind the counter who was very nice and helpful.
