    Avocado toast

Super convenient if you are staying at the hotel. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. You can see the kitchen area and the chef cooking. I came here for breakfast only. They have an a la carte or buffet style. The buffet style is self serve and they had a ton of options. I only wanted the avocado toast and a cup of coffee so I ordered. The sitting is cozy and vast. I sat by the window and the view wasn't bad. The music was great too. Overall, I recommend this spot for breakfast in the area.

As far as food goes, this is a typical hotel restaurant and the food is as bad as good as you would expect. Really, nothing exceptional. We went there for lunch. It was wildly expensive and just not great. Now for drinks, it's not a bad spot. Still wildly expensive, but the bartenders are nice and pretty attentive.

Great spot for breakfast located in the lobby of the hyatt regency Seattle hotel. Hyatt globalists receive complimentary breakfasts however the pricing is affordable. They offer a breakfast buffet or ala carte options. Service is great and efficient, location is convenient to downtown Seattle.

Wonderful service from Abe who checked on our dining needs. Thanks for the great iced tea care. Located in the Hyatt Regency hotel in Seattle Washington it was a simple trip downstairs from our room. We each decided on pizza for dinner. Thin crust which we love with one sausage pizza the other cheese. Each pie was cut into six slices. Just that and iced tea and we were full. It was yummy after a long day of travel.

Spicy meatballs and pizza rolls late night menu

Solid bar and restaurant for a hotel. Open late and it fills up--we had trouble getting a seat after 10pm! Good late night bites if we're talking the meatballs. Under no circumstances should you get the pizza rolls though--learn from our mistakes! They weren't cheesy and had no meat--call them carb rolls, not pizza rolls! Service was fine. Lights were dim and lots of TVs by the bar. Lights look cool.

While the food was reasonably priced... it wasn't exactly very good. At least not all of it. The calamari, burrata, and focaccia appetizers were quite delightful. I got the steak and the jammy egg yolks were to die for and the crispy onions were delicious. The steak itself... awful. Couldn't even chew it it was so tough and I ordered it medium. My coworker got the salmon and ended up getting some kind of food poisoning from it.... I'm sure that part was just a coincidence but really put the icing on the cake. Our water pitchers were never refilled leaving me thirsty all night. The waiter was nice to us though and interested why we were there; but not super attentive after that.

Great service and a nice cozy spot to grab lunch or dinner. Loved their spaghetti and clams, pizza and chopped salad. Couldn't go wrong. Located inside the Hyatt Regency, there's seating inside the bar and in the restaurant.

When I'm staying at a hotel, the restaurants on site are generally the last place I would go. After a busy day walking around the city (and a cruise to get some sleep for), I decided to keep it simple and head to the bar area for a quick drink and bite before calling it a night. (Perhaps a decision worth trying more often!) I grabbed a seat at the bar and the first thing I did was order a Sandia Loca. I'm a big spicy margarita fan so both the tequila and tapatio caught my attention. I requested that it be made with mezcal instead. *insert chef's (bartender) kiss here* This will definitely be my drink of choice any time I'm back out that way. I then ordered the Andare Bruschetta and Cheesy Polenta from the Starters. The bruschetta was the perfect bite of char, light sweetness and the mellowed zip of a chive. The polenta however... That left me wishing it came as a main dish! It was my favorite thing I'd eaten all day. The sausage brought a perfect level of heat and the seasoning was delicious. I expected the eggplant to not work... There's a reason I'm not the chef. I would 10 out of 10 recommend grabbing a bite of this dish as an explosion of flavor on the palate. Andare has potentially changed my mind about hotel restaurants/bars.

Great breakfast and conversations before starting the work day. Conveniently located and fast service.

Staying at the Hyatt Regency so I came here for breakfast. Had the buffet the first morning ($29) and that was a mistake. The food was meh, kinda what you would find at a Hyatt Place. Not worth it at all. Ordered off the menu the second morning and that was A LOT better. The Biscuit and Gravy was very flavorful. The Avocado Toast was good as well. It was also cheaper than the Buffet. So avoid the Buffet and order off the menu!

