Terrible customer service. I placed an order via the app. 30 minutes later I showed up and the order wasn't ready and the worker said she never received my order. Then she found my order but still had to make it. I asked how long it would take since I ordered ahead so it would be ready when I got there. She said 2 minutes, but instead of making my order she proceeds to take another customer's order instead. If you lost someone's order and it's been over 30 minutes why would you then take another customer's order instead of prioritizing the customer's order that you messed up?! Love the Vietnamese coffee from there and you can customize via their app and they do have rewards program that helps to keep us coming back for more beside the quality drinks they make. Quick service and big enough to have multiple locations but small enough to get that personal touch of a small coffee shop. read more

Showed up 15min before they open just for a house coffee before I go into work as well at 8am I understand that's the time they open but was paying in cash I know they have all the stuff for a house coffee prepped and ready especially 15min prior opening but dang they still didn't want to not couldn't they "did not want to" just make a small cup for me a regular. I stopped by this 7 Leaves Cafe today to pick up my cousin to go order. She got 2 jugs of the Thai tea and Jasmin Milk tea. I found parking easily when I came today around the afternoon. When we walked inside we were greeted and ask if we could give them a couple of minutes because they were making drinks. I first put in a order of a large summer mint and a Jasmin Milk tea for my wife. I paid with my American Express credit card because they told me they accept it now. After I paid for my order, I told them I was picking up my cousin order as well. I just give them her name and they give me her order. It didn't take long for them to make the 2 drinks. The inside of this place isn't that big but I think it's more of a pick up or to go order here. They have outdoor seating as well. My wife loved her Jasmin Milk Tea, my cousin husband enjoyed his Summer Mint and everyone else like their teas we got in the jug so it was a big hit. read more

When it comes to tea, I get a little picky. I appreciate tea spots where the tea is real and not from a powder or something. I'm also super picky about the sweetness. Generally, I enjoy teas that have no sweetness. Even when you ask for 0%, the mix still sometimes has sweetness. All the teas are sweetened except silver Jasmine. It's straight up drinks and macaroons. No other snacks. I did like that she asked me what level brew I wanted. I've never been asked that before. Nice to know it's freshly brewed. read more

I came here after a KBBQ dinner with friends. I ordered the oolong milk tea for my boyfriend to bring home for later and for myself I got the green Thai tea with soy milk. In both drinks I got boba. Service here was quick and easy. My friends and I hung out outside this place for a while after they closed to chat and catch up before we parted ways. The boba here was pretty good and I recommend the green Thai tea. When I got home my boyfriend's ice was a little melted, but it wasn't too bad. Hands down to my all time favorite boba, 7 leaves. I always order the taro milk tea with boba, easy ice, 100% sweetness. Customer service is typically on point at this location, they also have inside tables and free wifi where people can study at or just chat with friends. This location is also located within a mall so there is plenty of parking. I love how the taro ice tea always has taro bits that are fun to find at the bottom mixed in with the boba. Also love how the ice is broken up into pieces, and if you so desire, you can crunch on the little ice bits. Thai milk tea used to be my past favorite, it's slightly sweeter than taro milk tea. Also tried the mung bean tea which has a complex sweet flavor. Would recommend everyone to try 7 leaves at one point, especially at this location. read more

Stopped in Sunday morning. Many boba places don't open before 11 so it was nice that this place was open earlier. I got the Thai tea and added boba. It was just as expected, great flavor and wonderfully chewy boba. My friend got the oolong with boba and loved it too. She's not much of a tea drinker so it worked great for her palette. We also got a vanilla and earl grey macaron. The woman taking our order threw in a couple extras which was so nice. The vanilla was a little hard and overly chewy like it was older or stored improperly but still had great flavor. The earl grey was perfect, soft and chewy and so yummy. Recommend ! read more

whenever i'm in town for work, this is my go to coffee shop. I am loving that you can mobile order! it makes it so easy for me to just order on my way to the office and then pop in and grab my order. The workers are always kind even when I can tell they are busy, there never make me feel like i am a burden. They are quick to get me my order and always greet me hi and bye. I try to call the merchant if my order is wrong, but the number listed here and on the website is wrong, and the one on the receipt belongs to the Anaheim location. Let me be clear: I love the tea but question if the staff pays attention to details. My drinks were completely wrong. Ordered 3 drinks for delivery via Postmates. I asked for no ice and I got 3 drinks filled with ice. It's not like I called it in. I clicked 3 buttons which read: upsize drink, regular sweetness, NO ICE. I called and emailed them. No luck. Poor service and poor attention to detail is a bummer review for them. read more

Been to a couple of 7 leaves in So Cal and this was just ok. This 7 Leaves is located in a pretty nice area and plaza, however the drinks were not what I expected. First and foremost my go to drink at 7 Leaves is their Black and Tan; which they do serve here. Parking is not bad, the plaza parking is huge. Upon entering the store there are tables both inside an outside for people who would like to sit, chat and hang out. I ordered one black and tan and one House Coffee. Since one of my stamp cards was filled up I got my drink for free and just paid for the second one. I actually have 2 stamp cards one that was filled and one that already had 2. When I gave the staff my 2 stamp cards she ripped both stamp cards and punch 2 on a new card. I thought that was weird. Why did she rip both when only one was clearly not filled. And why did she not give me another punch on this new card for this day's purchase. Basically got jibbed off one punch for my stamp card. No matter, I go to 7 Leaves a lot anyways. So when I got the drinks they said they did not seal it right. They placed another plastic lid on top of the existing sealed lid. When I tried to poke a straw through the lid it was a mess! Try poking a straw through a lid where the plastic seal had no tension. Plus there was another plastic lid ontop of that. Couldn't they have sealed it right the first time?!?! Not worth going back to this 7 Leaves. I've had better service and experiences elsewhere. read more

