Went to this location for lunch at 12pm I received my coke and 40 mins later they bring me a meat lover calzone that was burnt on the top. The you lady that brought it to the table said that's how they come. I've never eaten or will I get a burnt calzone. No lunch that day pissed. read more

We went for dinner on Saturday night 9/30 to find the restaurant has no ice. You can buy ice right down the street. Our waitress told us the manager said he already bought $100 of ice and he wasn't getting anymore. It's no wonder the place was basically empty when everywhere else on the square had a waiting list. My daughter and I ate dinner here last night and were severely disappointed. I don't leave a lot of reviews but felt like I really needed to this time. The wait staff was fine but when I got my pizza it was a goopy mess. The amount of grease that came off of the pizza was beyond anything remotely reasonable. One should never order pizza and find puddles of grease this extensive. I've eaten here in the past and haven't experienced this before, it appears that they've started buying a cheaper cheese which causes more grease. There is a peculiar taste that occurs with this kind of cheese and it was evident last night. I couldn't finish my pizza and simply cut the crust edges off and ate that. Best Caesar salad I've ever had! Love the pizza. Love the wings. Love the fries. And the homemade ranch!! Yum!

We thought we would give this location a second try but NOPE. Another wet pie where as you picked up each slice all the toppings fell off. Our server barely came by to check on us. You could tell our food had been sitting in the back because the calamari was like warm, my sandwich was like warm. Not sure if they were short staffed since our server was managing tables in the dining area and managing the bar but yet 3 employees were sitting at a table chit chatting while wrapping silverware. The manager seemed clueless just walking around with a blank face. Poor service, poor food. We love the chain just not the Covington location (they have definitely lost their touch) but we will definitely continue visiting the Conyers location. So we love amici cov first of all go there atleast twice a week ussally amd have for years but the new manager they have is shit jaden and Emma are great idk wat they make but give them more money so they stay. but management needs to fix how it is in the front where u walk in it looks weird, and dumb doesn't flow with the interior of the establishment, and 20$ for a double shot is insane. She needs to be fired or talked to. And kitchen they need to speed up. They r kinda slow. But food is great and service is to depending on who is on staff and who trained them. read more

Stick to pizza or wings here. I ordered the Grilled Chicken sandwich and the chicken was less than a quarter inch thick. The service was great. Our waitress was Kita I believe the first time. She was lovely and attentive to our needs. We had a 6 year old and a 2 year old that decided it was a good time to act out. The pizza is good here, but the pizza we received this time was burnt. It was edible but not without complaint from the kids. We happened to go back the day after and it was fine so I'm hoping it was just a fluke that our pizza was burnt the first day. I was told that theirs was different because it was corporately owned instead of a franchise, i proceeded to ask the manager if there was a recipe for the shot & she had no clue How to make it or even know why her employees couldn't make it. She replied with "she's one of our weaker bartenders". she told me she doesn't shake the shot because a lot of people don't like it like that. The environment is nice. Great location, cute patio for outdoor dining. As far as the food... I have never been so quick to throw $50 in the trash. Trust me, I don't waste and I'm super frugal but the four of us couldn't eat it. Not sure if we are used to traditional Italian Food or spoiled with our go-to restaurant back home in MA but this was just gross. We got the chicken Parmesan (can't go wrong right?) the chicken was good. There was a thick smear of ricotta on it that just took away from it all. The sauce is a weird flavor marinara and the pasta is not even normal pasta.. The website should be more informative when ordering. I ordered a grilled chicken Caesar and got something so different I called to tell them I got the wrong order. Will not go back personally. Some of my sons food never came they were out of bread with the pasta and wasn't going to say anything until we asked manager couldn't give a real reason on why it was taking so long and had a oh well kinda attitude. I've had a few items from here. I've had their The Works pizza on thin crust, extra crispy crust .one time it was a runny, soggy mess, the next time, perfect. I've tried their Philly steak with cheese, mushroom and bellpepper. For me, a little too heavy on the cheese, not enough of the other stuff. The next time I ordered it, I asked them to go light on the cheese. It was perfect. Now, the dish I've enjoyed the most, is the Georgia Cobb salad. The salad, salad dressing, and grilled chicken with their Amici bread is really good. So, I have no problem with Amici. Good food, good service and very reasonably priced. I prefer the Covington location to the Conyers, but I've only tried those two locations. We will continue to go there and take our out of town visitors, when seeking casual food. read more

Food: Slice of margherita pizza was good, crust and tip was burned a bit but not where it was inedible. Calamari was good but you can't tell the fried banana peppers from the calamari.
