I would describe ALittle Tea as THE place to get a good basic boba drink at a super affordable price. Each drink is under $5 (before tax) and you get to choose free toppings from big/small boba pearls, tea jelly or coffee jelly. They are very generous with the toppings too! I've tried ALittle tea 3 times so far and my verdict is to stick with their milk teas and you can skip the matcha latte. The matcha was bitter/grassy and wasn't as good as specialty cafes. There are 2 self order kiosks on the right wall once you walk in from the entrance. Depending on how busy they it does take awhile for your order to come out. So make sure that you're not in a rush. Tea drinks are good; however, the place is slow, 4 workers trying to make and serve lots of patrons - they need more help and more machines. We ordered and it took 25 minutes to get our drinks. We observed spillage on the floor from an incorrectly sealed drink, incorrect orders given and patrons coming back to correct their orders, credit card only - cash only lady walked out, and numerous people sitting around waiting for drinks - both in-house and pick-up orders. The workers are not slow but they just have to many orders to fill. Help. I liked my Mango Sago Grapefruit Blast although it looked nothing like the picture. After an expensive experience at Chicha San Chen ($7.79 for their bubble tea!), I went to A Little Tea for my second drink of the day. They are in the Chen Chen Plaza along Valley Boulevard, where Tea Station used to be. The lot in the back is a little too narrow, so I ended up parking in the other plaza because they have ample space. Street parking here isn't too terrible either. Once you walk in, there are two kiosks available for ordering. The inside is a bit spacious but seating is minimal. I came on a busy day; got my receipt at 5:53 PM and it was ready by 6:07 PM. I had found out afterwards that they had unfortunately mixed up my drink, and this was only clarified after asking the cashier several times if my order was on the way. My friend also ordered a singular drink and in comparison, the drink came out in 5 minutes. To be fair, it was a somewhat busy day, however, this was quite a steep wait for one drink. Good bang for your buck! The drinks here are decent, especially for the prices. Most small 16 ounce teas are $2.99 (includes topping) and large drinks are $3.99 (includes topping).