Xmas eve and we went for a quick pick-me-up. Actually I planned to save mine for tomorrow since most places will be closed. We picked up 3 up-size drinks: house coffee, Thai tea and sea cream jasmine tea. My husband got Thai tea with boba and adjusted less sugar. I had the jasmine tea and kept mine the same. My mother in law got the house coffee and she seemed to enjoy it. I tried my husband's drink and was very pleased with mine. Next time I'm going to try the mung bean one. I always like how it tastes. This spot is super convenient bc it's a 20 walking distance to my husband's parents house. We drove though so it wasn't long. read more

This place is super fast, I don't think I spend more than 2-3 min in the drive thru from placing my order to checking out. The staff is friendly. I haven't ordered food but I remember when 7 leaves used to have popcorn chicken, I wish they would bring that back. One of my favorite tea/boba shops in OC, drinks are made fresh and tastes authentic. Menu is simple and have few choices of milk/fruit/basic teas. 7 leaves has one of the best sea salt cream milk tea's I've had so far, perfect amount of saltiness in the cream and not overly sweet. This time, I tried something new and got the Mung Bean Milk Tea, easy sweet ($3.75). Color of tea is similar to honeydew, but the drink tastes like a nuttier version of coconut, surprisingly no bean flavor I thought it was going to be. Slightly grainy texture and little too sweet for my liking, but I liked the coconut flavor. All the drinks I've had here so far were tasty and service here is very fast. They have many beverage options as well and have many add on options. Yes they have boba here. I like theirs Taro Milk Tea, Jasmine Milk Tea and their House Coffee. Sometimes I'll add sea cream to the house coffee and you shake it before putting a straw through the sealed lid and it's a perfect blend of salty and sweet. You can go alone or friends. Also what's great is that you can sample a drink if you're curious as to what the taste is and if you like it you can buy it. There's only two sizes here: regular (12 oz) and large (? oz). It was good but sweet and you can't really adjust the sweetness. That same day I went back to try the sea foam jasmine tea. Again I couldn't adjust the sweetness but the tea was good. I've been coming to this location since I was 14 years old. The boba is great quality, the Vietnamese iced coffee is a classic, the service is fast, and the inside is always clean and decorated. Which is why I'm really disappointed in my service today. I and multiple others were left standing around for 15-20 minutes for our drinks while a girl with big falsies, decorated nails, and a crumby attitude chatted away with her coworkers while they worked and cleaned. She wasn't manning the front at all. When I did finally catch her attention, she rolled her eyes and she approached and was incredibly impolite. I'm not surprised she wasn't wearing a name tag. I wouldn't want anyone knowing my name if I was that casually rude either. Huge yikes. If I see her face again I'm turning back around and leaving. read more

One of the things I miss about moving to San Diego is that there are no 7Leaves here. My friends and I drove out here one weekend to get some drinks. There is a ton of parking in the area so there is no need to fight tooth and nail to find a spot. It was pretty empty when we came there in the afternoon. I typically get the coffees from 7Leaves but since it was the afternoon, I didn't want anything too caffeinated. What I got: - Strawberry Sunset ($5.30) 4.5/5: This is one of their "secret" menu items and just their passion fruit juice mixed with the strawberry hibiscus drink It definitely tasted more of like a juice than a tea, but I still enjoyed it. I guess I'm just not used to getting non-tea-based drinks when I go out. It tasted freshly squeezed and not too sweet or artificial. I'd definitely get this again! I love 7 leaves but hate this location. Unlike the other 7 leaves cafes that I have been to, this seems to be the smallest one. To be honest, with how busy this plaza can get, it is almost not worth it to come here when the one on Jeffrey Road always has parking available. HOWEVER, because it's in the same plaza as Gen Korean, this cafe is usually pretty busy since people like to wait around the area before dining at Gen. The employees here are always really friendly. My favorite orders are the Thai tea and the house special (coffee). I like how simple their menu is because sometimes it can be a little crazy going through a menu when there are so many options. Their boba is always really fresh, another thing that helps define the spectacular quality of their products! Overall, I do highly recommend coming out here to try it out. Oh 7 Leaves, please open a location in the San Fernando Valley. My go to spot for drinks when I'm visiting the OC. House coffee, a favorite. Vietnamese coffee, good. Sea Cream Jasmine tea, another favorite . Jasmine milk tea with pudding or grass jelly, a third fave. Herbal tea, good. Assam milk tea, good. Mung bean milk tea, a tad too sweet. Summer Mint, tasted like diluted orange juice. I love this place. The menu is simple and drinks are always made right and taste the same every time. Sometimes the cups are a tad under filled though. They have macarons and sometimes strawberry croissants from Cream Pan. The process is so simple. Order at the register, they write your order on the cup ($0.75 more for the large), pay, step aside, and drinks are ready in less than a few minutes even when the line is long. I also like the fact that they have a stamp card for loyal customers, buy nine drinks and get the 10th free which can be a large with any add ons. I've been to multiple locations in Garden Grove, Alhambra, Westminster, and they're all consistently the same. No problem with parking in any locations; well maybe the Westminster one since the lot is pretty tiny. read more
