I have sent a gift card in a separate email so please keep an eye on your junk/spam folders if you don't see it in your inbox. Corporate did refund my purchase price, which I am thankful for. ... I will continue to order from Angie's because I do like their new Grill menu ... but more importantly... they corrected a mistake and that speaks volumes to me. They value their customers and want to correct any mishaps. ... Thank you corporate for getting back to me, especially in such a timely manner... ... ... I've been going to Angie's ever since they opened... always ordering from the drive thru, but today I placed an online order and apparently this is NOT the way to order. As you can clearly see from my receipt, I'm SUPPOSED TO have chicken, corn, pecans, cranberries, amoung the other item listed. Hubby ordered a BOWL which is supposed to come with rice - he got a salad!!! A SALAD!!! I am soooooo disappointed!!! Plus my upgraded salad cost me $20 plus dollars and I did NOT get any of my upgrades !!! Nada!!!! None!!! But I did get black beans which I HATE!!!! How do I rectify this since I have all ready driven home??? Package up the salad and return it??? Package up hubby's salad and return it for a bowl??? Not feasible since we are in a lunch break. Usually a big fan of Angie's but the last two visits have left me disappointed. This visit I tried the clam strip sandwich with fries and a drink. The only thing the right temperature was the drink. The fries were warmish, and the clam strips were about the same. The takeaway is that it was not made fresh to order! Unfortunately, this is not the first time I have had subpar service at one of their locations. Seems that they have grown too fast and cannot keep up the level of service/product that they proudly boast of. Unless I am able to take it home and reheat it I doubt I will return again. read more

Such a treat to be able to have fresh lobster right here in AZ. It's fresh, service is great and not terribly expensive. Drive thru only to keep costs down. It's a bit hard to get into because of where it's located and the line for drive thru can get long. But given how good it is, it's definitely worth the wait. And it doesn't take too long. read more

I'm honestly pretty surprised. Even 15 years ago I couldn't find a lobster roll for $10. The drive thru line was long but it goes very quick. Workers are pleasant and efficient. I got a #2. The founder of Angie's Lobster is a logistics genius. I arrived at Angie's around noon for lunch impervious to the line- I had places to go, people to see. There was a line of approximately 20 cars. The line fluidly moved and I waited less than 10 minutes due to contactless payment and minimal human interaction. The owner (owner of salad and go), could have easily named this Lobster and Go. Although it is technically "fast food" there is nothing fast food about it. The owner has a lobster warf in Maine, where lobster is shipped in regularly- no middle man. Direct to consumer. I've had my fair share of lobster rolls spending a chunk of my life in Maine. The lobster is a notch below a real , fresh, authentic maine lobster roll but cmon, we are 3000 miles away and the price of $9.99 is ridiculous. You can't even get that in Maine. Everything about Angie's is 5 star. I will be a regular for lunch, and possibly a regular for breakfast in the future read more

Has done seriously downhill since opening. They do all these things "to keep prices crazy low," but prices have gone up 40% since opening (and everything is smaller). And you used to be able to breeze through the drive through, even near lunch time, and now it's super slow. You're not talking to us because you are focused on being super-efficient but you are absolutely not super-efficient. This place has the best tea I've found in Phoenix so far. Sad day!!! Between Angie's Prime and Lobster my family has been there about 40 times. We will not be back again!!! The prices have been increased from $9.99 to $12.99 for the lobster roll meals a $3 jump. To make things worse what was great quality is now a joke. The crab looks like it went through a blender no strands or recognizable pieces, the lobster roll looks like scraps from scraps, and my prime warm bowl looked like scraps with meat on top. Half the steak was gristle and the avocado had a bad chunk on it. This was one of my favorite places to go but everything that made it special has been stripped away!!! I would not have believed it had I not gone there for myself. Angie's Lobster is the real deal. Tasty New England lobster rolls in the middle of the desert. I had the warm roll and added a little seasoned butter. This combined with fries and a drink for $9.99 makes this the best deal I've found for lunch anywhere in the Valley. So I definitely think if you guys can do a little bit better with the preparation and maybe change the oil a little bit more often it could work.
