I was looking for beef kabob but they don't have it. The guy in the reception was very friendly and welcoming. The restaurant was very clean and nicely decorated.,

Beautiful, airy space! Service was friendly and prompt. Came on a Monday for lunch. It's a bright, beautiful space inside. We had the mezze platter and the Alexander Kebabs. Everything was delicious -- the tzatziki was sooooo good: very rich without being heavy. The pita with some babaganoush and tzatziki made for the most delicious bite! The kebab with tomato sauce was super Yom! Very comforting. Just delicious! Turkish coffee was a great way to end the meal. We'll def be back for more lovely Turkish food in a beautiful space.

we came for dinner, although I think the restaurant mainly specializes in brunch and lunch since there were only 4 customers total when we arrived. I tried the chicken shish kabob, which came with a side portion of rice and pita. Portion sizes were decent, about just the right amount for one person. The chicken was tasty but nothing special. However, if you're craving something lighter and healthier, there are many great menu options. The restaurant has lots of seating and great ambiance, and the waiters are very attentive. I will say, however, that entrees are on the pricier side.

Came here for a quick brunch and we were seated immediately! Good: - Fast service, our food was done pretty quickly after we got seated - The zevi burrito was the highlight - loved the unique gyro meat inside the burrito - Very beautiful space and aesthetic place Bad: - The turkish coffee was okay, I liked it but it was a bit too bitter for me - The shakshouka was okay as well, I just liked the zevi burrito a lot more! - A bit expensive! Overall this place is super cute for brunch vibes!

Turkish Coffee - don't drink the sludge at the bottom- instead, use it to divine the future, like tea leaves lol, use ChatGPT.

Great service! Our waitress was very informative, witty, kind, and funny. The Greek and Mexican omelets were masterfully made and quite delicious. The Turkish coffee was eye opening (lol) and although it is from a machine, it was great. I'd come here again for the quick and great service. The prices are a tad elevated, maybe by a dollar, but the quality is worth it!

Fresh and tasty! Stopped in with some friends for a breakfast and enjoyed quick service and light bites. I had the lamb scramble, with egg whites and a black coffee. The meal was fantastic, very flavorful, and filling without weighing me down. Our server was prompt, courteous, and efficient. We added a fresh fruit plate and that was also fresh, and zesty. Overall, I recommend this a great spot for a quick service breakfast with great service and menu options.

Stopped in for lunch and tried a couple plates. We got the beef and lamb plate and Adana plate. We got seated right away as it was a late lunch and not busy at all. Cute and clean inside. Food was pretty good but plates felt a bit bare like there should've been more rice, pilaf, and salad. Meat was flavorful and juicy and delicious. Nice lil spot for a bite.

Extremely friendly service and nice ambiance ( I thought it's more of a countertop service but was pleasantly surprised by the nice seating). Did family style and tried a bunch of different things with my group

Cafe with very nice staff. Got take out. Zevi breakfast burrito and a latte. He waited to make my latte until I got there so it was fresh, which was nice. Nice side of fruit to go with the burrito. Rather expensive though

First breakfast in SF did not disappoint! This Turkish cafe was delightful. Service was quick, food was fantastic, and the coffee hit the spot. I got a lamb gyro omelet (so flavorful!) and a cappuccino with some fruit. The fruit was fresh, the eggs and meat delicious, and perfectly toasted bread. My friends also really enjoyed their omelet and shakshuka.

Really lovely spot for brunch with very friendly service, diverse menu, espresso drinks, and no wait. Lots of wins in my book. I loved the modern welcoming decor and was surprised that it was pretty quiet for a weekend brunch. I always appreciate when there are espresso drinks on the menu, but the quality of beans/brew was mediocre. I had the Shakshouka, which is eggs in a tomato based soup/paste. The tomatos were well flavored and very dippable. My husband enjoyed his breakfast burrito, and my kids enjoyed their eggs and sausage plate. Plenty of other classic breakfast dishes ie benedicts, scrambled eggs etc that felt more elevated than a traditional diner. Again, really appreciated the awesome service!

    Shout out to Yelp!!

