Oh my here we go! And on top of it, your stuck at work and awaiting a tow truck . What happened? For whatever reason it needs to be towed? It's panic mode . Let's not freak that makes it worse! The phone is great and assuming based on my area of my city this tow truck company came up. After all the calls were made the instructions were it's going to be 45 minutes to get to my location with the truck . We always have to keep faith alive. It was less than the quoted time. They said they could arrive in 20 mins. 20 mins pass, I get a call from my insurance company saying the driver was stuck in traffic and that it would take a little longer. I get a call from Pars shortly after letting me know the same. I appreciated the update and communication. David was careful when handling my car and kept reassuring me that my flat was definitely repairable. I arrived at the tire shop and the sales rep immediately recommended I buy 4 new tires before having the tech look at it. I told them I came in for a repair I was not prepared to fork out $400+. Turns out the tech said it was just a small nail and was able to patch it! I'm so glad David gave me the reassurance about my tire. He was prompt, communicative, friendly, and handled my car with care.

I had to move my…read morebeloved 1961 Cadillac to a Public Storage facility with very narrow access, and into a storage space with only a foot and a half clearance on either side. They took their time and care to get my big old boat of a Cadillac into the unit safe and sound, which was not an easy feat. It took master maneuvering, and expertise to get my Cadillac into the unit without a scratch. A great owned family, operated business, I personally would not take my Towing needs anywhere else!
