I called a week prior and made an appointment for the sole purpose to not have to wait. I arrived at my time, waited twenty minutes trying to ask when Ann would be ready and had no answer. My daughter tried this nail salon last Friday with a friend, for Easter. They looked good at first ( my daughter got a full set and a light color ) her friend got a darker color. Maybe that has something to do with why they look like they do. Four days after they did not look so hot, paint color starting turning yellow they were chipping and cracking, not just a little. She has two nails that have cracked to the middle of her nail, not sure what happen. Have never seen this happen so quickly. Maybe the quality of their products or maybe they rushed through the job, not sure. read more

The ladies here were fairly nice, I have been looking for a nice nail salon to go to. I am very glad that they use the liners and the disposable kits because most places don't. I got a regular pedicure, and I felt like it went by a little fast, still relaxing but I thought I would get more scrub and massage out of it. The lady who did my gel manicure did cut into my pinkie a little bit and it bled, not too painful.. My right hand was done amazingly, but the diamonds that she put in on my left hand were all slanted over to one side, probably because she did my manicure while my pedicure was being done. I think next time I will get a manicure first and then relax and enjoy my pedicure. It is very time efficient of them to have two ladies working on you at once, but my left hand took the fall for that. I would like to come back and try again. read more

My rating is ONLY for the young woman named VAN. She is amazing! She takes her time and doesn't rush you but she doesn't take a long time either. My nails ALWAYS last longer than my friend who goes to others there and I do hair! She is one of the best nail techs that I've ever had! Go to VAN! read more

The staff is very friendly and always remembers my name even if it's been a while since I've visited. Tim is the best for manicures and nail art designs. He will let you look at photos of his previous work on his iphone. He always offers me a bottle of water when he does my nails and makes sure I'm happy. I've had pedicures from various employees at this location and they were all very nice. They don't rush your pedicure if they're busy, which is a plus. Their spa chairs are new and actually give a decent back massage. This salon is always clean and organized. They have a wide variety of powders for gel nails and acrylics, but their regular nail polish stock isn't impressive so I usually bring in my own polish for my pedicure. The deluxe pedicure is the best way to go! I continue to go here because the service is always great! read more

Everyone here is friendly. Tim does really good nails if you want a specific design. He can do 3D flowers by hand and give you something really unique. Pedicures here are decent, they could improve the massage techniques as sometimes it's just rubbing lotion on my legs. Overall a good place if your in the area. read more

I used to love this place but today my friend treated me to a pedicure for my birthday, the lady who did my pedicure was rude and rushed through my pedicure and while we were sitting in the chair waiting for our toes to dry they very obviously tried to make us leave more than once. We sat and waited for the polish on our toes to dry. They asked us to move to chairs by the open door (while it was raining). Do not go to the salon. I decided to give this place a try the other day and after I told them I wanted a full set, they told me to pick a color. As I was choosing, the one doing my nails was extremely close to me and gave me very little space. After I chose my color, I showed her a picture of the shape of how I wanted my nails and she told me she would have to charge me extra because they were "long and harder to shape". However, they looked as though she barely made any extra effort in shaping them and they weren't even long. They looked like nah other full set. The plus was I liked the color and how they turned out even though the charge was unnecessary considering I didn't even get what I paid extra for. But overall they did a good job on my nails and she gave my friend and I $2 off for being new customers. I wouldn't come back but I would say I was satisfied with my nails. read more

WHAT A JOKE! Only giving this place one star because I have to. Color selection is awful. The lady got pissed because I said I didn't like any of the colors and only wanted to have my nails shaped. The other employees were staring at her with wide eyes at what she was saying (none of which I could understand so I'll go ahead and assume it was bad). How much did it cost to shape my finger nails and exfoliate and shape my toes????? No clear coat? $36. $14 for her to shape my finger nails? Really????? This is the best place to get your nails done. Great service and beautiful designs. I have been getting my nails done at this wonderful establishment for over 6 years. I have went to other nails shops and have had my nails done but this is the only place where they get the design I want and it makes me feel pretty walking out. I have a really hard time getting my stilleto styled nail at other shops but here is sharp and on point. Every time I walk in, I am welcomed by Tim and his wife. I had a pedicure yesterday, it was not busy. I was the only one there for first 30 minutes. The jet on the bowl was not working. Nancy spent 10 minutes trying to get it to work to no avail. She left me in the dirty, scummy water with no circulation, After 10 minutes I told her the water was disgusting, she then moved me to another bowl, she proceeded to do pedicure with no liner in new bowl. She was putting polish on when she abruptly left no explanation, new techniciAn explained she would finish. NAncy had left to go do someone's finger nails. It was not a relaxing experience at all. Very unhappy with the service at Allure. I had sent my daughters to get a full regular set of acrylics for one of my daughter's promotion. My daughters were texting me the entire time telling me they were uncomfortable and that the staff was being incredibly rude to them, they didn't even sit them together! When my daughters got home I was shocked at how awful their nails looked, they were already messed up 20 minutes after getting them done! We will not be returning to this establishment. read more

Walked in at 6:10 p.m 13 customers 9 employees. Waited 20 minutes, they had me sit in the chair for a pedicure and continue waiting. Another 3 people walked in woman was sat next to me and had water drawn and her service began. They hurt you (got cut twice last time and twice this time), they rush to get to the next customer, they use dried up product, and they charge you for services you don't get. Don't ask me to pay for the $35 dollar pedicure and only give me a small selection of what it says you get! Not to mention that the supervisors are RUDE! I went there once and thought they were wonderful. When I went back to get another pedicure, I found I dirt spot on the bottom right corner of my big toe, the size of a pea. It's so noticeable and I don't know how to clean it. I blame Allure Nails because the pedicurist dug on the side of my nail allowing dirt to enter. First off, the salon is very clean and the new look is great! However, I had no idea that a shape and a polish type would affect a price! That is news to me! A full set needs to be shaped regardless, charging someone extra because they want it thinner at the tip is just ridiculous! And then charging more because the polish is matte is even more ridiculous! My daughter was completely rushed; done in 30 minutes! I feel this establishment took advantage of my 15-yr old daughter. I will never return myself nor recommend Allure Nails. read more

I would love to give it no stars. Ok so I went in around 10 first time here. Not sure why this place has such great reviews. I went there for a pedicure and manicure the lady showed me the price sheet, I chose the 25 dollar manicure and 30 dollar pedicure. First I needed a soak, instead of soaking she used a fingernail to rip off my existing nails by using the thin sharp edge to rip off the nail, OUCH! Then got my nails done couldnt relax during my pedicure because they were so busy, NOT. Because they did manicure at the same time. So at the end they painted 2 little flowers in 2 toes. Was somewhat happy until I got ready to pay she said 40 for toes and 40 for feet Left there paying 88 dollars not happy! Not cool when it was supposed to be 55 plus too little flowers! 30 dollars for flowers and then she's wanted a huge tip. I got a eyebrow wax BEWARE ripped off the whole edge of my brow. I have no hair on the end I have to draw it on now, what a nightmare. Just paid thE 88 dollars And left. So after all that, on day 2 the toe polish chipped off on the deign toe! What a rip off.