I think the breakfast was good. Certainly different with the lamb and beef. The potatoes in my meal were warm, not piping hot though I didn't complain. My wife had the omelette. Our Medium coffee, that's what the "M" is on the menu refers to size. Service was super fast as we walked in the door and the place was packed on a Saturday morning. This place being "dog" friendly was a main reason we visited as we were carrying ours along for the morning. Inside was clean, tables close together, I would have liked a little more room but this was a bustling restaurant. For us the quality was ok, between 3-4. When in the area again we will keep searching.

I was in the area for a work conference and a colleague mentioned this place for breakfast. The inside of this restaurant is gorgeous! They really nailed it with their interior design. Our server right off the bat was super friendly and patient with us as we were going back and forth on what menu items to get. I got the shakshuka and an iced coffee. The iced coffee is your very standard iced coffee, nothing too special about it, but it gets the job done. The shakshuka was pretty good! This shakshuka was on the watery side but I do appreciate the eggs and bread that made it feel like a complete meal.

The kebabs were made with chicken breast, but very tender and moist, and the side of hummus was fresh, creamy and delicious. We also tried the sangria which was great- not too sweet and decently strong (not watered down bad wine). For dessert, the lemon cake was tasty but odd that dried cranberries were sprinkled into the whipped cream. I appreciated the variety offered on the menu- not just typical Greek food you find everywhere else that touts "Mediterranean food". The service was super nice and efficient, and I like that it has been family owned and run (sadly an increasingly rare San Francisco characteristic these days)- you can tell the difference in the quality and thought put into the experience.

The Stuffed falafel was so good and huge 1 is enough for 2 people. The mosabaha was very refreshing and so good. The meat combo was good overall and everything was very herbally spiced, I wasn't impressed by the lamb tho but the kebab, hummus, and chicken were great! I haven't had Mousakhan before so not sure how it should taste but to me it was sweet and savory with really well cooked chicken. I honestly felt pretty healthy overall cause I was eating hella veggies and everything tasted so fresh. The kunafa was good we got it crispy and was yummy imo but was a lil oily (I think this is normal tho). Arab food isn't really spicy but it is spiced and very herbal which I felt in the food here, I appreciate that chili sauce is provided for the spice lovers. Overall, would highly recommend. It was about $100ish for everything and they recently increased their prices but tbh the portion sizes are huge and I feel like it is so worth it we had hella leftovers. My guy ordered this and thought it was average. 3/5 LAMB SHISH KEBAB WRAP ~ this was my dish. I ate one half of the wrap and it only held two cubes of lamb meat. The lettuce and tomatoes made the wrap bland. The meat was seasoned, but everything was plain, so it needed more seasoning. Honestly, this was missing flavor! I'll have to add something to it when I eat the rest of this wrap at home. 2.5/5 HALF ROASTED CHICKEN AND RICE ~ Our friend ordered this dish. It needed more sumac. This tasted like plain roasted chicken. Maybe it needs more seasoning while marinating. It wasn't dry, so that's a relief. Rice was ok and it wasn't dry or soggy. 3.5 We've been spoiled and have had better food in San Francisco and the Bay Area. Nothing stood out for any of us. Prices are a bit high for what you get. A plate of zucchini, grape tomatoes, Moroccan mint leaves, and a pair of Bulgarian cheese; complimentary for my first visit here. Persian noodle soup, filled with beans, chickpeas, and lentils; loved the floral notes in every spoonful. Main course, veggie kabob on a bed of basmati rice drenched in saffron and spices, along with some onions and mushrooms, and of course, a large Lavash bread at the bottom to fill the whole plate. The best part is to completely sandwich wrap after I marginalized the contents on the plate. Ahhh! Satisfying to the last bite of herbs and spices. Being married into a family that specializes in Mediterranean cuisine, I admit I'm a bit biased. The flavors here lean more Greek inspired, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but I found them to be a little too subtle for my personal taste. I tend to gravitate toward bolder Mediterranean flavors, so I wasn't extremely impressed by the food itself. That being said, I can absolutely understand why this restaurant is so popular. The dishes are approachable, balanced, and refined in a way that I think appeals to the American palate. The food is consistently good every visit. My favorite dish is the octopus, and I also love the biscuit platter from their selection of sweets. Everything tastes fresh and thoughtfully prepared.
