All I can say is "unbelievable"! We needed a new window in my son's bedroom to replace an old bay window with termite damage. We also needed to update the exterior of our house and loved the siding we saw on their website. We had old wood paneling and really needed an upgrade on the exterior. We wanted something that would look great and last. They gave us a three day estimate for completion of the job, and they finished the job a day early! Our house went from one of the worst looking houses on the street to one of the better looking houses, and at a great price. Mike, the project manager, was fantastic, helpful, and friendly. Mike went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted and to make sure the job went smoothly. His team, which have over 20 years of experience, delivered above and beyond our expectations. Chang and Alex custom crafted and applied the siding with phenomenal precision and craftsmanship. The window installers, who also have at least 20 years of experience, had the old bay window out and new one in faster than we could believe, and it was perfect. I can't say enough about the team and results; my wife and I are absolutely thrilled. Our house looks great!! We spoke with the owner Dave, a kind and trustworthy man, and my wife and I now see why his company is so special. After this experience, and meeting personally with Dave, we are considering some of the other services they offer like their realistic-looking artificial turf to replace our old, weed-infested yard, new shutters, and their heat reflective elastomeric coating for the sides and back of the house. I could not be more pleased with Ameriside.  This is a belated review; Ameriside finished my project 6-months ago, which included replacing two 2nd floor bedroom windows and installing soffiting to the underside of the roof on my front patio.  The soffiting installation portion of my project went smoothly and according to time plan.   The start of the window installation was drawn out a couple or three months because Ameriside couldn't get the windows produced timely from its manufacturer ....who, in turn, couldn't get the windows' components due to the national supply/logistical mess and associated delivery delays.  I wasn't the only Ameriside customer caught up in this logistical fiasco.  Ameriside was as frustrated as I was, but I have to compliment them for keeping me informed.  When the windows were finally available, the installation generally went smoothly.  There was a 'quirk' that developed, but ensuing discussions and communications with Ameriside were easy, proactive. We very quickly agreed on the appropriate resolution, and everything was finished in short order.  I repeat, I am very pleased with Ameriside's work, and particularly the timely way they discussed and resolved the issue that developed.  I consider myself to be assertive, but fair and reasonable, and I have found Ameriside to be open to listening and discussion, and to be likewise very fair and reasonable.  All things considered, my hat's off to Ameriside!  Highly recommend. I will indeed keep them in mind if I should decide to have more work done to my house. They were a pleasure to work with. read more

Was looking to replace old aluminum frame windows and possibly add small windows to a room without any. Michael was my sales rep and he was awesome to work with! Gave me a quote on the spot, laid out timelines and costs clearly, and remained in contact with me through the whole job. When an unexpected glitch (not contractor caused) happened while cutting walls to install the new small windows, Michael contacted me immediately, had the problem resolved almost as quickly, and was sensitive to my budget as well! Everyone I spoke with or dealt with, from sales rep to office staff to install crew were polite and pleasant and professional. Windows were installed on the timeline promised (with an adjustment for rain) and for the price promised. Walls were patched cleanly and the installer even matched the texture/pattern of my stucco on the outside of the house perfectly (I wouldn't know there was a new space in the wall if I hadn't ordered and seen it myself!). Thanks to the team at Ameriside, our old tired looking house looks brand new! We debated on what course to take to upgrade the outside from stucco to hardy board to vinyl siding. After consulting with Jeremy at Ameriside, we were convinced vinyl siding was the way to go. Jeremy spent time showing us color and style options and also payment options so we understood everything and all choices available. We had 'interviewed' two other companies prior but were not sold on the quality of the product OR the quality of the sales guy. We discovered Ameriside at the LA County Fair while we were looking for slider doors. Dave came out to our home and presented their doors along with good recommendations and great detail of its construction. He also promised, with confidence, his crew would do a nice and clean job. Well during Dave's visit, we knew we would be doing business with his company. Dave's nice crew came out to remove our old sliders and install 3 new ones. A job well done, considering how tough the job was with removing the old sliders. During the install and after the job was completed, Dave would call me to check on my satisfaction. He is a pleasant person to do business with, and very personable. We will be doing more business with Ameriside in the future. Love Love Love this company and all their staff. From start to finish they are nothing but professional. We got Staggered Vinyl Siding in Pacific Blue and we are so happy. They also wrapped our fascia and rafters so the job is perfect. The installer was amazing - he's been in the business 30 years and I know he is the BEST!!! As a 70 year old, I know that I will not be able to or want to mow and edge my lawn at some point in the near future. So, I decided to have my lawn replaced with artificial turf. We worked with Dylan from Ameriside. The 10ft patio door and large back windows were replace as well as the front two bedroom windows. The job was professionally done. Those that did the installation kept us informed and did some extra work so the area was safe and presentable. Everyone that has viewed our update is impressed with the new look.