Andre is a well appointed restaurant in a hotel within walking distance to the Paramount Theater. The bar area has two television perfect for watching seattle sports with drinks and food. The bartenders were friendly but were also managing the bar tables as well. We got the last at the table service before they started requesting customers to come to the bar. I of course had to try the espresso martini, and it was delicious as well as the chicken parm. I swapped the pasta for seasonal veggies and they were fresh and cooked perfectly. One down side is the wine is expensive, more than industry standards. When we have dined in the dining room, we usually bring our own wine to enjoy with a corkage fee.

Excellent fop shelf restaurant. The food was outstanding with the mixed drinks and wine with top shelf. Ambience is smart, modern and trendy . While it's part of the hotel Hyatt Regency, it has the vibe of a standalone restaurant. Service was wonderful - highly recommend on every level!

Waffle with berry compote and whipped cream - yum!

Tried to go here...closed except lobby and bar. My kids were with me, so we ended up going to the lobby. We were ignored, so we left.

The waiter was on top of everything but also provided excellent recommendations. And then there's the food... We had many different menu items and all were spectacular. Some highlights were the peas, the fresh tomatoes, and the asparagus. The pastas have been on the menu for 18 years and for good reason! The eggs yolk pasta was my favorite - rich but amazing. The other two following it on the menu were lights out as well. I felt the pork was a standout then I had the salmon and couldn't decide which was better. It didn't matter and a good problem to have! Even though the restaurant wasn't particularly busy during our visit, our server was extremely quiet and difficult to hear, which made communication a bit challenging. One nice touch was the complimentary bread service, which came with a generous amount of butter. We started with the artichokes from the seasonal menu. I was expecting them to be served warm or roasted, but they arrived cold, which was admittedly a misunderstanding on my part. The accompanying sauce was excellent though and definitely saved the dish for me. We also ordered the tajarin al ragù, one of the restaurant's signature dishes. Unfortunately, this was where my expectations and experience diverged. The pasta felt under-seasoned to me, and the noodles seemed overcooked. Rather than the silky texture I was hoping for, I found myself eating what felt like clumps of dough. It was a dish I really wanted to love given its reputation, but it just didn't click for me. We weren't looking for a heavy dinner, so we only ordered a couple of items. It's entirely possible we came on an off night or simply didn't choose the restaurant's strongest dishes. I'd be open to giving Cascina Spinasse another try in the future, but this visit left me feeling a bit underwhelmed compared to the hype.

You wouldn't expect walking in that the alley and street would lead you to such a top spot. The ambience and atmosphere inside the restaurant is electric. Ironically to the name you won't find any Pink Doors here - rather there is hardly anything pink. Speaking of food - I loved Italian Soda. One of the better sodas. Their almond flavour is particularly amazing. I also tried Vanilla - safe and refreshing. The Pink Door lasagna is one of best vegetarian lasagna I have tried. The layers are smooth and dissolve in your mouth. The pesto sauce adds additional kick. For some people the tomato paste on top might interfere with cheesy flavour but others might absolutely enjoy it. On the other hand Bruschetta was average. Didn't expected much so wasn't disappointed. Tomato was a good grade but then same bread and olive oil with some basic. I felt there was too much of olive oil. Won't order again. They mention seasoning - not sure where that went. To end we had Tiramisu. It was great but I have had better. The outer was bit dry but the interior portion of Tiramisu was really rich. I wonder if it was by design but I like Tiramisu to be more spongy and moist throughout. What I really liked was it wasn't too sweet. Always appreciate that. Overall amazing experience and I will come back to try more options.

It definitely gives off more romantic/date night vibes, but it was also fun to experience with some ladies from my team. Perfect for a girl's night! Obsessed with the string lights, the fountain, and the overall atmosphere. You somehow don't even realize you're in the middle of Seattle when you're here. The menu has so many options which made it so hard to choose, but I ended up going with the Fettucini ai Fungh - fresh fettuccini pasta with wild mushrooms served in a light cream sauce topped with truffle oil, and I also added chicken. When I say this is probably my FAVORITE pasta I've had in Seattle, I'm not kidding... I almost cleared my plate which is hard for me as my eyes are always bigger than my stomach, but I made it happen! The cream sauce was rich but not too heavy, and the truffle oil was prominent without being crazy overpowering. 10/10 absolutely no notes.
