Save your money and go somewhere else. The only thing that was good was their aguas. The asada needs flavor. Their pastor needs flavor too and is served with too much fat. Their salsas are good. We ordered a burrito de asada, an order of nachos, mulitas & a quesadilla. Even the tortillas were bland. I was told it wasn't a great spot but still wanted to give it a shot... we definitely will not be going back. We paid over $60 and all we got fa big disappointment. read more

I live in the traffic circle area and was excited to see them pop up by the CVS. I've been here quite a few times and haven't been disappointed. They are always consistent and I am never disappointed. The carne asada and the Al pastor is so good. The Horchata is on point too! The price is great and the service is pretty quick. I've came across the truck through social media and finally got to check this place out. This is the taco truck location I'm reviewing at the Long Beach Traffic Circle, right in front of the CVS. I always judge a taco place on how well they cook their Al Pastor and do they really knock it out of the park! I've been searching for somewhere that makes bomb al pastor in Long Beach and haven't been able to find one. Definitely don't want to have to make the drive all the way to LA. I've tried Taqueria La Mexicana and Tacomasa. Tacomasa is pretty good, but I think 600 tacos is just a bit better. They have all the extra condiments on a table right in front of the truck so you can grab whatever you want. The al pastor tacos were perfect. It reminds me of the taco trucks I ate when I was in LA. This is such a hidden gem, that I'm surprised that there was no line for these bomb tacos. I will definitely be back to try different items on the menu. If you're craving for some legit street tacos and don't want to drive all the way to LA, I highly recommend checking out 600 tacos! read more

Let me start by they removed my review I had already out so I'm typing it againsaying their food is great but that wasn't the problem in this case the problem was I order $120 worth of food and lady thought giving me 2 sauces was enough for my entire order so I went to grab more from the self serve table and she told me to stop getting some that she put some in the bag already and I told her yes I see that but it's only two of them when I ordered for 7 people back home just wish she weren't so greedy I come here very often too read more

I've been eating here for a couple of years. I usually get tacos and those are good. My boyfriend and I decided that we wanted to try a burrito last night. We got one and cut it into half. Unfortunately, it did not taste good at all. The rice was very hard and they put way too much of it inside of the burrito. It was very annoying to keep biting into hard pieces of rice. It made it impossible for me to finish so I threw it away. My boyfriend tried to take out as much rice as he could so that he could at least eat the asada but I couldn't. My boyfriend also didn't like the addition of cheese. It wasn't mentioned in the description so he wasn't expecting that. I definitely won't be getting one of their burritos again, but I do recommend their asada tacos. They're pretty good. read more

Delicious!!! This has got to be the best taco truck I have had in a very long time, if not, ever. The meat on each taco was seasoned to perfection, loaded with condiments of salsa, onions, cilantro and salsa. They have a salsa bar, which is such a nice plus after covid taking them all away from us. I was able to load up on salsas, limes and radishes. The green salsa had a slight roasted flavor with an incredible depth and richness, not like your typical green salsa. The pineapples on the Al pastor were an amazing touch and the horchata was huge and cinnamon sugar perfection! So happy this truck came to the traffic circle! 10/10! read more

Besides this truck being in the street at late hours of night and the hood embiance surrounding it by loud vehicles racing by it, and looking like a swap meet. You would at least think the tacos were worth stopping for. Expensive for the portions you get. The portions were completely different when I gave it another chance. read more

Don't get the hype on this taco spot food was average at best. went to one location at 5:30 weren't even there yet so decided to go to their second location at 5:55 and they too were not set up either. Finally got some food from the first location after driving back they were there and set up at 6:20 when I got there fast friendly service. I try to support small businesses and I really like the food at this truck but the inconsistency kills me. I rolled up at 6:30 tonight and they were just barely setting up so I had to go back home and see what the group of 10 wanted after I had them pumped for this place. Two weeks ago I came by to pick up something for myself and my neighbor and they told me they had no beans, the girl said someone had come picked them up, again consistency matters. Tried this place after hearing good things about it but food was terrible, didnt even finish it just threw the rest out. 100% would not return. Meat was tough and bland especially the Al Pastor. (Probably left over from the previous day!) Please season your food, it had no taste at all. Salsas were pretty flavorless as well and the Horchata had a weird taste to it. Saw this truck at the traffic circle in Long Beach. The asada burrito was pretty good but they totally skimped on the meat. It seamed more like a beans rice and cheese burrito and then the meat was sprinkled on along with the cilantro and onions. Don't use the beans rice / cheese as a sharp filler guys. C'mon! Not sure if they purposely tried to cut corners but I will give them one more shot another time. If the meat is not skimped I will update my rating. Flavor was good though. read more

I had a horrible experience at this place. The owner was rude and embarrassed me about how much salsa I was getting for two tacos. I was regular customer, but I will never come back again. There is no sign posted about how much salsa you can get per food item. He told me I had to pay after I filled my salsa containers. It would have been nice to have been told before or have a sign next to the condiment table. I had to listen to him complain that he had to pay for all the containers and that other customers are using the containers for the radishes and cucumbers. We're not mind readers... put a sign up if it's that big of deal or don't have the salsa bar as a self serve to public. I was going to hire the truck for my daughter's graduation party, but not now!
